I feel like the employee of the month. I didn’t even apply. Where’s my employee discount? I do not love that there is only one cashier scanning items for customers with a long line. I’m not a trained cashier. The items don’t usually scan very well. There are 3 people in the self checkout area to make sure people aren’t stealing and one person on each exit to further interrogate you but no came to assist me check out, they just watch me struggle and joke around with each other. I know it saves Wal~Mart money by having customers scan items but when customers are struggling and no one is assisting them it makes me wish I went to a different store. It may cost a little more somewhere else but I’m treated respectfully and with dignity. Checkout should not take 30 minutes because items didn’t scan and no one assisted. Please correct this. Sorry to rant but I’m frustrated and feel Sam Walton, Good rest his soul, would not be happy that his customer oriented company has forgot about his customers

Sometimes I like to go, just lay on the floor and pretend I'm a crumb. If you identify as one, they can't remove you. Best game you can play if that doesn't work is hiding in the clothes racks and jumping out at strangers.

Never order anything on line, because you ordered something that won't arrive at store for 7 to 10 days, Walmart freezes your funds. So. ,I ordered two tires, selected day and time to have them installed on my car, a friend was with me, I just had an MRI done, and 11am that same day, we went to Walmart for tires to be mount and balanced, the clerk tells me at the auto center part of walmarts, that and I quote"What order?". Uh? What? Asked if they could look up order that I already paid for the tires, and she says"we can't look up online orders" quote unquote.???? Walmart CANT look up WALMART orders?????? It took me calling Bentonville, ark. Before I could have my money refunded on my bank debit card, 7 to 10 days later??? True story. And. I still have bald tires on my car, lol !! Whf????

I can't say enough good things about Walmart! I buy ALL my toilet paper from this store because they sell a brand in 4-packs that is their cheapest, costing at one time less than a $1.00 a 4-pack, now it is around $1.00 a 4-pack. Occasionally upon trips to Walmart i may simply grab a few 4-packs of this their only toilet paper i buy and currently i have SO MUCH toilet paper at my house i can go easily a year without buying anymore! If only i could save actual money like that and to be honest it very much is about saving money when visiting a Walmart store because they carry SO many needed items for your home and offer SO many needed services ALL IN ONE PLACE!!!

The employees could be a little less miserable and the prices are increasing while quality and quantity of everything has declined. Walmart used to be the best place to save money now it’s almost too expensive to shop at.

The last three times we have tried to do an online order for pick-up we have ended up waiting for over an hour for our order to be brought out to us. This time, I received a text as I was pulling into the parking lot that my pickup was delayed, so I called. The woman I spoke with said that there were a few items still being collected, that the delay was due to call-Ins and no-shows. Even if that is the case, we waited, and then finally received the notice that our order was ready for pickup, only to then wait ANOTHER 30 minutes after checking in to call and be told “someone is on his way out with your order.”1) If I place an online order the day before pickup, why is the order being packed at the last minute? 2) Why did other people come and go with their orders while we continued to wait? 3) I have had three bad visits with three lame excuses for waiting so long, you have lost my business.

The best stocked Walmart here in town. The store is clean and well organized and the vast majority of staff is friendly and helpful.

The usual suspect here. Ever been to a Walmart-well there ya go. It has all the stuff you gotta get! Usually clean restrooms and clean store. The aisles are kinda close but that’s the case in every store. If you desire the same experiences that you are used to at Walmart then this is the place for you. Oh, sometimes the shopping carts will randomly shock you as you push them! Not as much anymore but there is something about the store’s floor to cart friction.

Walmart prices are insane, our selection is limited. I am not quite sure if this is a merchandising problem or if it an availability problem. Either way, I shouldn't be expected to pay twice as much for an item that is smaller than I needed and forced to pay more for it because it was the only brand on the shelves. No room to save any money, which was Sam Waltons whole reason for starting Walmart in the first place. His vision has been deteriorated by corporate greed.

Things are different with the remodel going on. There are self-service registers being put in on the North side. 3 weeks later,things are so muchi better. The front end is normal. It's easy to get around and it Is different. They change this and that. That will never change, however, you can find a helpful person nearly, ( in blue) to find whatever you need or wantDot Sanders
