Don't go to this location at all. It was filthy and unkept...service was lackluster apparently they have size options now for their sides which I was not told at the time of ordering so I had to complain about how we got jipped on fries and I looked stupid when the manager on duty said they have size options now for all sides. As far as the food it was okay, other locations are much better. Other patrons had to basically request the place to be cleaned. Had we not already ordered we would of walked out...see disgusting pictures of how unclean this location was...

I had an order for 15 people yesterday to go. Placed order and sent someone to pickup and we are less than 5 minutes away. Fries were so disgusting. Tasted like they were old fries. Soggy and greasy or cooked in old oil. Had an order of cheese fries that I did not get. Had one plain burger and was not marked which one was plain, had to open each one to find it. Also I assumed with that size of order they would put ketchup and Freddy sauce in and we had none. Disappointed on the order I received. ☹️

Went at noon on a Sunday, had to wait a few minutes for someone to take our order. When we were helped they were friendly and fast. Food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Burger was good, fries were a little extra done, not burnt, but more done than usually. A little tight to navigate thru tables in main dining area. Overall was a good experience.

I did a walk in order to go and had to wait for a bit because the person ahead of me had a problem with their order...anyway the manager resolved the situation quickly and everybody seemed to be happy campers...all GOOD...my order was quick and 100% accurate unlike the golden arches across I- 29...Freddie's was great

I have not been inside at all so I didn't address the atmosphere.Food is always delish.However, if u want cheese on your fries..Ask for it on the side. We didn't and they put so much cheese, you couldn't even taste the fries. It really was just a pile of not great tasting liquid cheese with the fries sticking out. Not even real cheese. I should have asked before I ordered. No flavor at all, so we threw them out. I usually love their skinny fries and sauce together and thought a little cheese would be tasty.Everything else was great. Burgers are always hot and fresh. I never regret a burger there.

In drive thru. First in line. Ordered two double burgers and two fries.Got home only got one burger. Called Freddie's. Lady said they were busy and for me to come and get a burger or she would send me a coupon. Your food is decent but not worth chasing.If you cannot complete an order for two burgers are you ever going to be not busy enough to be right?

When to have a nice lunch. All the tables were dirty. And to make it better someone left a toothbrush, how gross 🤢Gotta a new one for you since it will only let me leave one review. I paid for two Pattys and got a crumpled whatever. So sick of poor customer service

Every time I come to this place to get food there is never a clean table in the restaurant and the condiments station is filthy and the floors look like are never swept or mopped.- Food is aways hot and fresh.- Service is always friendly.Try the cheese curds with the caramel sauce.

Had a double patty melt with shoe string potatoe fries with drink about $8. Fries and hamburger patty dry and not very flavorful. Similar to Steak and Shake. Wouldn't make a first choice destination.

My family and a few others waited over 5 minutes without the girl at the front counter even acknowledging any of us. She just stood at the register and wouldn't look up to say anything. The rest of the employees just kept looking at everyone. We noticed 3 other tables still waiting for their food and they looked confused at what was taking so long for their orders. So we decided to just go somewhere else since clearly the staff wasn't taking care of their guests.
