My delivery was 8am the next day, I got there early hoping to stay overnight, this guy called Brian from the receiving come out and told me he will work late just to unload me 😮love it!awesome job Brian.

No need scaling for Pickup. Scale for receiving only. Appointment 1.00 pm I arried 10.00 am. Same time get door. But some time after they change the door. Its not a bid deal enough space for moving truck.

Arrived 2 hrs earlier for my appointment, and they took me in right away. Mind you, this was on a Sunday, not busy at all. They wouldn't let me watch football in the office while they loaded me. Lol. Great service.

Lot of bad reviews, but I just rolled in on a Thursday afternoon 4 hours early for my appointment. Got me right in on a door and am being loaded as I type. Probably be in, out and rolling in less than an hour and a half.

Good Place, Person at Guard shack was good. Good thing about this place is that you don't have to open the doors of your trailer to unload, they do it. Unloading was fast in and out in 30mins.

If I could give ZERO stars I will trust me. 5 hours here and haven’t load me yet and there’s drivers being here for 7 hours already worst thing is that I went inside and literally didn’t care that my clock is exhausting. I hope this get to management and somebody gets fired.

You can pull on the scale because u have to scale in n out the guard allowed me to stay the night there until they call me because it’s a possibility they will unload you that night the guys at the guard shack where cool to me but they call me 2 hours before my appointment time the only reason they didn’t get a 5star because it took them awhile to unload roughly 2 hours

It seems like mixed reviews about this place my experience was excellent security guard was a good guy the lady in the shipping office was very pleasant and helpful. It took them about an hour and five minutes to get me loaded.it looks like you can overnight outside the gate but there’s also a flying J about a mile before you get here

If you have liquid tanker be ready for at least one or two days layover, always no room to unload! All of our drivers has been here for more than one day including me myself. Just go at the truck stop, the is two in the area around the block. They'll call u when they're ready not a good place to go! I wish I could give zero

Please don’t pay attention to all the Bad Reviews about this place I had a 11:00 appointment and got in at 10:20 not bad I would say… there is a truck stop 0. 7 miles away and for all you first timers if you are pulling a reefer when you arrive pull on to the scale and the Guard will check you in it only took 45 minutes to unload so enjoy my friends

In and out pretty efficient to unload . Guard is super friendly and so was the receiver. Even let us sleep after we were unloaded.

14:00 appt.. it's 19:15 and still not docked to load.. zero stars. 20:20 sent to dock to load. 6 hours drive time lost. Late to final now.

Came in 2hrs late due to my previous load. Got here and was loaded and checked out within an hour! Great attitudes from checkin to checkout. They also have a scale on site.

Not impressed at all and I won't be back to haul this cheap stuff!Over two hours to load, bills say weight is 41,584 lbs but it's more like 44,000 lbs, gates all locked up and I've been sitting here trying to get out of this place for almost a half hour!Trucks backed up trying to get in and out but there's not a soul in the guard shack!Avoid this place at all costs because by the time you get loaded and out, you'll age five years!

Every time i come to this place there isnt anybody working the window for ahipping and recieving or they are just rude. If you come here expect at the minimum a 2 hour wait. Place is a joke

This place must have servere management problems. Check in half hr. Before appt. Window and 25hrs later still here. Heard 3 different story on delay.

They allow over night parkingThey took me in 4 hours before appointment time and was loaded 1 hour after i bumped the dock

There very slow appointment was 11:00 when I came in they to lunch they supposed to be back 11:40 I got door at 12:23 drivers came after me they got doors right away they’re very slow
