I now ordered online not to deal anymore with their frustration and anger during rush hours. The employee of the name of ZYKRE brought me my food, and then I asked for packages of Mayo. He clearly told me the store does not carry mayo. I said no, that's not true, there is mayo in the store. When I ordered, if you request they give it to you. We were at the curbside pickup so there was no manager around, so he was arguing with me just because he had to go inside for mayo. That young boy ZYKRE is so rude and impolite, I'm leaving a review so it won't happen to anybody else. If those are tired to work please let them go home is better than staying to work mad and throw your frustration at the customers.

They have a promotion with photos everywhere sharing the news about their new thick Bacon.So I ordered a Single Bacon Deluxe meal.Can you pick out what is different from the promotional photo?Raw bacon is the answer.Now a young man took immediate care of the issue, asked if I wanted the manager. I said no, just get me something closer to cooked.He asked if I wanted a new sandwich or just the bacon? I said, just the bacon is fine. When he brought it out, he said "this looks better to me, what do you think?" I said great, and thanks.The question I have is how was this young man so well trained yet the kitchen sent that bacon out?April 22, 2024 roughly 8:30pm.Props to the counter. But somebody needs to have a word about over delivering and under promising.

I truly recommend anyone who loves yummy food go to this Culver's. The food is always freshly made and the custard is so freaking delicious. Also the server's are really cool and respectful. The atmosphere is also very peaceful.Parking: Nice spots to park your car.

I made the mistake of going here to grab a quick burger. The line at the drive thru was fairly long, but not unexpected since it was dinner time. Ordered food, paid, and then waited. They put a number on your car and make you drive around the building. No big deal, but I sat there for another 10 minutes. Finally get the food and immediately reach in the bag for a french fry. It's cold. How do you serve cold fries in the middle of a rush after making someone wait 10 minutes.I also quickly realized they didn't give any napkins or ketchup in the bag, and since you've driven around the building to wait then you are nowhere near anybody to ask for some. Seriously, $15 for a burger and fries but you can't spare a napkin or a packet of ketchup?Okay, I really wanted the burger and that was good. So, not all was lost but I could have really used that napkin by the time I finished eating the greasy burger.So, I would give 5 stars for the burger but only 1 star for the fries. Service is only worth 2 stars (at least they gave me the correct food).

I love Culver's, especially this location. We've been eating here for the last few years and have never had a problem but the customer service today was definitely a let down. Rolled through at 12:27pm (2-11-24 / register 1) and the girl taking our order made us feel extremely rushed and made my wife uncomfortable while trying to order. Didn't take down anything of what my wife tried to order; cheese curds or a drink, but did get her ice cream on there. And then when we were going to add on some additional items she very blunty stated, "this is your total." So we paid and didn't bother to go back in the line again. Big disappointment in a location that has never given us trouble.

Went to culver’s last night about 20 minutes before close, the service was great as always.. the second we opened our burgers, we knew something was up. they just looked weird. against our better judgement we tried to eat them, but about 2-3 bites in we decided it wasn’t a good idea. both woke up in the middle of the night absolutely demolishing the toilet. i’m shying away from culver’s for the time being lol

This place has made me never want to come back. 3 out of 3 visits they have messed my order up. They messed it up again tonight, a dinner for my kids as for some reason they love this place, the meal they gave, after they gave me the wrong order, was all smooshed and undone. The kids working there could care less. I am never giving this place any of my money ever again. What a joke

The food and service are normally pretty good, but my last visit was about 50 minutes before closing, and my burger and fries were lukewarm. I went through the drive thru and they bring out your food while you park. It was a longer wait then last time, which I expected my food to be hot when I checked it, but it was just the opposite.Dietary restrictions: I normally order milk product free items and the get it right.

Service was good. They had a full lobby of high school kids after a band concert and were still quick. Only complaint is the portion sizes were a little disappointing on the chicken fingers. I know everything has gotten smaller or more expensive but it still seemed a little chintzy.
