I am so happy to find Little Critters, they are so courageous, and friendly I was so comfortable here. It was my puppy Sadie’s first cut and grooming session. She looks so gorgeous! I have been taking my Lucky to little critters for going on 10 years. They are the best and take their time with him because he doesn't like grooming lol. Very pleased with Tabatha and the girls!😘

I adopted a rescue on a Friday, Sunday night she was taken from my home (I stepped out for 15 minutes). I was frantic, she had already experienced neglect and abuse, I wanted to give her a better life. Unable to find her I was forced to wait until morning. First thing I called animal control and was told that Little Critters had her. I went to pick her up and was told that Dawn was leaving work and saw a man walking with her and she could tell from the way they interacted that it wasn’t his dog. She yelled at him and he let go and ran away. She then called my baby to her and because there wasn’t a tag on her put her in a kennel with food and water until morning. I can’t imagine what would have happened to my precious baby if she hadn’t intervened. They are wonderful people who truly love the animals in their care. Love Dawn and Tabitha and can’t thank them enough for saving my Bella!❤️

Tabitha & Dawn did an amazing job of taking care of our 3 fur babies!! They’re very reasonably priced, always positive and cheery, sent us pictures of our pups without us even asking, bathed and groomed all 3 dogs, and were incredibly kind and accommodating when our travel plans got changed last-minute! Boarding your fur babies can be stressful, but these ladies did an excellent job of taking care of our doggos as if they were their own. Thank you so much!! We’ll be back for a 3rd time whenever we plan our next trip! 🤗

I’ve been taking my older toy poodle to this groomer for years, and little critters has done a great job with her. I got a puppy, also a toy poodle, and he is extremely hyper. Little critters has been very patient with him while he learns. Thank you for loving my fur babies!

This is for Vicki: your post is a complete lie. I am there daily with my dog. He's been going there for doggie daycare and boarding for over 1yr. We have never had an issue. You need to leave Little Critters and the staff alone. Have a good life.

Little critters is a clean and great atmosphere for our animals. We have been using it for a long time. We love them for the lady that made the group comment Vicky you know nothing about the staff or the people that are there so please keep your negative and unnecessary opinions to yourself. When you bring your cat into a great facility and your cat gets out and you didn’t get charged for your cat getting out during a feeding and it got under a tub and you come in screaming and cussing at the employees and owner as the employee got the cat out twice and the cat was perfectly fine and again did not get charged this facility is very well taken care of and clean and has plenty of food and water at all times staff are great and there needs to stop being so much negativity from customers as a customer myself I do not like being involved with yelling and cussing the cat was fine and the people are better.

I tried to go to my usual place and when I showed up they were closed. I called Little Critters and they got me in 5 minutes later. So sweet and very reasonably priced for nail trimming.

This is a wonderful place.. very clean and well kept.. the staff extraordinary... my little Chihuahua absolutely loves it here it's his favorite place to go. And the owner Tabitha is an absolute delight and extremely knowledgeable... I would recommend over and over!!!

I called and explained the current situation of a fur babies fur. They got us in right away and eased my mind. They took amazing car of them and did an awesome job considering what they had to work with! They are definitely a God send and so thankful for them!

The people there are very nice and I dropped both my dogs off for 5 days. When I got them back home, they both ended up having kennel cough and my little puggle is struggling really hard to breath in between all the coughing and throwing up. My bigger dog is doing a little better but both are having breathing issues and fevers, next time I’m just going to spend the extra money for my dogs.

I have a adorable toy Yorkie I normally get a teddy bear cut on. I had a friend pick him up and when he got home he had basically been shaved and his face was comepletly messed up and I’m fixable. They should be ashamed. My poor puppy is depressed and freezing with no hair

I recently boarded my dogs here and was disappointed. There are lots of things I can overlook, like being disorganized or scatterbrained. I sent two dog beds, as well as some blankets, with my dogs. All of it came back smelling of pee and one of the dog beds was soaking wet-but not with water. My dogs do not have accidents indoors unless the circumstances are extenuating (the last time it happened I took her to the vet it was so odd and she was having liver issues). I hate to leave a negative review but I also don’t want someone to come home blindsided, feeling like your animals didn’t get the care they needed.

