I thought the service was awesome they have plenty of varieties but I am still having trouble finding the right foods and my dog to eat they said there is a dog food called No picky doggy food even went to get a coupon through the mail and he still will not eat it but that does not come on the service of the place I will go back for other reasons prices are a little bit above normal to my knowledge but thank you for being here

I went to find to find my dog a new harness tonight and the guy working (Austin I think) was absolutely wonderful!!! He helped me find the perfect harness and then even fitted it on my dog to ensure it was correct!

They offer great products and being a salon groomer is sometimes hectic but the coworkers help support a lot. Nice people and service overall.Some product prices are a bit high, but still worth the purchases. Overall going greater than any doubts upon the hiring process.

We brought our dog to your Jefferson City MO store for grooming. After 4.5 hours, she had not been brushed, trimmed or had her nails clipped. She was returned to us with a pamphlet that described how much she enjoyed those things, which was clearly a lie. We have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter with your corporate office, as no remedy was offered in-store. Is this normal? To take a dog for almost 5 hours, do no grooming and then charge the customer for a full service?

Took in Siberian Husky Saturday for the full wash, furminator, teeth brush, deshedding shampoo nail trim. The first time they asked if wanted her shaved, I said yes. 2nd time I made clear need her trimmed around Butt, stomach, paws ears and neck area assuming that the rest would be attended to. Yea right!. I got a barely touched dog, paws and belly not trimmed. I guess the need picture of what a trimmed Husky looks like cut properly.

Well stocked and clean. Sometimes the lines can be a bit longer of a wait but I think it's not something the cashiers have control of. They seem a little short staffed and the average checkout time gets slowed down by their membership system needing to be typed in for each customer.They have a lot of clearance sales on various items pretty regularly so you can occasionally get deals that feel like a steal on treats and toys.

They had some very helpful employees the employees seemed to want to help us make the right choice on the fish we were buying, there is one gentleman that comes to mind in particular. I don't remember his name though. And the lady who has I believe a German accent was very friendly

Friendly staff for the most part. Overpriced like everything else these days. We've bought fish from them that died in days and others that are doing great. Used their grooming service with no issues for our big dog. Purchased odds and ends as needed. Solid place to shop for pet needs

I had my twin 5 month old Maltese pups in the Jeff City store for their first grooming yesterday. Savannah and Gracie did a wonderful job and my babies looked amazing! Everyone was friendly and VERY professional. They have definitely earned my loyalty.

It was exciting as usual. My kids love to go see all the different pets they have in the store. Emoyees are always helpful and generally have a good attitude. Welcoming environment is the feeling I get when I go in there.

Brought my dog in to get groomed. Paid extra for some holiday package and his groomer forgot about some of the things it came with, I had to remind them. It was my dog’s first time and I told them he needed a lot of patience, he’s a Siberian husky. When I picked him up he looked like he was cramped up in the enclosure. Because he is a double coated dog, I didn’t ask for shaving or trimming of any kind and didn’t expect them to do it. They trimmed some and nicked him in the behind. Additionally he seemed traumatized. Like he was more anxious and in a hurry to leave, and he hasn’t been the same. He was very aggressive when I brought him home. He’s not really eating his food, no matter what we add to it. He is also fussier, it’s been over a week and this continues. I would not feel comfortable taking him back in fear that he would get the same groomer, but I do believe we got unlucky and there are some that are decent groomers. Just wouldn’t recommend them for first timers or huskies.

Everything has always been great except for stocking enough of the Frozen instinct dog and puppy food. It’s very hard to get enough weekly for our dogs. No set delivery schedule on it according to the employees asked and it seems to be a popular product choice of pet parents. Other than that we have shopped there for a long time and love it!

Been looking so forward to getting my husky a summer haircut because she is so hot with summer coming on and apparently the air conditioning was stuck on 50 so they gave her a bath didn’t cut her hair and charged me 114 $ when I asked about making an appointment they wouldn’t make one because my dog pulled the groomers hair. They used to have a groomer named Javier that knew how to handle huskies his waiting list is past summer at a different groomer I can’t tell you how much he is missed by my dog and myself come back Javier!! Come back!!

Prices on most things make me shake my head while others can be reasonable. Fact that you can take your animal in with you is a good plus for thought that really love their pet but I wouldn't make the statement that petsmart is the beat pet place to buy as the prices can be a bit much...
