My husband is an experienced home fresh water aquarium user. We have looked for many years for a reliable, clean, top quality store. Becky's is it!! The store is a little crowded but everything is clean and all high quality fish and supplies. The experienced owner and her staff are very helpful and always give us great advice. They've gotten us thru a few issues with ease. Again, i can not stress her quality of fish and products. Please go see Becky's store, it's the best place for beginners and experienced fish owners....fresh or salt water!!! Excellent service

We came in. First thing Becky says is "we aren't here to sell you fish we're here to educate you" (we have had aquariums for over 6 years) then proceeded to sell me a pleco instead of a pandagara. She also tried to tell my German blue rams would kill everything in our tank- I would recommend Liquid Zoo up the street. Better selection better quality and the people actually know their stuff and helped me identify these random fish. They are a lot nicer on their approach of providing guidance as well. Becky's might be better for salt water but as far as your fresh water needs- wouldn't recommend. She should probably try to sell fish and educate herself...

I visited Becky's for the 1st time this weekend which involved an hour drive from Bentonville, AR. Her store is clean and her alarm system/door greeter is adorable (gorgeous poodle). Her attention to the teaching opportunities of each customer was next level, she gets the hospitality aspect of retail like things were before we are became so polarized and apathetic. Her store doesn't have many tanks but they're filled w oddballs. Her offer to special order anything I needed was a nice touch. Overall, a nice boutique style shop. A place I'd think of first when my fish are sick. A real joy to visit, thanks Becky! Love my rs gold several, ty!

Stopped in to check out Becky's Aquarium. Very informational and just an all out awesome place to visit. < Post from first visit.It took 4 years after my first visit to Becky's to decide to step into the hobby. Purchased what I needed from Becky's to start first saltwater aquarium and the advice from Becky and her crew to get my tank up and running has been flawless. Within 2 weeks into the cycle on a new setup I was able to put in a couple fish. Fish tank looks great, thanks for the help and making this process easy and less stressful.

Becky has Several Beautiful Aquarium's Established. And is Very Smart when it comes to helping people work out there issues that they are having with there Water and Or there I'll Fish. I would Recommend You go see Becky and her Associates if you want Tropical or Freshwater Fish. Or have any Questions about fish. Or just need your water Tested.

Becky and her staff were extremely helpful and in no way dismissive of my novice fish questions. My daughter’s beta hadn’t eaten for a week and I was about to give up on it when I called the shop. They told me to bring in the fish and they gave it a “salt bath.” Now two weeks later the fish is almost recovered, and most importantly is eating again. Highly recommend this shop!

Robin Plumbing, LLC has been using Becky's Aquarium for over a year now and just love the service and the treatment we get! From getting us started with our first salt water tank to weekly service. I can reach out any time with a picture or a question and Becky is always there to answer and provide guidance. If you haven't been to the store, you should go! The fish lady's store is clean, the environment is family friendly and the knowledge that is shared is larger than any place I've been.A bonus is you'll be greeted by a special friend, a poodle that is as sweet as can be.

Don't waste your time if your looking for african cichlids the guys that helped me had no idea what they were selling. I ended up getting what I was told, were 2 ob peacocks at juvenile size. A month later after they've grown a bit, they are definitely mbuna. The shop was unwilling to correct their error.

This is the cleanest pet store I've ever been in. I was buying all my fish from pet smart but seems like they all die a few days after i bring them home. So we went into this store and I really like the store. I bought some fish from her and they are still alive. Becky is one of the nicest people I've meet. She knows everything you need to know about fish. I'll for sure be getting my fish and all the stuff for our tanks from her.

I highly recommend Becky, the fish lady. I had the best experience and got the best service ever. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful. She is truly passionate about what she is does and is even more amazing at doing what she does. Such a big hearted and kind person. Won't do any sort of fish shopping anywhere but here. Totally worth my hour and a half drive.

This used to be a great store. Most times that I have been in the store for the last year or two staff's attention is split between too many directions. It is not uncommon for customers to wait 30 mins - an hour or more. Becky is what I would call old school knowledgeable, and is unwilling to consider newer ways of doing things. She wants to sell customers as much junk as she possibly can, to pad her pockets, rather than letting people add to or upgrade their tanks and equipment as needed over time. She is hard core set in her ways and closed minded when it comes to people having specific fish or decor that she doesn't like, or equipment set-ups that she doesn't like, and especially when people set up their own DIY operations like building their own sumps instead of buying her $400+ ones. This store is about money, not people and not the hobby. This is not only my experience. This is from hearing her talk down to other customers during the long wait times I have dealt with. I won't go back. She comes across as kind until she can't make any more money off of you, and then she washes her hands of you. That's just not the way to treat people. There is a way to let someone know that you disagree with them, without coming across as patronizing and condescending, and she should practice it. It used to be a great place to go. In addition, she has felons (Donald) working there practically running the place and I've been very uncomfortable if she is not there. And one last thing- the prices are way too high. I understand you have to keep the doors open and businesses have expenses, but don't price gouge the people who help to keep your doors open. That is not ethical. I have checked Amazon and Chewy and some of her prices are DOUBLE theirs. I could see her prices being a little bit more, but double?! That's just being greedy.
