Found some things for the wish list. Didn’t get pics of my faves bc I bought most of what I wanted. 😈

The store is lovely enough, but the bathrooms are easily the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever been in. There were broken toilets, broken hygiene cans with their contents strewn about, and trash everywhere. I am so sorry for the employees who have to deal with that and clean it up, but also, do it better and more often. There’s no way all of that happened since they opened that day.

Love every Barnes and Noble ever. We got there 30 mins before closing and all the employees were just rudely ready to go home. The announcement went off saying we had ten minutes remaining before they closed. My husband and I were in the middle of looking at all the cool Nat Geo boxes they sell. We figured with ten minutes left we had plenty of time, but the woman who works upstairs didn't think so and asked us for a second time if we needed help. I replied no and she goes on to say they are about to close and mumble mumble ten minutes. I don't see why so rude about it. It may seem like nothing to others. (As i always like to say) It's not always what you say but how you say it. We were actually almost done at that point and were about to go check out. We still got out of the store before they closed. Sometimes I really wonder how owners of businesses would react if they were able to see or experience their employees attitudes.

I absolutely love this store! The staff is always very helpful and I almost always find what I'm looking for but if I don't, the staff is willing to help me track out down. Much nicer than the store on The Plaza. Plus I never leave without picking up a little something extra for myself or a little gift for someone else.

Barnes & Noble is a great place to go and hang out for an evening. They have a pretty large music section, still fun to flip through the CD's and see what's available. The store also include a Starbucks, so you can have your coffee and browse books at the same time. They also have a great kids section, every book you can imagine. Barnes & Noble has two floors worth of things to look at, worth the stop! The store is easy to get to and is located right on the eastern edge of Zona Rosa.

I love coming to this Barnes and Noble location. Everything is always so organized and pretty inside. I am always able to find the books I am looking for and even other goodies.

Great vinyl record selection. Book selection is also large with many specials throughout the store. Movie selection is pricey, but they have any criterion titles and other hard to find films. Carrots CDs, Funko, Blu-ray, 4k, and a large children's book selection.

If you want to be social, or you're more kinesthetic this is the medium you will probably use. With internet it makes it sort of outdated though for head to head pricing. This particular store is a good size with an upstairs and downstairs. It also has a coffee shop in it.

Stock was just okay, customer service was extremely slow and not really around at all until I asked 2 different people, & store was in disrepair. Won't return... sorry!

This is a beautiful store, that is well kept. Unfortunately the staff has poor customer service skills. In the Children’s section my son and I were not greeted by the staff before they left the area they were in when we arrived, which is unfortunate because I needed help finding big brother books for my son (which are located outside of the children’s section). At the register my 3 year old son helped remove my card from the chip reader, he pushed a button, as curious preschool aged children do, and the cashier reprimanded him “this is a very expensive machine, don’t push the buttons”.At the cafe the barista chatted with a woman after her order had finished being placed, ignoring the woman in front of me (who left), my son and I became next in line and were also ignored, so we left without placing an order. We will not be coming back in, which is unfortunate because I had very fond memories of going to B&N with my mother as a child.

I went to Barnes & Noble because my kids wanted to get a new book. We browsed for 45 minutes until they found a book each. My son went to pay and I noticed the cashier gave him just a book with no bag. So as me and my daughter paid for our stuff I asked for a bag, the cashier was sooo rude to me and said we recommend customers bring their own bags because we are trying to save the environment. From there on out the communication stopped and she was so rude. She shoved the bag into my hands and said nothing more for the duration of the transaction. She even rolled her eyes at me as I met eye contact with her. This was my first time in this store and I definitely won’t be returning. Offer paper bags if you’re really trying to save the environment. I had several full bags already I didn’t want to have toShove books in other bags and risk them tearing. So rude unnecessarily

Went during Christmas season. Line ridiculous of course, but if the line is long? Have more stands available for gift cards - which is what I went in for but felt bad stepping out of line when people were stacked up, and had to fit back in line.

