I honestly didn't know there were overstock stores like this for clothing. The only one I ever knew about were burlington Coat Factory and t j maxx, this was different than them. When I go in here, I look around because I actually see things i want to buy, which is not usually the case when it comes to clothing stores. If you're looking to dress well and not spend too much money. This would be a great place to start looking.

Staff was friendly, store was clean, but there inventory for men's clothes was very limited. The clothing racks were no where near stocked with clothes. Didn't find any clothes that interested me except 1 shirt and it was 2 sizes too little..

Good place to shop. Need to update your Saturday hours on Google. It says you open at 10:30 but the doors to the mall are locked until 11am.

Wish they had one closer to home. More like Columbia Mo. I would drive to Columbia more often to go to this store but, it currently being so close to St. Louis is just so far away that I do not shop there often.

First time I had ever been in a Ross, reminded me of a thrift store, poorly kept, I dunno if that's the standard or not but didn't make me feel like I wanted to stay. We did find a dress for my girlfriend, and the associates were friendly, but overall didn't seem like a corporate store. Marshall's has a much nice presence.

I am a huge fan of Ross stores as they provide quality clothing and household items at affordable prices. Unfortunately this location is very hit and miss. There is either a lot to choose from or barely anything at all. When it is stocked it is great, but that's not as often as what I typically see at other Ross locations. Unbeatable prices, although not the greatest selection.

I have mixed feelings toward the store, I'm always hopeful when I walk in, some of the men's clothes are lacking a bit, though you will always find something there you like, I always find a belt at the very least and price is more than worth the trip, all in all, I recommend stopping at least.

Need more shoe options in size 9 1/2 to 10. Found a beautiful blouse, a pair of flats, and a very nice cutting board. Nice helpful staff.

Make sure to check for holes after they take off the security tag. For some reason they don't always get the tag placed right in the seam and then your item is left with a noticeable hole in your item!

I love going to Ross because I pay less to look really nice too but from a shoppers point of view someone needs to look at the prices of the clothes because you can see a shirt for $49 then you can move down to another shirts of the same kind it is like $7.99 so you have to pay attention to the prices on the clothes before you just pay for it and it's really confusing confusing and takes a lot of time to make sure you have what you want for the lowest price. But that's on everything everything they sale at Ross prices are all off,it needs to be done over. And I know they're ripping people's off at Ross

Ross is a very difficult place to shop manger s are so unfriendly and they barley welcome you to the store. When kids feel that bad environment you know that's true. They even tried selling used items without wanting to give a good discount. Get friendly people to work for Ross. Not people with unfriendly behavior.....

I have only been to this Ross 2 times, but I've driven over an hr to go and end up in a store that looks like it's the day after black Friday. It's not like any Ross I have been to which is extremely disappointing, since Ross is my absolute favorite store. Also, their dressing room situation is fail. 👎

Kind of messy but not the workers’ faults. They’re really busy. Just wish other shoppers would hang the clothes and not just drop them on the ground to be stepped on. I always find really good deals on cute clothes here.

Great selection of women's and jr girls apparel and accessories. As well as home decor and housewares. The prices are unbeatable! Friendly associates too. Love this place!

I just went today Capitol mall in Jefferson City i bought some very good stuff from Victoria secret very expensive stuff I bought and then I came in Ross dress store when I enter I have it this Victoria secret bag with me lady knows at front desk bec when I enter there some sound came that's why she kw and then I round only this 3 ale which has candle hold and some home decor stuff and near me no one single customer around but Ya only one Ross store assistant was there I guess he is manager not sure he is tall and thin when I was looking candle haldar I put bag down and use both hand to look and that time my husband came to pick up me he called me from outside in the car only ,he said come out side I start run and I realize I forgot my bag I went back in 45-60 sec bec I was on store when I realized I went back that place where I forgave my bag still tall and thing Guy was there I ask him he said I was working from 5 hrs no one forgave bag with out checking I had a feeling he is the one who had my bag.

Lots to choose from and love how there isn't 10 of the same thing in each size. The variety is nice and the staff is friendly. I love shopping here. The prices are low and the quality is great for the price.
