They have had me stuck here for 4 hours do to their issues with shippers paperwork I don't understand how a driver has to wait for these companies to correct their problems and the driver's have to sacrifice their time and their next loads with as the compensation is only penny's on the dollar

Along with the long wait times to get loaded, the lady at the shipping desk should either become a bit more friendly or consider a different career. If you just ask her a simple question she will start tripping out at you, showing attitude, and talking down to you. Very rude. No respect for truck drivers.

Clean place and a good place to work. However with that being said there is one shift tha has it figured out. Now if the rest of the shifts would follow suite that would be amazing. Supervisor and packaging leads need to stop being so worried about how fast your line is running and worry more about how many bags/box's are reaching the pallets. There is absolutely no point in killing your line so you can look better for running faster. Listen to your line leads who work these lines they can really help with making things better

I live in the area and would like to be able to give this place a good review. With that being said, as an owner operator I cannot give him a good review because every time I've been there to load or unload I have had one issue or another that has cost me way more time than it should have. Last time I went there I tried to call ahead to see if I could get loaded early. I had no luck getting ahold of anyone and in the process left a couple of messages. Once the shipping lady called me back she was extremely rude and short with me. I'll save you the remainder of the story, I won't be back. Pack your lunch if you're going to load or unload there.

Went there to work and the lead said you look young and fit I have hard job that in a hot atmosphere. And I was with 10 other people. Everyone else was packing tiny little dog bags while I was shoveling sweet potatoes underneath an oven for 6 hours straight. Everyone else is doing something MUCH easier and strenuous for the SAME pay because I looked young. And then I talked to the supervisor over the phone about it and he had a tone like I was dumb or something for saying that it was bs. Don't go there you'll be just as depressed and numb as everyone else that works there. Most depressing thing I have ever seen. Especially the people working in the back. They weren't even human...I'm not kidding. I'd rather be homeless and walking around than the way they seemed about life...I'm getting chills just thinking about those guys...oh and you'll see the guy that says great atmosphere and great attitude below me with the review. He has 897 Google reviews. Lol his job is to review stuff. Don't buy into that review saying it's like that. That's why they have to hire 10 temps every other day because everyone quits. If they had smart leadership they'd figure out a way to make it more bearable. What kind of company hires 10 temps the same day? Please for the lively hood of the people that have no other options for work don't feed into it by working there...their working conditions will improve if no temps keep going in there. For the life of those sad depressed zombies. Don't go...and if leadership reads this. I've got a good head on my shoulders and from a business point of view don't you think you guys would save a lot of money having to hire a temp agency and deal with turnover if you just figured something out that kept people there?

Interviewed and had a plant tour and they only pay 13.50 to start thats good for someone with no experience put someone with 4 years forklift experience 14 to 16 is the avg for Joplin no pay raises you get a raise when you learn a new machine no cost of living wage they need changes in their payscale

They load fast if you are on time for your appt. Otherwise you are a work in and could be there a while. Must have load bar or strap. On site restrooms for drivers.

Fast unloading overnight parking around back of building. When entering receiving is on the left shipping is straight ahead. Stay right along the building to get to rear

Nice shipper/receiver. Overnight parking available in the back of property if you want to arrive early. Make sure your not in the way and everyone is happy.

If you are a driver avoid this place. Unless you have hours on end to wait to be loaded and not allowed to use the bathroom or vending machines. Employees here treat truckers like garbage and all look like and act like drone robots.

There's only 2 shipping docks here, they take forever to load one truck... So you know what that means? You'll be waiting in line forever just to get into the one of the dock!!!

I only live by Hampshire but its been a great neighbor. Not a bunch of problems and the smell actually makes me hungry. LolIm surprised every free range animal in the country aint standing around the building.Good job Hampshire. The building looks good. 👍

My husband likes it but he does need the over time it helps on bills and my meds and my CO pay on my Dr appointment and meds. I have Dr appointments out of town like in St. Louis now I can't go to a liver Dr Hempatologist for my liver

Dog food plant who push their workers to the breaking point. Workers are yelled & cussed at & worked hard, with supervisors having no respect for the hard work done & cussing/yelling at them if they think your not working hard enough! Would not recommend working there.

I arrived @1400 but appointment wasn't until 1600 but checked me in,got to the door@1539,And was finish loading an hour after...dont be late,but the staff is friendly and will help with any questions...
