I don't usually go out of my way to write a bad review, but today I chose to. I was speaking to Barbie, someone who works up front, and she was very rude. No, how can we help you, is everything going ok? Nothing. The customer service is horrible here. I love HomeGoods too and have always had a great experience, but absolutely not here. I then talked to the store manager, and she was also rude. I talked to my roommates about it, and they said the same thing. Just a heads up, I will be sharing this information with my friends in the area about this awful experience. I truly hope other employees there are not mistreated. Do better, be better. If college students are making a 40-minute trip to spend our money, please treat us better.

Usually a great store to shop in. This week I asked a store clerk twice where I could find what I was shopping for. The first time she pointed to the back of the store and said back there in the corner. So I searched and searched. Gave up and when I was walking back to the front of the store I saw this same clerk. I told her I couldn’t find the item. Her response was a shrug and hmmm, that’s where we keep them. No offer to take me to the area. By this time I was too frustrated to ask her if she would take me to the item.

There is always so much to choose from. The shelves are never empty like one of the other bargain stores in town. Cashiers are always quick and friendly.

I LOVE THIS STORE!!!! They always have unique things you cant find anywhere else and sometimes at amazing prices, other times not so much. But overall I love this place and come in all the time just to browse. I love their coffee selection, snacks, kitchenware, and they have the best fancy bar soap if that's what you're into. I am and I bought like 10 of them from here and they all smell soooooo good!

I hadn’t ever been to a Home Goods until earlier this year. Big mistake! I want everything in the joint. Hands down the coolest furniture, home accessories, pet stuff, etc EVER in one place.

Ok I was there Saturday Jan 25th 2020. And I asked to speak to a manager about the hiring process and what positions they have available. A very nice employee called the manager at front for me to speak to her. The surprise that I had was the manager was extremely RUDE and Arrogant Didn't really allow me to ask my question. Very unpleasant time that was. I had been wanting to work there as a part time position because I love the beautiful things they have in that store and because when I had been there every one has been very nice until yesterday. Managers they need to be friendly and show good manners when speaking with a customer or a potential employee. Been so Rude and Arrogant give the whole store a bad impression. Maybe corporation needs to really invest time when hiring managers and provide an intensive management service training.How they expect their employees to act when management team is so unpleasant to talk to. I hope the other staff members don't get the same attitude their manager had yesterday.I still will go to the store but definitely I won't apply for a job there, I don't want to work under a management team that is so Rude.Beautiful things in this store, also is nice and clean, organized, but I wish it could have body lotion, hair products. They have a lot of things for the house, pets,food, furniture, wash soap and more.

This is place is not good for me. I love furniture with a passion. I love interior decorating. It makes me so happy. This place for me is the equivalent of a candy store for a kid. I always buy something and everyone is so nice here. I applied here for a job and I'm glad i didn't get hired because i would be tortured by all of the beautiful stuff. I just got the cutest bed set here and a small calendar for when i leave for college. Hopefully there will be a homegoods close to where i live 😊😊

First time I've visited this store. Wide variety and great prices. Fun to just browse through. Was determine I wasn't going to buy anything but saw a beautiful blue bowl I could just not leave behind. LOL

They have a lot of decorations for the seasons and alot of kitchen items. Also have lamps and items for rooms. Their was a really nice lady named Marilyn Allen that helped me find some items that I was looking for, she was real help, she was able to help me move the items to the front of the store to check out and even assisted me loading my vehicle. It's people like her that can make others want to visit the store!!

I love going to Home Goods. They are one of my favorite places to shop for home items because of the quality of items, style, and prices. I love perusing the clearance art work and furniture, which are often fairly plentiful. This store also has a great selection of decorative pillows, children's decor, outdoor decor, and artifical plants/wreaths (at least those are my favorite item to shop for here). The staff has always been helpful and the store is well organized. No complaints from me.

Columbia should have this store. First time walking into it, somewhat overpowering. In a larger city...it's not.HomeGoods is exactly what it is. TJ Maxx and Pier 1 all rolled up together. This particular brick and mortar store is clean, well organized, with good price points. The sales team is pleasant, easy to work with.Overall a 4 star recommendation is correct. Let's see if they continue to keep it.
