What horrible workmanship.First picture you can see how the installer left his mess under the sink and on the floor. The second picture shows the corner is chipped on the edge of the counter as it arrived. Unacceptable. The installer Could “fix that” and use a circular saw To clean up the edge. It left a very uneven edge. You can see The gap differences in the other pictures And the uneven poor caulking job. The caulk is cracking after one day. The last picture shows the poor seal on the edge of counters. Owner comment was did the job get fixed!

I can’t express what a great experience I had with Scott Sapp and his team from beginning to end. They were very careful with the install as to not damage my walls and cabinets. The installation was flawless. You can’t see or feel any of the seams. My brother-n-law is a carpenter from St. Louis and said whoever installed our counters knew exactly what they were doing. He was amazed with the quality of workmanship. When the job was completed as scheduled their cleanup was to perfection. I would highly recommend Kitchen Craft and they will definitely be installing our counters in our bathrooms.

Very happy with the installation of my Cambria Lakedale quartz countertops. Kitchencraft worked with me to ensure a seamless look and due to the nature of the Lakedale quartz also removed a couple of blemishes and did an expert job, very satisfied with the work done by Scott (owner) and his crew. Highly recommend!

If I could rate 0 I would. Contracted through Home Depot. Nothing about my install was correct. Bar top was crooked, not inset, scratched, and unlevel. Aluminum Scratches all over other countertops from transport. Horrible chalking. Scratched my new sink. Several pieces not measured/cut correctly. Bar riser outlets cut onsite using my saw horses and extension cord. Came out 3 times until I finally received a refund due to such a horrible install and unwillingness to properly install. Not to mention very unprofessional owner and “specialist.” Now Im left with a mess that my local granite installer is now fixing. Pretty sad when other counter top places come in and say Kitchen Craft strikes again. Please stay away from this business!!!

We had the greatest experience working with Scott Sapp and his team at Kitchen Craft. We initially had an issue with a mismatch of the pattern on our quartz countertop at one seam, and they worked tirelessly to correct the issue. We are very happy with the product, their installation, and professionalism. I highly recommend them to install your countertop.

I recently had countertops installed by this company and I would not recommend them to come and do work on your house-- if you are an "average" person. They damaged my refrigerator while taking out the existing countertop and offered to give me $300.00 to go towards a new one. Sorry, but a stainless steel Samsung refrigerator costs a little more than that. This is not the first time this company has caused damage, as one of the installers was joking around about damaging a microwave door and having to replace it out of his pocket. They were raving about million dollar homes that they do work for etc...., so I guess my cheap little house wasn't worth them being a little extra careful with things. You live and learn--the sink was put on unleveled as well. Horrible customer service for paying the price that I did for quartz countertops. I would not give them any stars, but it would not let me post this without selecting at least one.
