This location has consistently great pharmacy staff. From vaccine administration to prescription refills, the staff has been friendly, helpful and professional. A gem of our neighborhood, and a standout in service among CVS locations in the area.

The Brookside CVS (KCMO) has both pharmacy and retail teams which are remarkable. The pharmacist, Paul, is exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, kind, and takes time to know his customers. NOTE: when out of town for a bereavement trip recently, I was able to call Paul from Ann Arbor to get his guidance on an unexpected instant response result; his knowledge and way he delivered it was such a comfort ... when I was hundreds of miles away. The pharmacist, Gabriel, similarly represents CVS quite well. The pharmacy technicians, Jasmine, and Drew are kind, patient, knowledgeable, efficient. Like Paul and Gabe, both Jasmine and Drew take care to make each customer feel valued. Kudos to Paul for having an exceptional team.And then there's the retail team: Samantha is stellar, imho. Her team does a great job of extending \"customer deLIGHT\" to their customers. Tya is a standout with coworker, Kelly (sp.?), also making customers feel valued. Kudos to Samantha for having such a fine retail team to serve the Brookside CVS shoppers. Julie

The best pharmacy. Hands down. The pharmacist is excellent and I’m grateful he continues to be a part of the community. Technicians/check out is efficient and personal. Wait your turn, healthcare is important. You will be treated well.

Awesome location however the service is bad. The lines are LONG when picking up a prescription. There’s always ONE clerk working the register. On top of that, when you need your medications on time...they give you the run around “it’ll be done in an hour” *comes back in an hour* “oh, it won’t be done until tomorrow at 9am” save the headache & have your prescriptions sent elsewhere because I surely am.
