We walked in with a skinny, very stinky friendly dog that we just rescued. She had a long trip back to Minnesota ahead of her the next day. Shannon got us all hooked up with a nice bath to get her smelling fresh, and new coat as it was a cold trip home, and some very Yummy treats Izzy loves!. The staff here was awesome and very helpful. We will be back the next time we are in town!!

First visit to the new location. Bruno got muddy at the park and I hated to even try but we got there 30 min before closing, the girls were so accommodating and friendly. Love the new layout and two washrooms!

Went into ask about different types of kitten food as my kitten is a very picky eater, was immediately greeted, and staff was very helpful. They even gave me several free samples that I can try and see what she would like to eat the best. Overall very impressed with the store and will definitely be purchasing all my pet supplies here from now on!

This place is great if you want your pet to have top of the line food. Everything they sell is organic and without all the bad stuff. Of course.. 2 10lb bags of cat & dogfood is $80 do be prepared to pay to of the line prices as well, but that's to be expected.

My miniature longhaired dachshund got into some fresh venison and needed a bath ASAP. I did not want to wait a week for an appointment to get her groomed.The dog bathing facilities here are awesome. The place was busy but I did not need an appointment. The owner is exceptionally helpful!! This is definitely a pet friendly business!

Great location on the East End. There is a young gentleman who works there and he's always been so helpful when I go in. In fact, he let me know there was an awards program for thr specialty food I get my cat. After so many bags you get a free bag. I told him I'd been getthis food for over a year. He said if I brought my past receipts in he would make sure I got the credit.

Customer friendly Brittany I think was her name very very good at describing what's in foods and treats . This place is 100% better then pet smart . They even have a self usage bathing station with towels and walk ramp . Very clean and well stocked .

Love Premium Pets. I am in there often for dog biscuits by the bag. My dogs love the toys, the treats, and foods. They carry pupcakes by two different local bakeries. They carry many of the same items only offered on line. I use the maze food bowls they carry, which really has reduced the amount of doggie upset stomachs from eating too fast. You really need to check out her self wash station, a great deal. And check out all the bones and antlers deemed safe for dogs, small and large. Owner discrestion is always advised. Best new small business in town.

It's a very nice pet supply store . The store is privately owned and the owner will go out of her way to help you with your needs and if you are looking for a place to wash your pet your self instead of the sink or bath tub she has that or she'll do it for you !! Love the place !!
