This location is by far my favorite CVS. Customer service means a lot to me and everyone is always SO friendly. I also have food allergies and this location always has the best, stocked, healthy snacks which I find is a bonus. It’s organized, clean, and I can always get in and out. The staff is helpful, and happy. Which I love to see after a long day of work! Plus wine deals 😍

The only reason I didn’t put one star is because not every experience here has been bad. For starters, CVS in general has terrible inventory online. The main reason I’m giving this rating is because I went to pick up my online order One day and it was about 9:50 or 951. I went up to the door and waited for it to open and it didn’t open. 2 women working just stood there at the door, staring at me and didn’t even acknowledge me by telling me that they were closing earlier than normal or anything . and then you can’t cancel your order on the app, you have to call the store. This entire situation was just so annoying because I literally sped to get there because I couldn’t get off of work any sooner. Never again

Went in on a Sunday for emergency meds. Only one pharmacist working and he was exceedingly rude and obnoxious just to fill one prescription blaming me for one prescription. Acted that way with everyone before me in line as well.

The provider at the minute clinic is probably one of the most unprofessional and rude healthcare workers I've ever met. She didn't like the way the wording of the email from my son's school nurse about the shots that he needed so she sent me back to the waiting room to verify which vaccinations he would be getting that took a whole 3 minutes, And instead of just letting me do that and then proceeding she takes another person back that was there AFTER us, And we end up waiting for an additional 40 minutes. Once we finally get back they tell me that they cannot provide the vaccines due to the type of insurance my son has and that he would have to go to his primary care. I tell her I we'll just do self-pay instead since he is required to get these shots or he will not be allowed to attend school, And she tells me that she can't do it. Then says something to the effect of, If I can afford to do self-pay then why does he have Medicaid. And I inform her that I would be putting the payment on a credit card so therefore I obviously can't afford the shot but I am desperate to get them for my child so he can go to school. Going to a primary care isn't that simple when you are new to the area and your child's previous primary care provider is 4 hours away. I have worked in healthcare for 10 years and I have never heard a provider talk to a patient this way or refuse a service. Their website clearly gives you the option to be self-pay she just didn't want to give the shots because she's a witch.

The worst experience I have ever had. I come develop photos for work. The computer for developing pictures was not working but no one in site to help. This african American lady I had to find her and ask for help, she takes about another 5 minutes longer instead of helping me right away. She was in a isle on her phone with ear bud in her ear. She is unprofessional. I said I need a receipt for work. And she just didn’t care to make sure I had a receipt to put extra paper in receipt dispenser. She was so worried of finding other people to do her job for her. Please get new staff or close this cvs down they are awful.

Have gone here for years, but a recent experience has me looking for a different CVS. I gave them 2 stars simply because the Pharmacists are generally helpful, but the technicians, not so much. After getting a script supposedly called in from an urgent care, I was told there was nothing waiting. And that if it was emailed, it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive. So if that's true, then that CVS has horrible computer servers, because email generally does NOT take that long. So I leave and call the urgent care. I also noted from my paperwork that it had been an hour since I was discharged. The urgent care nurses claim that it was called in a while ago, but they would do it again. So after giving sufficient time for them to call it in again, I go back in, paperwork in hand to show them it was over an hour since I was discharged, and the facility name and phone number so they could contact them. Again, I was told "no one has called it in", and the same story about email. I informed them that they claimed it was phoned in. All they kept saying was "nobody has called". I'm almost 60 years old. I was in agonizing pain and had been all night, and just wanted relief. Now, at this point, I didn't know who to believe, and as it turns out it was quite possibly the urgent care's fault as well, and don't you worry, they'll be getting bad reviews too, along with a phone call to management. However, this is my pharmacy, my pharmacist, and I expect just a little more concern for their customers. You know, how about an offer to call the provider. That might have gotten more results. I'd already done about all I could with the first phone call, and two trips into the pharmacy (and it ended up taking three to get my pain meds). The apathetic attitude it seems is becoming more and more prevalent where customer service is concerned, and the only way for companies to correct it is if they know about it through bad reviews and complaints. Frankly, I'm just tired of it and will be switching to a different CVS.

I just spoke with the most pleasant pharmacist, Roxy. I have always used CVS, for almost 15 years. I have had such a hard time at numerous locations finding somewhere that understands my complex medications and the urgency behind why they are complex. I am no more important than the next person, but just being pleasant over the phone, making small conversation and taking the time to be a good person- goes such a long way for me. I will never forget when a pharmacist at a Shawnee location didn't even ask for my credentials, and started yelling at me through the phone because she was inconvenienced. This was not at all how Roxy handled herself. I don't know about anyone else, but I have officially found my home pharmacy. I also love spending hard earned money on store items... so again, it pays off to such be a decent person. YOU ROCK ROXY!

