This place completely ruined my 7 month old pups coat. I went in telling them to specially trim his hair short ( face, legs, etc) but absolutely NO shave at all because as a schnauzer mix he has a double coat and that’s not supposed to be shaved. I trusted them because I have been taking my dogs there for years. I came to get him and could not believe my eyes. They shaved everything off and made him look like a rat. The lady even argued with me saying I said to shave him, and I kept explaining to her I said NO shave. Where is the customer service, where is the physical paper agreement where both parties understand what is to be cut/ not cut. They still wanted to charge me even though his coat may never grow back the same. Will never be back to this place, true dog lovers/ owners know how heartbreaking it is to see their dog like that, it’s not just hair. For these groomers to think I wanted a shave is mind blowing considering his breed and age. I’m disgusted with what this place did to my baby. Hopefully he will look the same in a few months.

Take my dog here any time he needs his nails clipped, I also ask for a bath while he is there. It's only $20 for him and he is always done within an hour or quicker. He always smells so pretty. This last time before Christmas I took him and he came back with the little bandana, too cute.

It’s ridiculous horrible.They ruined both of my corgis’s butts. They shaved down their whole butt and their bottoms. I told them three times before I leave don’t shave them . Who the hell shave corgis ?!

I called and was able to bring my dog in same day. The groomer really listened and the cut she gave was exactly what I wanted. My sweet girl came out smelling and looking great - like a baby-fresh nug. This place is cash or check only, so be aware of that going in. Staff could not have been nicer. Prices are incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back!

I have used Animal Attic for quite some time for my miniature poodle. They always does fantastic with him. I recently adopted a rescue dog and took her in for her first grooming. I worried as she was very skittish. Being a rescue I don’t really know her background. The owner asked lots of questions to make sure my new baby would be ok. They did an AMAZING job. She looks so much better and was so happy when I picked her up.

I don’t ever write reviews but we had our sweet bichon girl groomed here Animal Attic Gladstone. We wrote a review before here but must have been taken off. She started shaking right as we picked her up from grooming. We thought she was just cold. So we ignored it. Later that night she was still shaking really bad. So we investigated further and lifted her neck up. There was a huge gash and was bleeding under her neck and it was infected. They did not mention anything about it to us when we had picked her up. We have used them in the past before but stopped going here because of this inhumane incident. Please be careful and check your fur babies if you are going here!!!

Amazing amazing amazing!!! Lola looked so beautiful like a big white fluffy bear 🏼 the staff was super nice and treated lola amazing !!! Also fyi it’s only cash or check! They don’t accept card which is eh but it’s okay. Also the price was very affordable. I have a Great Pyrenees and for a bath and ear cleaning and light trim and getting her nail cut it was $50.

I love this place. I take my dog there to get her groomed about once a month. They take such good care of her and she's always groomed well, clean and happy when she leaves. I do like the fact that you don't have to have an appointment you can just walk in drop them off and they'll call you when they're done.

Just the best place, i have never had a problem or issue. Our dog is well taken care of while he is there.He always leaves looking amazing and so happy. I adore the owner!! She is so kind! Once you keep going back she remembers how you like uour dog to be cut, she gets to know you and before you know it your dropping your dog of to a friend. She is just awesome like that. The staff is friendly and very sweet to all the dogs. If your looking for a regular groomer, this is my suggestion! Love this place ❤

I was able to walk in, no appointment to get my 95lb dogs nails trimmed. Reasonable price, half of what some places charged and it was done in 10 minutes. I will be back!

We took our much loved St. Bernard who was very healthy and happy to this business to be groomed. He had been 1 time before without issue. After he had been there a bit we got a call from this business stating our dog was sick and we needed to remove him as soon as possible. When we arrived our dog was lying on the floor panting and could not stand. They said they did not know what happened, but they put him in the hot room to dry and when they went to get him he couldn’t walk. We took him straight to the vet and they said his temperature was excessive and this would cause him to bleed out. They said he would need to go to the emergency pet hospital for a possible transfusion. Following their examination, they confirmed his fever was well over the safe temperatures for a dog and this was caused by being in a hot room to long. Additionally it was apparent that he had been drug across the tub and the damage to his stomach area from that is where he was bleeding. Unfortunately he suffered to much trauma and they were unable to save him. While we will never get him back, I pray daily that no one else’s pet will have to go thru this. Love your fur babies and make sure you fully investigate your choices of service providers.

Got kicked out of our old groomer after over 10 years due to covid and not going enough times a year. Animal attic is locally owned, we walked right in, they did a wonderful summer shave on our super hyper dog and even trimmed our other pups nails for us. Very friendly and quick service!
