I was happy when they groomed both of my dogs, but on my last visit with my small dog they didn't have any white shampoo so I bought it so they could go ahead with her grooming I wasn't happy that I had to purchase it but I felt like I had no choice dueto they didn't have the right product for my dog. I recently booked an appointment to get my husky bathed and groomed for today 08/19/2023 I got a call 30 minutes before I was supposed to be there they cancelled her appointment due to they have no groomers this is not ok. I'm looking for some one else to groom my furbabies.

The grooming was fine, the customer support was terrible.Had the dog dropped off to be groomed while I was traveling out of town.Tried to pay through the online portal but it was down. Called the store to try to pay over the phone but they wouldn’t take a payment over the phone and told me to call customer support.After being on the phone with customer support for 45 minutes they informed me they were having major issues and could not process payments but the dog could not be picked up until a payment was processed.Hundreds of miles from home, about to board a flight , trying to find someone they can drive to the store and pay in person because their system is down and they don’t have an answer