This minute clinic location was very unprofessional. The lady that was suppose to see me acted like the walk in clinic was better than a real doctors office. At least at a real doctors office I would have been seen even if I was running 5 mins behind. Not to mention their GPS directions take you to the Walmart down the street and not their actual location. She turned me away because she took the next people after me. Ok so why couldn't I have their appt time! She is lazy and unprofessional she knew she had enough time to see me she just didn't want to. One day you might be in my shoes and how would you feel if someone refused to see you and you were so sick!

Pharmacy must be so busy they can not even say good-bye when you call. Lady answered my question (after being on hold for 8 minutes) and then hung up! I said Thank...... and heard the click! Bless her heart!I gave them a 2 because they are usually mediocre.

This store is not clean. The parking area is filthy. Half of the time they do NOT auto fill RX's "because they are short of help". They literally close the pharmacy down and stick an unprofessional sign up reading "pharmacy closed -short staffed"?!? Really??? I would NOT go here but CVS owns Aetna and they force me to fill my RX'x there. The pharmacy staff is also rude, rude, rude. I detest this location

This place has continually through my grandmother through loops, making it incredibly difficult for her to get her medicine. The Lady who works in the pharmacy always has a attitude and never helps. i have no idea how this poor establishment continues to get away with what they do. i hope i can find a place that will be more helpful than this one

Minute clinic is horrible. I had a time sensitive test that required me to come back to the clinic 48 hours after the first part. They canceled my appointment to come get my skin test checked without asking me, and without informing me the reason. I ended up having to reschedule at a different clinic because there's was full. Currently you have to schedule online which I ended up scheduling at a different location, my appointment was confirmed and I was even contacted by another clinician but when I got to the location there wasn't even a minute clinic there. I had to spend another hour driving to a different location and scheduling another appointment. The minute clinic also charges you to get your results for the exam, no other provider charges you twice for the same exam besides them.

They are never fully staffed, I came this morning and there was no pharmacist. They open at 8am and I was told they don’t know when one is coming in. For the past year I have been having trouble getting my scripts filled due to only one pharmacist or no staff. Do not have you prescriptions filled here.

This is my neighborhood CVS. Most everyone who works here is friendly, and the service is great. The store is clean, they always have what I need, and the pharmacy staff is awesome. My only complaint is with Merna (I think that's her name). She has a real issue with waiting on diverse clients, and she's pretty rude to any non-white customer. I've encountered this on SEVERAL occasions But I won't let one bad apple ruin my day, so I continue to go to this store, because everything & everyone else here is great.

They scheduled me for Moderna vaccine booster Spent lot of time scheduling. When I got there she told me they can not do the booster. Why then schedule the person if they can not give booster for Moderna. I wasted so much of my time. Useless location. Looking at other poor reviews and no response from the business, shows these guys don’t care.

CVS can go to hell! The old lady at the register while serving another customer yelled at me from across the store as I entered the store “did you forget your mask!??!” While I was wearing a mask around my neck that is a bright white color contrasting the dark color of my shirt! THERE IS NO EXCUSE! I will die before ever going to ANY CVS store again! They did not even have the diet ginger-ale i was looking for. Absolutely terrible! I would rather be stabbed in the leg with a fork which I have experienced, but that is preferable than dealing with this demonic cashier lunatic!

They can’t fill prescriptions in a timely manner due to lack of supply. My drug is a commonly used blood pressure medication and they indicated they had none in the store or in the supply chain. Even though I was totally out of the medication I had to be prompted to find it at another pharmacy. They should have been handling this as and emergency to locate it without me asking. The drug was located in stock at another pharmacy but it not without a lot of inconvenience.

Ever since the CVS opened up in the Target at Stateline Station shopping center this CVS has been going down hill. The pharmacy is overwhelmed always! I am looking for a better way to get my 5 scripts filled. They are constantly out of stock or back ordered. Never have them ready when they promise and I have gotten the wrong strength on my hormone pills before. So tied of the struggles. Proxy isbthe best help they have. Stephanie the pharmacist tries hard, but is very over worked. Someone at corporate needs to do something soon!

I totally don't like this CVS, whatever one is saying about this CVS is true they can not fill your prescription in a timely manner, plus when i call to get my prescription refilled and told her the name of the prescription i needed to be refilled at the last minute she said they dont have that medication in stock. The absolute WORST/MOST UNPROFESSIONAL pharmacists I’ve ever seen - they mess up prescriptions constantly for my mom, AND she’s repeatedly missing Lorazepam pills when we pick up the RX. They also leave doctors on hold & blow them off to get out of work. This pharmacy cannot be trusted for critical medication needs.

The person who was running the Covid testing drive thru today was a complete angel.They made sitting in my car in front of a complete stranger and cramming a qtip up nose the most comfortable experiene I've been through in 2020.5 out of 5 stars. Would cram a qtip up my nose for this person again.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with, I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. It is conveniently located for me but I CANNOT deal with how unorganized and understaffed they are...it’s a total SH*T show at this place.

I called the pharmacy today and was on hold for 13 minutes. I called back and was just trying to ask a simple question and she said “please hold” and was off the line so fast that I couldn’t even get one word in. This is ridiculous! Get some help if you’re that busy!!
