As you can see the ladies helped me decorate for Christmas and again great customer service and great patience’s! Absolutely love going to this Hobby Lobby over others because it’s always clean and organized! The ladies are always helpful and going over and beyond for the customers. I’m always being greeted when I come in the door which is nice when that’s the first thing you walk into a store too. There’s always more than one register open so you can get in and get out if needing too. I’m always there for hours so I don’t ever have an issue. So here’s the pictures of Christmas decorations I got from Hobby Lobby and people always think I’ve spent thousands of dollars but there absolutely wrong! 50% off at Hobby Lobby Ladies!!!

Very disappointed. Ask for help to look at race track slot cars in a locked display case lady seemed put out to have to open it but did she ask what I would like to see I told her the slot cars and there were many she got some out and I saw one I liked I when to reach for it and she like to buy my head off and told me I could not and she had the display set to her liking and nobody could disturb it and that I was on camera very rude hand hateful told her what I would like to purchase and ask if she had to take them to the checkout she said yes she had to that I was not allowed to she walked almost ran to the checkout dropped them of and took off . I told the cashier about my experience and would never come back the manager stepped up and I told her what had happened and all she said well that's our policy customer's can not touch anything in the cabinets and walked way. I am a business owner and if one of my employees ever treated a customer that way they would be fired on the spot. This is one of they reasons retail stores are loosing business to the Internet. Sincerely DISSIPATED!!!

Mostly some of the reasons why would really want to stop at hobby lobby see if they really don't use barcodes that some of their products do have barcodes and I think they're mostly trying to avoid using them as they can and also they did not have a big selection of launched rockets that I still bought a couple of packs of engines for them they didn't seem like they had any kites and also they still do things for holidays especially had most of the patriotic stuff how much early before the 4th of July and still have things for home decor and crafts and portraits it was nice to look around at that store even if it's religious own.

You will only get beautiful tree decorations like these from hobby lobby. i got some great artificial flowers and vases as well on sale. and the shop is always so beautifully decorated i can spend the whole day there.

Who doesn't love a Hobby Lobby?!? They always have a lot of sales going on for all the items I want at that time or it is just a coincidence. I got married August 2021 and I couldn't tell you all the things we bought from Hobby Lobby! Attached are a few pictures from our big day! Everything was beautiful and a large part of it was all thanks to Hobby Lobby!

Hobby lobby is great. I wouldn't buy producta there, but more like, the ingredients for products. Never pay full retail. If the thing you want isn't on sale 40%to 50% off, put it back on the shelf. Wait 2 weeks, it will be.Personally I only shop the clearance racks. Not sure what all the other stuff in the store even is!

I like that we still have a great place to shop for crafting supplies. Hobby lobby has great sales and a variety of stuff to choose from. It's over all a great place to shop.