My joplin go-to dog boarding. Always able to get me in, and are there when I have last-minute plans and need someone to look after my pups. Boarding areas are spacious and meet my dogs needs for however long they are there.

I recently moved to Joplin last year and was struggling to find a place to bring my golden doodle. Called over to Tabitha and she got me in within the same week. My dog is always very nervous but she did amazing with Little Critters. Recently got another golden doodle and she loves going in to play and to get her hair done. I had to reschedule due to a wedding and Tabitha was very understanding and got my puppy taken care of almost immediately. Very nice place to take your pups.

We left our pups there over the holiday and they were kept in a big 10x10 had plenty of space for the few days. The pens were clean and had a good homey feeling. They had beds in there for them to sleep on so they weren't on the floor. They were all groomed and ready to go when I got back. The ladies were very good with our babies I didn't have one complaint and will use them again.

This was our first experience Boarding our little dog. I highly recommend Tabitha and Dawn. I was very anxious about leaving her for the first time but Tabitha made me feel very good. She took very good care of our precious baby. She answered all my questions when I called during vacation sent me pictures and reassured me that our Bianca was doing great! Picked her up today and she looked great. Thank you so much Tabitha for loving our little dog and caring for her while we were gone.

I take my dog there and I also took my previous dog there. Tabitha is awesome with the dogs. When my sister was sick and I took her King Charles in to be groomed Tabitha got her in right away. I have left my dog there for boarding and when I go to pick her up she is always clean The ladies there are awesome. You will never find a more caring person to look after your pet babies.

The girls here are so nice! My 7 month old puppy got to play with other puppies and had a great time. She was clean, happy, and healthy when I picked her up. They were so accommodating and I’d board there again for sure! Couldn’t be happier with the service at Little Critters.

So I used this facility two weeks ago to board my cat. When she was dropped off my cat was in excellent health shiny coat very happy and had no issues to speak of aside from being overly fat. Picked her up earlier in the week and quickly realize that she had an attitude and was very vocal about not being comfortable. Come to realize that she had become infested with fleas while at the boarding facility.They may be doing renovations they may also be cleaning regularly but either their facility has a huge issue with bugs in particular fleas currently or they need to do a better job of checking other pets that they're holding for customers.I admit that the staff is very nice and also incredibly polite but had I boarded my cat at a more expensive facility very well may not have picked her up full of fleas and had to spend $200 on flea and tick medication.Would strongly encourage the staff here and any potential clients of this location to both do a thorough cleaning and also check your pet for fleas and or ticks.On a side-note also be adamant about articulating your pets need for specific treats if it has any. My cat is allergic to a lot of different foods and or treats. The staff mixed up their treats with the treats that I dropped on off and she came back with a fair amount of dander too.Be aware of what your pet needs and articulate that when dropping them off.

Watson and Coco, my beloved cocker spaniels, went to Little Critters for 7 days and they loved it. They had a nice, clean large place to stay.Tabitha and her staff were very caring towards them and they were happy when they were picked up but acted like they missed the excitement at Little Critters. I will definitely take them again and will nor worry at all.

If you love your pet, consider going somewhere else. I had my dog there for only 10 days while gone for vacation. I left her a healthy, happy, and excited dog; she was picked up bloated and extremely sickly. She vomited, had diarrhea, and had a fever for 3 days. On top of that, she had a heat rash on her cheek which was crusted and dirty. When asked why I wasn't notified of an injury, the story kept changing. First, it was that they only noticed the mark when she was getting picked up. Then it turned into that they noticed when they supposedly gave her a bath. I was promised pictures of her daily and updates on her. I had to call over 3 times before they finally sent me any videos or pictures of my dog. This was over halfway through my vacation. She is only barely starting to act normal again, mind you she was picked up on May 9th. Next time, I will be definitely finding a friend to watch my sweet dog next time instead of subjecting her to these stressful conditions.
