Worst pharmacy experience every time I go to pick up medicine, to the point I’m changing locations or will go back to Walgreens. It’s a shame because this is so close to my house and the most convenient, however I’m tired of rude employees who never seem to know how to run insurance or good rx. The only nice person I’ve encountered is the actual pharmacist herself, if only she was the one interacting with customers! Today I was asked to send in my license, she put the tray back out for me to do so and I sent it in, she took it then returned it back to me. Then said I need your id, I said you already had my ID, she got hateful looking around saying I don’t have your ID. I said you already took it and gave it back to me….i sent it back in for the second time and her attitude continued, she handed me my medicine finally without saying “here you go” “have a nice day”, “thank you” or a single word. If you have 0 customer service skills, maybe don’t work in a position you deal directly with the public. It’s been an ongoing issue here and I won’t be back.

If I could give Zero I would. Can't get life saving insulin unless I pay full price $1800 for one month because their "coupon system is down" and only willing to do a one time discount. EVEN WITH coupon in hand and they did it last time it was down with no problem. After talking with them a week thinking it was a script issue, someone finally tells me on a Friday that their coupon system was been down FOR WEEKS. No suggestions where to go after saying they would call Lily's so see what they can do. This issue could cost someone their LIFE. Not everyone can pay $1,800 with zero notice.

Thank you for making my Wal-Mart experience somewhat enjoyable again. This location has 98% of what we need because it has a large selection of ethnic foods. The layout makes sense and it's rarely busy and never unbearably busy. I enjoy the self checkout and decline assistance when they offer it. I find the isles oddly satisfying because they are stocked to the edge and from end to end. It's very organized. I've yet to search for something and not find it there, as a matter of fact, lots of things WC walmart stopped carrying is here. Oh and the beer. Geez, so much beer.

BAD STORE!Poorly Managed, Hardly stocked, and seems to always be understaffed. The place is never clean and they don’t do anything about it. They also always ask you to give them 5 stars which is extremely narcissistic.

I think the employees should not be taking all the parking spaces closest to the front doors. I know it's their cars cause I see them going to them on breaks. I don't mind walking a little farther, I'm still in good enough health that I can. I've seen some older people that are not so lucky and think it would be nice if employees would leave those spots for someone who is not there for an 8 hour shift.

Hardly stocked on many different items, we only saw 4 employee's total at 7:30pm on a Friday night. Had I known prior to checking out this location they there are NO CASHIERS AT ALL, I would have went elsewhere. Will not be returning to this location at all, also the camera's on the self serve point directly where your pin number can seen.

For the most part everyone here is pretty friendly especially late at night when I do my grocery shopping because I work late, but tonight there was an employee that was pretty rude and blunt while I was there I don’t remember her name but she wore glasses and her hair was strawberry blonde I believe, and I understand people have bad day but you work in customer service it’s your job to be nice and helpful

1st Id like to point out that THIS LOCATION has FREE GROCERY PICKUP!!! I know that not all do. Anyways..All the associates are extremely helpful there's always someone to ask about things and not only do they tell you where it's at but they will take you to where it's at I always love my experience at my local neighborhood Walmart Market!!!

If you use cash at this location, please tell the cashier what denomination of bill you are handing them. They told my daughter she paid with a ten and not a twenty. She argued with them and they refused to budge. I called and suddenly they realized they were incorrect. She did pay with a twenty. They threw their apologies at me. I went to pick up the money and decided to ask, "Why didn't someone offer to review the cameras while she was here?" This ancient creature informed me, "He apologized. I apologized. That's it." I was handed the money, just like that, and dismissed.

Horrible place!! The CSMs are horrible especially one of them! Don't go very early in the morning during the week that's when she works. Go later. She will glare at you and judge you up one side and down the other. She is a older lady with glasses white hair and works up front by registers. I just cannot get over how rude she was to me that day and yet management doesn't seem to care. Typical Walmart.

I went in this store on my Drive Home, I love to pickup the tangerines or cuties, I also needed a tomato for mexican, I asked Shannon too check me out, She slammed thinks around and refused to speak to me because i asked her to check me out. I didnt want to search for tomato and she wasnt busy at the time. If she has been more Rude she would have thrown money at my change, Terrible service, i wont likely return to this store.

