They are just a small town grocery store but with everything they offer you would think it was a big city chain store. They are very friendly and helpful. They have a meat counter and their prices a very good. They even have a spot where you can grab lunch the food is good and the price is very reasonable. If you find yourself in Kahoka stop in and check it out.

For a fairly small grocery store, the store was well stocked with a good variety of items. It was clean, roomy, and friendly workers, with fair pricing. I will go again if and when I visit MO again.

Very helpful staff. You can almost always find what you need that is available in this type of store. However, as Covid is affecting things, certain items here, as well as elsewhere, can sometimes be a challenge. That is to be expected.

I only go there if my husband wants biscuits and gravy, but today will probably be my last. The last time I stood at the deli for over 2 minutes. The lady saw but ignored me, which is rude as heck. Today the older lady almost made me sick and I almost walked out. She had touched money (there was a customer before me) then proceeded to touch the biscuits for my husband's order with her bare hands.No hand washing.No gloves.That is highly unsanitary! Either gets some gloves for your deli employees or I'll take my business elsewhere.

I think they need to redo the kitchen and hire some people that knows how to keep their self clean I went in today I went to the deli and it never looks that great back there but I went over there and I saw the cook slap a bug against the cold with a salad is next to the heart bar and killed it and never washed her hands and then the food sitting out for hours since lunch it's not safe to eat and also the utensil sitting there with flies on them and then stick it back in the food after all them hours it's just totally sickening I recommend not eating there if you got buy things by things can goods check the dates it just got so many bad things from there you don't want to get sick but I don't know why the Health Department's not doing something about it is playing filthiness and I also heard from the help that is how bad everything else looks in the kitchen them back there so that's my opinion and like I said if it's something that laundry soap or canned goods is about the only thing I get there also they got hay bales outside the door at night and just look out that you'll see mice crawling everywhere on them pay bills and going by the door and there's so many cats around there I just don't see the I don't know why the health department don't get up and do something

Do not buy meat here. Everytime ive bought hamburger here, I take it home, cut it up and its all brown in the middle. Its not like it was a one time deal either, its been EVERY time. The food at the deli is usually horrible too.

I told an employee of some kind in the place that they had a fire in a cigarette butt bucket out behind the store which was literally filling the parking lot with smoke he didn't even look at me he acted like I bothered him with that so we really cut our shopping visit short
