Been here twice lately. First time I dined in. The restaurant was not welcoming. Dirty, smeared glass doors greet you. The rest of the restaurant wasn’t overly clean, and the bathrooms were truly filthy.The food was pretty good really. Bacon avocado melt was great, and the salad ingredients were fresh and crisp.Next time I used the drive thru. Wait time was long for a simple order, and the worker none too amiable. But once again the sandwich was delicious. I wish the atmosphere and service were as good as the food. Then I wouldn’t mind the overpriced food so much.

Just left Panera Bread. Service was great. The young lady who took our order was AMAZING, very kind sweet and urgent with getting our order. I think her names Kelsey she’s awesome!!!!!

If my first and only Panera Bread experience had been like this one, I would’ve been a fan LONG time again! The food, service, cleanliness, food turn over time was terrific. They handle our very large BUS LOAD of TEENAGERS like a champ. All the food was fresh and oh so good! If all the Panera Breads are as good as this one then I’m a fan from now on! BUT… and it pains me to write this…they have to get an efficient dishwashing service cause YUCK! I took my 8th spoon to the bathroom and washed it in the sink!

Great business, always amazing customer service! If I ever have any issues they are resolved with no issue. Forgot one of my soups in my Togo order which is not a big deal, however I I live outside of Jeff City so I called 3 times to get a refund and received no answer. Waited another 20 minutes and tried again, still no answer. Eventually I just drove back up there and got my soup because clearly I was not getting it refunded unless I showed up. It’s very unprofessional when a business does not answer their phones during business hours. I also live with someone who used to work there and were shocked they didn’t answer the phone, as they are supposed to have one in the managers office and they also keep one in the kitchen.

I did the drive-through at Panera bread on June 6 at about 8 o’clock at night. I ordered multiple things. One of them was a cup of chicken noodle soup. My chicken noodle soup had no chicken no noodles just broth. That is disappointing. My total order was $35. I’m disappointed. I’m not saying I’m not coming back again however seven or eight dollars for broth is not satisfactory.

This is my last straw for this location. I've had bad service here many times before but I won't be coming back after today. I've had bread so stale here it broke my brackets on my teeth, and they are constantly out of bagels/bread (Yes, Panera. The BREAD company.)Today I ordered a fugi apple salad, no cheese, no nuts, no chicken. They gave me a salad with only tomato and onions so I went back and ask for the apples (clearly in the name of the salad.) One of the workers tells me it doesn't come with apples (I've ordered this salad before and it always comes with apple chips. It's literally in. The. Name.) After I argue it does he then apologizes and gives me a new salad with everything on it (including the nuts and cheese which I am SEVERELY allergic to!!) I demanded it be remade but this is just ridiculous. I had to have a salad remade three times??!This location is run by a bunch of lazy people who don't care. I can't stand this kind of service.

The staff is always very friendly, coffee is great, and if you go here more than once a week, the sip club is the only way to fly. Shout out to Margaret and Hailey. The place could use a good deep cleaning. Other than that, no concerns. I'll never understand why a food establishment has carpet. Pull it, put in wood, tile, or stain the existing concrete under the carpet.

Mornings are real nice to go in, get some coffee, and do some work. At lunch it gets pretty busy and a little louder. The coffee is great especially the Hazelnut brewed coffee. I can hardly resist buying a cinnamon roll too. They are close to best in town.

Could be a little cleaner. The lady taking our order literally just left me standing. There didn't take my order. Went outside and did whatever came back in. Took my order. Had a nonchalant attitude. Customer service is definitely not what it used to be anymore. Maybe it's the amount of pay they get. Idon't know anyway, wasn't the best experience waiting for my food was all right cuz there's a really awesome older dude to talk to who was kind of funny

I was just passing through Jeff City and decided to grab a salad at Panera. This seems like it might be a new store, but I'm not all that familiar with Jeff City, so not sure. The staff here was incredibly friendly! This was the first time I've ever had the 99-cent pastry with a meal purchase offered, and, of course, took full advantage of that! I ordered a pick-two soup and salad, but got the full sized items. I will have to check my receipt to see what I was charged for. Panera has pretty consistent quality and I'm usually satisfied with whatever I get. This visit was no different.

I’m leaving 4 stars because of the Team Manager Darryl Brinkley, otherwise I would be leaving fewer. I ordered a Cobb salad and when it arrived it had what appeared to be a whisker hair on one of the eggs. I took it up to the front and the young lady took it but she never said anything to me. Mr. Brinkley, who was sweeping and vacuuming, came up to me and immediately got right on it. I would still be waiting there otherwise. He was polite, hospitable, and made sure that we were taken care of and that the situation was handled. Thank you!

I hadn't been to Panera in some time, I was shocked by the price of half sandwich and salad! My total was 17 dollars!! They were out of several menu items, and I wasn't able to order what I wanted. Bread seemed old. Overall, i was not satisfied.
