Eagle Animal hospital at Tiffany Springs, is hands down the BEST clinic for your furry babies! My entire family goes here after having a (not so positive experience from a different vet)We all could not be more happy with the love and care the entire staff shows! From the front desk, the techs and doctors on staff- I know my dog is in the best of hands no matter what!So thankful for everyone here! We love taking our 2 dogs here!Dr. Anderson is so friendly and compassionate.We have an old dog and a young dog and she cares for both and knows what she's doing.The office is ALWAYS clean and smell free, which has been a problem with other offices and I love that the offer WALK-IN appointments.The boarding and the drop off bath and nail services are top notch too.Couldnt recommend them more!

Excellent care with a smile!! They are the kind of veterinarians that sit on the floor with your pet and care for them like they were their own. If you need someone to make your pet family look no further. We have a wide variety of pets and they all mattered even the tortoise. Not a bad veterinarian in the bunch and the entire staff is fantastic!!

Dr. Anderson, Dr. Ray and the staff here are literally the BEST. They were non judgmental about me constantly having worries and concerns about bearded dragon Squirt and they always fit me into their busy schedules. They care so deeply and were always checking in to see how she was doing. Most caring and supportive and loving vet I've ever been to. Up until Squirts last moments they were there for Squirt and I. They did absolutely everything they could do and I'm so lucky to have found an amazing exotic vet that I will forever recommend and take my animals and reptiles too. Thank you so much for everything you all do! It doesn't go unnoticed <3

This office is fantastic! Every time I have brought my dog, Eli, here we have been able to get an appointment quickly or when we have done a walk in it has been a short wait. We see Dr. Brennan and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is so thorough and really goes above and beyond to not only listen to my concerns but to work with me on steps I can take to help or prevent any issues going forward. I have never felt pressured into an unnecessary procedures or been pushed to buy products which is appreciated. If you’re looking for a vet’s office l, I would highly recommend this location!

Dr. Schaefer & the entire Eagle Team @ Tiffany Springs office was amazing! Took the time to explain everything during our annual wellness exam and shots. Our 2 16 month old labs were taken care of in a very timely manner and we we were on our way home. I would recommend them for your pets.

Best Veterinarian clinic I have been to. The vets helped save my dogs life, he was so sick that he had to stay overnight. They gave me updates throughout the whole process and he was very well taken care of. They are amazing with both of my dogs. The Clinic is very professional and cleanly.

This is the best vet in the Midwest. Professionally a 10/10 every time. My dogs are my kids I rescue them and can’t stand putting them in any uncomfortable situation after being let down by humans in the past and I feel comfortable bringing any of my past current and future kiddos to this location. If you communicate ALL of your needs with the staff ahead of time they are nothing but accommodating and understanding of everyone’s different needs.

I have a dachshund who loves to bark and can be reactive at times. The team at Eagle is so caring for my dog, patient, and listens to all my concerns. They always love on Frankie even though she can be sassy at times, which as a dog owner makes me feel good. Dr. Wingerd is very attentive and reassuring with her care & Carrie they vet tech is excellent with dachshunds! I wont take my girl Frankie any where else!

We’ve been bringing our pets here since it was Tiffany Springs Animal Hospital. When it was bought by Eagle, I was a bit nervous because we’d had such wonderful experiences.I shouldn’t have been. The staff is wonderful and I cannot say enough good things in particular about Dr. Schaefer. He is kind and caring. Anytime I’ve brought our older dog in, Dr. Schaefer is sitting on the floor with him giving him pets and love. You can tell that he is both a fantastic professional and great human. He always ends with “what questions do you have” and absolutely welcomes them while explaining at whatever level you would like.I have recommended, and will continue recommending, Eagle Animal Hospital without reservation.

