I had to make some returns that I had forgotten I had. I took the bag in and everything was great! No hassle getting my returns taken care of. I was also there to pick up a couple items that I needed and was able to go through the checkout and pay for my purchases using the gift card I had just received. Very excited about the prices of some other items I'm in the market for very soon. Lowes is still the place.

Great morning to spend at Lowe’s. Sales staff friendly and helpful. Check out the clearance plants. If you find one that was just put out, you might get a bargain. We were able to find everything we needed and a few pretties that some how found their way into my cart. Everyone was happy there, enjoying the birds singing and the lovely plants. If they only had a coffee cafe there!

All helpful staff are great. It’s strange but nice to have the feeling that Lowe’s is a JC family store and Menard’s is just the big corporate guy who came to dinner that no one invited. I definitely get more help and more engagement with staff here. Feels better to ask for project help as well.

I've never been thrilled with Lowe's. The problem where I moved to doesn't have a Home Depot, which I definitely prefer, so I have to drive a distance to go to a Home Depot. Their process are definitely higher.

Was able to get a washer and dryer quick and easy. Walked up to what I wanted and was helped immediately without having to ask for it. Associate walked me through everything I was paying for and warranty questions. I will be shopping here again for sure with that kind of service.

Lowes has just about anything one can need for the home. The only problem I have found is that staff sometimes don't know where things are or they can't find anyone to help in the area you need in a timely manner but nice store.

It had been a few months since my last visit to Lowes. I can't believe how much prices have increased. Not gonna buy any tools unless absolutely necessary. Bought a sweatshirt and some lights on clearance.

For multiple weeks i came to lowes checking out their appliances. Each time i was met with professional staff memeber who are knowledgeable about the products and services. Daniel advised he could have my new appliance delivered within 2 days and he was not kidding. The professionals showed up. Carefully unloaded the item and installed it. The company was called ryder and the gentleman where very fast and communicable

Lady veteran was super helpful with paint choices. Another woman also helped us find smoke detectors. A third man gave us great advice on a screw driver set. We are regulars at Lowe's, but our experience today was fantastic customer service from everyone!

I bought a zz plant for 12 a dracaena for 10 and a little salvageable fern for 4.50 while the aldis uo the road was having a plant sale for 14ea so I'm happy to report all of those are thriving now and I love rescuing plants from Lowe's

Most of the time they've been very great and helpful and have the items that I need. They also are excellent about returns.We've spent a lot on the current project in the last few months over there but it's been worth it and their staff is generally very helpful and knowledgeable.Sometimes late at night though it is hard to get someone's attention for help.

BUYER BEWARE I bought a refrigerator here and had a delivery date set up for today. They were supposed to call yesterday to let me know what time they would be arriving. When I didn't hear from them, I called this morning (several times to get a human). After arguing with them for almost an hour because they would not be delivering the refrigerator today (which was paid for by the way) they changed their story and claimed they tried to deliver it on Wednesday. Which was not the agreed time or day that it would be delivered. So, since I wasn't home in the middle of the day on Wednesday they sold the refrigerator to somebody else. Now they're telling me that I have to wait for them to order another one. So I told them to cancel the whole thing and give me my money back. We'll see if they actually do later this week. I'm pretty furious over this whole thing.

Honestly the store was fine, I don’t want to knock it for 1 poor employee. Payton (self checkout attendant on 4/10), however, was rude. We tried to pay with gift card and did not see the sign saying gift cards were not to be used at the register. Payton could have said I’m sorry, this register doesn’t accept gift cards or something similar but instead had to grab the sign and refuse to say anything. Very poor customer service.

The cabinet guy was fantastic! We wanted to do a diy kitchen island and the guy helped with every last detail. We had a successful diy, thanks to guys at Lowe’s!!

We bought carpet in April to be installed in June. We got the estimate from the 3rd party installer and went to pay. They were running a special and got another 10% off. The trainee also gave us a rebate form that he said would give us a $250 gift card. I got home and started filling it out and it was tile only. I call the store manager and he said there was no carpet rebate and he talked to the trainee. A few weeks later we scheduled the install for late June. The day comes and no one had confirmed, even through I called the 3rd party installer and the store. Same trainee answered the phone and said Alan the manager was out but would give him my # to call me. Cynthia the person that sold us the carpet was also out and the trainee was alone. 4pm comes around and I call again. Apparently trainee said he forgot to give Alan my name and # and he still knew nothing. I finally get a text from the installer that they would be there between 8-10am. Now come day of and it's 10am not installer. Text installer, call installer, call Lowes and no answers. Finally get a call from Lowes and they said they'd try to get ahold of the installer. Finally installer text at 11am and says the text should have said 9am-11am. Installer Finally shows up at 1pm. No excuse why they are so late no apology. Never did get another call or text from Lowes or Installer. Not good customer service.Edit: I tried calling customer service 3 separate times. Twice was disconnected after waiting for 30 minutes, the third time I finally got through after waiting about 45 minutes. I spoke to customer care, they apologized and said let me get you over to the install department. I spoke to the install department. I told them the exact same story again, and they said oh, we don't deal with any of that, we just deal with install. We can't help you. You will have to call customer care who transferred you to us, or you can call the store. I told them I'd already called both of those places and had gotten nowhere. So apparently, Lowe does not care about customer service or their customers. Please pull the recorded calls and listen to them. Terrible customer service!!Update - called twice and got no where. You said talk to the store again. I tried and they said call corporate, so basically none of you care.

It seems like everything I buy from this Lowe’s is a 50/50 shot to be damaged or not. The customer service counter is constantly packed because everyone’s going through the same issues on returns. Either the shipping methods or the storage methods have to be improved.

We were there this morning and purchased 20 bags of raised garden soil. The only checker was at the self checkout and quite the line to check out. There were no loaders to be found so I was on my own. I am 63 years old with a bad back so some help would have been nice. I would not have posted this but I have had basically the same experience my last 2 trips to Lowes.

Building Grand Champion Sir Von Reicher a new heated dog house. He deserves it. Lowe's had everything including the Doggy Door. I applied for their credit card and with using the card the first time I got $30.00 off. A great place to help make your improvement.

Had a patio sliding door installed on 8/14/2023 that I purchased from lowes and had their installers install it. The door is not even sitting on the subfloor, they filled the 1/2 inch gap under the door with clear silicone plus did not even use foil wrap around the door jam and floor. Looks like they held the door up and screwed it to the studs. They broke the J-channel on both sides and tried to caulk one side back together. They are coming back on 8/24 just to assess the problem and who knows when they will be back to fix the issue. So in the meantime time if it rains that subfloor will get wet. I'm about to reinstall the door myself the proper way and request a refund on the installation charge. I would not advise to use lowes install for anything. If the door is not installed properly by your so called installers It will be taken to small claims court.
