I bought an item online and decided I wanted to cancel that same day. They told me I'd have to return it when I got it. I waited 8 days before calling and being informed my item was out of stock and they are waiting to get back in stocks to send me the item to be returned. Absolutely rude ridiculous and lazy customer service standards

Just used vet services that are offered monthly. More than pleased! No office call and for well dogs with routine vaccinations, Heartworm checks and toe nail trims, it is the real deal. Two very nice professional ladies, the vet and vet tech. Great patient teaching. First time ever, because of the kind no rush approach, neither of my pups fussed at all with toenail trims. They also gave me a free bag of dog food for trying their service. Extremely happy 😊!

New Year’s Eve and my furnace is out. I called Tractor Supply and at 6pm closing time. I was able to get some space heaters and they even loaded them in the car for me. They were very helpful... I had no idea what to get.I am very happy with the employees they are always great.

I'm not from MO. The cashier, n a gentleman were so helpful they could have yes that item will b good, but instead they explain why not. I thank them. My x spouse he goes there quite bit. He buys things he needs.

We just went there waited 20 minutes for someone to help us get a gun safe and no one came to help. Then we asked the cashier and he took an extra 5 minutes to come help. We left with no gun safe because of the staff and very disappointed.

This used to be one of my favorite stores. I went there this evening and I waited over half an hour just to be informed that they were unable to fill my propane tanks. What took so long? They have a new ceo that wants to run the store with just 2 people! It was insane, there were customers standing around waiting everywhere! I'm going to Orscheln's.

Never knew they carried so many items. I Love it when you have great sales on clothes & boots let alone all the supplies. My son shops there also being your so close.My granddaughter, Kendra Varner lives up the hill there so we like stopping by. When we do she asks about filling out a job application but they always say they're not hiring at this time. She is 16 wondered if there is a certain age they need to be?

Spent the whole day in Jefferson City looking for kayaks, exhausting! While we were at Dick’s sporting goods, a patron suggested the tractor supply. He stated he bought his there so of course we wanted to check it out too. They had a smaller selection, but seemed to be much more knowledgeable than any other places we had been. Being newbies to this kind of purchase, that was much appreciated. Nick, the associate that assisted us was so friendly and actually wanted to help us. He even was kind enough to give us some much appreciated advice on using the Kayaks. We bought 2 and plan on returning to buy 2 more in the near future.👍

Needed belt for my riding lawn mower. Man showed me where they were, measured my old one against the one for sale and even said to bring it back if it didn't fit. It fit perfectly. Half the price of buying it from Sears, no deliver cost, no waiting for it to arrive, and friendly service. Whats not to like?

Stood outside for 20 minutes for propane,went inside 2 times to ask for assistance. 3 ppl in whole store that were browsing.not busy at all.no assistance so after 30 minutes we left.went to us rents it! They take care of their customers!!

I'm not in love with their location, but the staff is friendly and the store is well stocked. They carry a large amount of Hobart welding supplies and I have never seen them out of chicken food.

Some stuff is overpriced junk, their livestick feed is expensive and lower quality than my local feed coop. But they have great deals on fencing and some equipment from time to time.

I tried to order a part for Huskee riding mower that I purchased here 2 or 3 years ago. I called the store three times over a week and a half and talked to someone who was supposed to get back to me the next day each time I called. Never received a call back from any of my calls. Finally I located the part from an online parts house, ordered it, and received it in three days. Needless to say, I won't be buying from Tractor Supply again.