First, the front office staff provides a welcoming atmosphere. I've been to this location under horrible and happy circumstances; they have always handled every visit perfectly. The vets are much the same; they don't rush you, they listen, and treat both you and your fur child like family. Are they the cheapest vet office in town? Nope. But, they ARE in business to make money and you shouldn't expect Chevy prices for Cadillac service. In my experience, this is an exceptional group of people who provide excellent care at a fair price.Bonus: they take walk-in appointments! On a few occasions, I've had a senior animal who got sick late Sunday night. By Monday morning they needed vet care. It wasn't urgent enough that I was going to take them to the emergency clinic at 3:00 a.m., but it wasn't something that could wait for or six days for an available vet appointment. This is yet another thing to love about Eagle Animal Hospital. Every time I've called them with an urgent medical concern, the first thing they've said is "Bring him/her here and we will work you into a walk-in appointment"...I have never had them tell me they can't fit me in that day, or I need to go somewhere else. Again, the level of caring, compassion, and concern from every person who works at this clinic is so apparent.For me, my animals are family and I am willing to pay for the top-notch care and service from Eagle Animal Hospital.

I brought my ragdoll cat here for a "sanitary trim" and I have to say that Kerri did an EXCELLENT job addressing my cat's needs and my concerns. I've had mixed results at other places, but Kerri was wonderful! The cat looks beautiful and it's much easier for her to stay nice & clean.

My puppy had a rough week of off and on diarrhea. Her fecal was negative. Dr. Schaefer worked her in for an emergency exam. He was thorough and compassionate. He got my pup feeling better within a day with medicine and tummy friendly food. Thank you for answering my questions and taking such good care of my pup!

Eagle is the best. Whether it's Tiffany Springs or Riverside, I've never been to the Liberty location, their service is awesome. They try to help with the cost where they can and have always taken care of my animals like I would! I can't say enough good things about them.

They seem so very nice! I miss the Vet that was here before, Dr. Fortne. but they are good. They are a bit expensive and I am not sure how thorough they are because they take the pets in the back to do the exam. I don't care for that. I like to be able to talk about things while they are examining the pets. I feel that way if anything comes up, then I can talk about it so they can have all the information they need to make a diagnosis. It's like taking an unconscious patient in and not getting a history from the family that came with.I like that they have walk-ins. It makes it easier for a person who works an erratic schedule. It does cost a bit more for the walk-in option. They have many different doctors. It is great for scheduling purposes, but I miss that intimacy that one doctor has with your pet.

My dog was due for his Bordetella and I called to make an appointment and they said it wasn't necessary. I could do a walk-in. I might have to wait a few minutes, but it worked out just perfect. Tec brought it out to the lobby and we gave it to him and it was a piece of cake.

This vet has literally been so good to my family and our precious dog, we walked in as an urgent care appt, and the vet we saw Dr. Brennan, was truly an amazing human. she not only treated us with compassion but also our Chief boy, we have a 6 year old who was perfectly healthy till he wasn't our other vet couldn't get us in, and I honestly was starting to question there practices in the office. Eagle not only tried to figure out everything they could but also treated us like family in the process. We are still dealing with our issues, but I was able to call today and give symptoms and they got him the medicine to help (along with scheduling a follow up). I have 4 animals, and I will be transferring care to this Vet office. Hands down one of the worst days turned out to be a little better with compassionate staff and OUR amazing VET!Truly from the bottom of the Simons' family hearts you all are some of the best people I've met! Thank you for everything you do, and continue to do for us and others. :)

Before you get your medicine directly from them see how much it costs and compare elsewhere the prices if you have time. They offered Cerenia a dog car motion sick medicine at 24 mg a tablet for 5 tablets for 90 dollars. Called several other locations and they offered 16 mg and 4 tablets for 22 dollars. When I asked the manager regarding this they stated "oh this is due to a limited quantity on hand". Really!? So that gives you the right to up charge that much as compared to everyone else that charges a similar quantity/amount at a more reasonable price? I get its 24 mg vs 16 mg but still shouldn't be that huge of a price difference. Should have been like more like 40 some. Something doesn't seem right to me on that part. As far as with the rest of the visits the doctor/nurses seemed nice and attentive when we came in with our dog. Just feel like on the medicine side they up charge more than most other places. Not sure their exact reasoning but sounds suspicious to me on that part.

Beautiful building, super clean! Very friendly staff, we were a walk in today! We waited a little over an hour (honestly not even bad for just walking in!!) Dr. Brennan was amazing, she was so friendly and knowledgeable!! The ladies at the front desk were super friendly too! I really enjoyed the waiting area, they had a cute set up for coffee / water and tv on! Also a huge plus was they had a separate dog and cat entrance, I thought that was super neat! We will definitely be returning for future appointments! My usually anxious boy was so relaxed he napped while we waited!