Where to begin? I have never had a problem at the Hobby Lobby off Barry Rd until Wednesday 1 24 2024. My trip to Hobby Lobby started off well enough. I had just stopped by to have something framed. The framing employee was very helpful and professional. He showed me multiple options and actually walked me to the different areas where they were located and explained my options. He quoted me a time and I returned at the end of the time frame he had given. He was running behind, no big deal, it happens. This is where the good customer service I had come to expect ended.I had decided to see about picking up a piece of fake fruit to bring for a project my coworkers were working on and asked the floor employees if they had such a thing and where it could be found. 3 employees later I was finally able to find the faux banana I was looking for. There were bunches and individual bananas in the bin. I only needed one so I grabbed one of the individual ones. I had forgotten my reading glasses so I could see the ridiculously tiny print as to the price and there was no individual price on the banana but it is what I needed so I took it along and picked up my frame thinking they could just price it at the register as had been done at other craft stores I had been to in the past.This is where the problems began and my respect for Hobby Lobby and interest in giving Hobby Lobby any future business took a nosedive. The clerk asked me if I knew the price? “I said I think it is like a couple of dollars or something.” We are not talking about a solid gold banana here, it was a piece of plastic. The clerk said she would have to call someone over. Then a very rude clerk, Christi, grabbed the banana from me and ran off on a scavenger hunt to have it priced?!? I had already bought tickets to a movie and this was going to make me late. I DID NOT HAVE TIME NOR INTEREST IN DISCUSSING THE PRICE OF THIS PIECE OF PLASTIC IN COMMITTEE! After a ridiculously long time, Christi came back with another employee and two fake bunches of bananas. EXACTLY WHAT I DID NOT WANT! Which I was quick to tell them. Then Christi and the other individual snapped back at, “We don’t sell those bananas individually, they only come in bunches! We are out of the individual ones. I was like, “but that individual banana was in the bin with the bunches!” Then there was a comment insinuating that I damaged the bunch to create an individual banana. I CHALLENGE YOU TO LOOK AT YOUR SECURITY CAMERAS AND PROVE THAT! YOU WON'T!!!!! I had had it at this point! I told them to keep it, paid for my framed picture and left late for my movie.Your company seriously needs to review Sam Walton’s book and learn the lesson, “never miss a sale and most certainly don't miss out on future ones.” Maybe you should have one of the many floor reps like Christi walking around aimlessly review the selves for” rogue inventory” and bananas if that is so important to you! Maybe also tell them to ask the customer do you have time for me to price this for you? Instead of just running off with what I was trying to purchase. But I guess having “Employees of the Year” like Christi sitting in the back trying to reassemble rogue or damaged banana merchandise into a bunch is a better use of your staff's time.My money and business is good anywhere. This incident showed me that it would be better appreciated at the Craft Store in Zona Rosa…

I LOVE Hobby Lobby, I always have! I tell myself I'm just going to run in and grab something, then 2hours later... I've wanted to get a part-time job there, just because I like the company, and the people are always so friendly, but I know all of my paychecks, and then some would go to them every week. Lol... I sent my son there for something and he texted me saying "This is a mom's paradise." Ummm yeahhh! I do wish they would bring back the 40% off coupons they used to have.

I typically boycott Hobby Lobby. They have a corner on the market for candles. So I go when there is a sale. 50% off most of my order. Still damned expensive to light up the 'fireplace'. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I love this Hobby Lobby, all of them are great for that matter. I get all my diploma and picture frames here because it’s good quality and they always have a good sale going on. I also love all the variety of stuff they have to offer. Some of my most puzzles came from this Hobby lobby. The employees are so friendly, as well as the customers. I’ve never had any issues. Very blessed to have this Hobby Lobby close by. It’s one of my favorite stores!

I got most of my wedding flowers from this hobby lobby. So many great options. I like to just go and walk around and look at stuff, too! The framing department has done a great job on helping me find or have made the right pieces for our art.

We have shopped in Hobby Lobby at a variety of locations. Last night was our first time at the Barry Road location. My husband was shopping for model airplane paints and other supplies, which he found! I was looking for Easter supplies and gifts for our two grandchildren. This is my favorite location of all Hobby Lobby stores. We were greeted at the entrance, and the store was very clean, well stocked, and organized. The cashier was helpful, friendly, and correctly wrapped my picture frames. We have never seen a store this clean, organized and stocked before!! We will be back!!

I love this hobby lobby the girl that cuts my fabric is always so nice and friendly. She asks me about my quilting projects and I really like to see her working when I'm there she's the best!!! The employees have always been helpful when I ask for directions to items and I've even had them walk me to the exact area as I'm handicapped so walking & standing hurts a lot so glad they care!!!

One of my favorite stores! It has everything you could ever want for a home, work, gift idea, etc. Went here to search for some home Christmas decor ideas and to grab a gift for the work gift exchange. They had all kinds of sales and wonderful gifts for all kinds. I could definitely go broke in this store. Definitely recommend this store.

I find the Hobby Lobby closest to my house very frustrating. I enjoy the huge variety of merchandise, but checking out & paying for my selections is a nightmare. I see many employees stocking shelves but only two cashiers. I waited in line for twenty minutes. I spoke to the manager, Bill, and he informed me it will always be that way. Does this mean we will not try to make it better, so don’t come back? If this is the attitude of the management I understand the lackadaisical attitude of the employees. The frustration I have experienced in this store more times than not cause’s me to reconsider if I ever go there again.