I enjoy going to this location, it has the best variety of fresh produce, it's not as big and easier to get around inside. I don't have the feeling of giant shelves of stuff may fall upon me as the newer remolded Walmart's do. Everyone working there was pleasant and helpful. Thank You

Clean, friendly, and just the right size. I am single and over 60 this store has everything I need without having to walk around in a giant store. Pickup service is awesome! This is my Walmart!

Please note: If you ride MAPS Transit or the trolley (if it ever comes back into existence, that is) from Joplin, please be advised that this store is actually located in Carl Junction! This can quite possibly cause issues for your ride there or back since CJ is outside of MAPS's coverage zone. I walked over from Mercy Clinic Stone's Corner, which is located behind the store. Little did I know the Webb City/CJ city line is located between the clinic and the store! Nor was the MAPS driver aware of this little fact.Now having said that, this store's layout was confusing for me, but I was able to find everything I needed plus a few extras I haven't seen at any other Walmart store. I wish they had more cashiers on duty, but that seems to be part and parcel for all Walmart locations these days.Not sure if I'll ever be back here again or not, but it was one of the most "interesting" grocery shopping experiences I've ever had!

Always a good place to shop if you don't mind limited selection of everything but groceries. This is a quick and convenient place to get your groceries. They do carry some things the Super Centers don't carry in the way of groceries.

Someone thought it was a good idea to stop selling gas after hours.. Zero cost to the company because all the lights and pumps are on…. Wish I had a hands free business that didn’t require staffing. FYI…. Harps is a block away and they sell gas 24/7. Guess I will change my route and give my business to someone that wants it!

Never had a negative experience here. I recently switched over to their pharmacy as well, since Walgreens has horrible hours here. I have a prescription that always took WEEKS to get sorted out and refilled through Walgreens; I transferred it over to this pharmacy and crossed my fingers... they got it filled within a day. If you live in the CJ/Webb area you should definitely switch pharmacies! And they're open on weekends!

I used to love to shop her. Now there are no checkers, you have to do all checking out , by yourself. They just remodeled the store, can't find anything. No help when you have a cart full. Checkers know how to move things fast. I will not be shopping there except for one or two things, and my Ex.Bye old friends.

I happen to like the new setup. Has an even bigger selection of items now available. People are unfairly rating them because *gasp*they only have self checkouts . Well cashiers are there to help and I've seen many people have them do the entire checkout for them. I guess if you're not ok with that. Go to the other stores that make you bag your own items, pay for bags to use, and even have to use a quarter to get a cart. Seems more pleasant and clean in the store. I guess from all of the grumpy commentators not going in?My only complaint is the workers doing the shopping need to not push through others to get items. And leaving the pickp order carts all over. Which has sometimes happened.

I love this store and the self checkouts. However, I did like the layout of the store before they remodeled it. The isles just seem to be way too long now, but everything is zoned nicely and easy to find. The one complaint I do have, is the fact that a CSM started putting my groceries in another cart because I had a big order. I was trying to unload the small stuff first because I had 4 cases of water, 2 cases of soda and a gallon of milk in the bottom of the cart. I wasn't planning on moving those, because with a bad back I had it in there a specific way. So once I scanned those I could put all the bagged groceries on top. Please ask if a person would like another cart instead of just putting their items into another one.

While I would never say I wouldn't shop here again, I will say I am very disappointed that they will not allow our local veterans to sell Poppies this weekend. Yet they are having big Memorial day sales. I guess they have forgotten who provided their right to the big sales.

Really disappointed to see the whole store is now self checkout. Not only does it take jobs from humans, but it requires shoppers to scan all their own items, process their own tender and sack their own groceries. I remember the good ol days when there were two different people getting paid to do those jobs. At the very least you should receive a discount for having to complete the whole process yourself. Not to mention there's the "item not found" and "associate needed" items that make it slower than if you were being checked out by an employee. I will definitely stick to curbside pickup or go to Harps, where humans still ring you up. They also just reset the store, so don't be surprised if you can't find what you're looking for during your next trip. Otherwise, the store was clean and the employees are friendly.

It was good until they took away all cashier attended checkouts and is now ENTIRELY SELF CHECKOUT! I don't work here! Why should I have to check myself out? Sam Walton would DEFINITELY NOT APPROVE!!! Bring back the cashiers and I'll come back. Til then, NO GO! I encourage others to do the same. I came here because of the people.1/7/22An associate at the NM on Maiden Lane told me they're going to bring the old style checkouts back. Hope it's true and also hope it happens in CJ too!
