Decent selection of tractor suppliers and other home and ranch items. Atwoods seems to have a larger selection of parts, but TSC may have some unique parts not carried elsewhere. Biggest disappointment was pricing (more than other places).

GREAT STAFF!!! I NEEDED PROPANE WHICH is usually iritatating, but not this time!!! Cashier and the gentleman that pumped the propane eagerly waited on me in an extremely timely and courteous manner.

I couldn't have more dissatisfied or disappointed with the service. They were not busy with several employees more or less standing around. Finally got someone and they kept showing air filters not knowing that the oil filters had been moved. Finally, a young woman got us to the correct location but had no idea if the part would fit. It wasn't that she didn't know because she tried. But the neglected customer service I found totally unnecessary. Although I had purchased my rider there and had been a fairly regular customer this is a thing that will make me most likely look elsewhere.

The guy was so nice in helping my guy with a new chain saw blade but hit five star when he showed me hay for our rabbit, a refill thing for those 1 pound propane canisters and then filled the new 20 gallon propane tank I bought on a whim. Cheapest I have been able to find. He was super nice and knowledgeable and he smiled the whole time. The lady working there was just as nice. I'm going to remember to go there first next time.

Good selection of product but aisles were very cramped and cluttered. It may have been due to covid required spacing needed at registers. Overall the place was nice with everything we needed for our new pet goat. Customer service was great. We will be back.

I call to ask if someone can fill a propane tank. I get the answer "ummm I can't really fill tanks right now because we have to ensure there's no lightning within 15 miles.". For context, it stopped raining at 10am and I called around 1130. The sun is out and you can see clear skies. I also check the radar for lightning strikes, absolutely none in the area. I get that maybe you don't want to fill a propane tank, but just come out and say it, don't make excuses to not do it. This is not the first time this is happened. I'll take my business elsewhere. Please hire employees that are willing to do the job and don't sound annoyed when they answer the phone and you ask if they can provide a service. Other than that, sure the services and products are good. Just my experience with them.

Me and my fiance bought a brand new mower Last year on April 30th. Both back tires fell off 15 minutes after I started mowing. Got it out this year to mowing and the throttle cable broke. I started it anyway (because I HAD to mow) and the drive belts came off... So I called the store and they wouldn't even do so much as look up my warranty for me!!!!! Very poor way to run a business if you ask me. I do not recommend ANYONE to buy ANYTHING from them.

The staff are always great and willing to help 😀 in any way they can. They are knowledgeable and well versed in their products. They always point you or take you to the product you are looking for. If they don't have it they will tellif they can order it or who may have it.

Had horrible customer service at the Joplin, MO location. Were looking to buy a 10x10 dog kennel. The pen ended up being out of stock and only the display models was available. I asked the associate if they could sell the display model and he said yes and took all the numbers to the cashier. In the middle of checking out the manager Josh rudely came up and said there is no way they can sell us that pen because it is a display model and damaged. We said but the sales associate said we could. The manager went and lied to us saying the sales associate told us we couldn't. Either the sales associate is lying or the manager is. My husband and I both double check with the associate. We offered to sign a waiver to buy it and the manager was still completely rude. We are completely disappointed with the service we recieced today. Will not be back.

That manager Josh needs replaced. I personally witnessed him lie on the phone to a higher up from the company on why the store was not answering the phones. Josh told the person on the phone that the store phones were not working. Soon as he hung up, Josh announced to the employees in the store the person on the phone would be calling in and no one was to answer the phone so it would look like the phones were not working. A minute later the phone rang and an employee who was outside who did not hear Josh’s announcement came and answered the phone.If you order something from here online, expect to wait at least 30 minutes after you arrive to get it. The orders are NEVER ready.

I needed dog food and live right next door to tractor supply. I called over and asked if I bought it online could somebody bring it to me because the ground is muddy and I'm in a power wheelchair. They did and I really appreciate it.

I went shopping there June 11 2021 and there is a cashier named Tiffany who left the registers (as a former cashier that's a big no no) and when I was checking out she was rushing me away like she didn't appreciate my business. Plus Also as a former security guard for 5 years they totally lack in security big time.

Great Service. My Husband left his phone on a seat when trying on boots.They called my phone before we even knew it was gone!!! Thank goodness. Or I am sure we would have never found it.

Tractor supply has only two handicap parking areas. The one I need because my ramp only goes out one side of my van, they have used it to put there riding lawn mowers there. I told the manger and he said he would change it. Went there about three days ago went buy again still no changes. Guess I will take my business to Atwood’s. I will also gets hold of corporate office. So if you are needing a handicapped parking forget about. It. I don’t think they want to do business with folks that are handicapped.

Slow service. Asked for help to get wormer that was locked up. Waited for 5 minutes. No help. One employee was walking around talking on her phone. Asked again. Waited another 5 minutes. Finally a girl came to help. Couldn't unlock it. So the girl on her phone finally came to help.

First time here and everyone was super helpful and so friendly. They were so sweet and would talk and listen to my kids' ramblings about our animals. I left feeling like I've been a customer for years. They are the Chic-fil-a of farm supply lol

I put in an order for some stall cleaning supplies to be picked up curbside on Saturday afternoon. I paid with PayPal and got confirmation of payment. I then got confirmation of order from TSC by e-mail. A few minutes later another e-mail stated that order was filled and awaiting pickup. I drove from Carthage to Joplin to get order. Upon arrival I called the number to verify I was onsite for pickup. A very nice lady confirmed order and stated they would be right out to my car with order. After about 20 minutes a lady came to car and said she did not know what happened to order but they could find my order and did not have any more of the product to make a duplicate order. After 2 hours and 40 mile round trip I arrived back home without my order and now awaiting refund back into my account. TSC offered no apology or solution. They seemed like they could have not cared less. Too bad rating cannot be less than 1 star.

Tried to get help with a welder/ generator and the gal went to the back, then walked back and forth to see if we were watching or still there. She finally came back and had NO information for us, but started talking to another employee about cat food for a customer. They lost over $3000 in sales because we went elsewhere.

This is really been a Joplin Institution for decades. They were closed for several years after the former owner left the business, but have reopened Under New Management/ownership with basically the same menu and product. The menu is limited from the standpoint that you're only going to be able to get burgers, chili, spaghetti red, tamales and the like in a small diner setting. If that fills your need, they really provide very good service and value.

Friendly staff but they no longer have hardly any bee keeping stuff. What they do carry...they are always out!Update: No longer shopping with Tractor Supply. Bought 8 chicks with three dying before getting home. Live 20 mins away. Called they do not replace the chicks. 5 died within 24 hours... Shopping at Attwoods where they always back up anything...even sick chicks from the hatchery.

Worst Tractor Supply location I have ever shopped. The staff did not know a chick from a hammer. They had apparently received a new shipment of chicks the day I was there and had just "dumped them all together". As a result, they could not tell the breed of the chick or if it was a pullet or straight run.Additionally, they were either unable or unwilling to help me load the heavy purchase I went there to make into my truck. I was not supposed to be lifting over 20 lbs due to a recent surgery. This is the first time I was unable to get help with loading. Will go to Atwood's next time I am in the area and need something.

Tractor Supply is always great. Lots of Pro stuff. If a farmer uses something then you can count on it. Plus i just bought a chainsaw bar and chain. The manager told me if i had any problems let him know and he would take care of it. Wow!Most retail places say "if you have problems keep it to yourself".They know their products too. Not just where to locate it on a shelf.
