This pharmacy & the staff are absolutely terrible, they are some of the most unhelpful, under trained staff that I have ever run into, they could really benefit from some further training in customer service. If you have a question about anything, it’s best to just go home to google it yourself, you are sure to catch an attitude from the staff and the head pharmacist on duty if you have any questions. They also often announce loudly to the whole area what medication you are picking up, they have no regard as to how disrespectful doing something like that is, it doesn’t matter what medication it is. I wish I could give lower than 1 star, even just the 1 is giving them too much benefit.

I'm a physician and I own Columbia Urgent Care. I have patient in both Columbia as well as Jefferson City, MO. I do Urgent care but also specialize in primary care and weight loss treatment. I tried to call in a Rx for a patient and the pharmacist Mark Nitz refused to take the prescription stating that I was an urgent care doctor and couldn't prescribe weight loss medication. This is completely false I it seemed like he just wanted to get off the phone with me and not help me or my patient. I will not recommend Gerbes pharmacies to any of my Columbia or Jefferson City patients from now on. Very poor customer service.

I called in my refill in the system it informed me it will be ready at noon. I arrive at 3 pm to find out I can’t receive my script because I filled it on the 1 and there are 28 days in the month. Which I do understand d that but why Monday why not Sunday