Store is clean and stocked most of the time, they always seem to only have one person up front when there is a large line of people though. I've only came once where there was no line. The Starbucks Café in this location is a no go for me. The drinks always come out awful. Barely any flavor, expresso is off when you order it and it tastes watered down

I love Brick & Mortar book stores in general!B&N has always been a favorite place to kill time and spend way too much of my money. I found it interesting that the store appeared to focus most on Toys, Puzzles, Collectibles, Harry Potter, Young Adult/Youth fiction, magazines, Stationary/journaling items & music/movies on CD/DVD/Blue Ray.I went to the Sci-fi section to look for a couple of the Dune prequels I was missing, and realized that about 80% of all the books were paperbacks. I’m sure those are much cheaper to hold onto as inventory, but it was kind of disheartening to see what bookstores have to do to be able to afford their rent and payroll.

Normally, I thoroughly enjoy Barnes and Noble. Even if it is just for the experience of being in a bookstore. Lately, the selection has been down and the staff has been short of accommodating. Thus the removal of a star

Good selection. It was really hot in there though. Maybe 76 degrees or more. Made it very uncomfortable to shop

This place has gone downhill recently in customer service. We used to be regular customers, stopping in every time we were in the area. I will not be spending my money here anymore. Your older employees are kind. The man with the long hair has always been great! the more recent teenagers you hired are rude and lazy. Especially the ones in the coffee shop! There is a dark-haired young girl there who has been rude to me on two separate occasions. There is another young girl with reddish hair who literally stood around doing nothing for a good 30 minutes (leaning on a counter) while multiple customers were upset, waiting for coffee. All the customers were upset, and I was the only one who would actually say something. This more recent visit I saw a girl leaning on a book cart while three of us waited at customer service for several minutes. She said she couldn’t help me because she was helping another customer. Really she had just sent another employee to get merchandise for the customer she was “helping” while she Leaned on the cart and chatted. She told me to call the customer service desk if I wanted to do curbside pickup. I let her know that we did and there is nobody there to answer it. She said, “yeah. We don’t have anyone stationed at that desk.” Then she acted like I was inconveniencing her and said she would go ahead and go get my order, like I was being unreasonable letting her know that nobody is at the customer service desk. Another woman ended up helping us, who was actually really nice. We have started driving thirty minutes further away just to visit a different bookstore. All because of the lazy, rude, entitled and snotty young girls you have working there!

The cashier/manager upfront was super angry about customers checking out, like to the point that she refused to throw away a receipt and told my fiance and I to throw it away outside. It made me laugh forsure and I guess we will purchase on Amazon going forward - sorry guys for buying something and trying to keep brick and mortar open!

Staff was helpful and friendly when we had questions. Checkout was a breeze even with a line of guests. The amount of space between sections and shelves was wonderful, as you had room to peruse the shelves without running into other customers.

Great place for books. The young girl at the register was a bit preachy to customers. She lectured people about B&N was trying to cut down on plastic waste if you asked for a bag to carry your purchase out. My question is how does she know that it's going to be turned to plastic waste? I recycle most of my products. Not only that, I seriously doubt Barnes& Noble ask her to hold back on giving customers a bag to carry their books and other purchases out of the store.

Great place to read or search for your next read. The coffee shop is not technically a Starbucks even though they sell Starbuck products. Starbucks gift cards will not work here other than that it's a clean and quiet place to relax if you find yourself with a little extra time on your hands.

The staff that deals with the books are nice, with a few exceptions. The Starbucks people however are just rude. There was a line that was standing around for 7 minutes, when I saw that I asked a staff member if the Starbucks was closed. She literally sighed out loud and slowly walked over behind the counter. Then while taking orders she was very rude and messed up 2 drinks in a row. After that I decided not to get the Starbucks and just finish my shopping.

Well stocked with a broad and diverse selection of books, media and games/toys. Deducted three stars due filthy restrooms with no soap or paper towels.

Love it, live within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, Italian festival, water play for kids, ice skating in the winter. Love to go there on Saturday night and have cocktails with friends.
