The ice cream was delicious, as is expected from a Cold Stone. It was cute seeing a young boy making our ice cream. He misheard our topping, but filled it to the brim. The location is not exactly convenient as it’s on the edge of the shopping center.

Had my husband and stop on there to get apple pie alamode and they gave him stuck on Carmel which is basically the same thing but loaded with nuts. Only problem is...I can't have nuts. Wasted our money

My husband and I stopped by after my VA appt. My husband was in his uniform and the manager comped the ice cream for both of us. We are very grateful for the support and truly appreciate the kindness. The workers inside were also very friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back!

This place is definitely pricey but is worth it because they have the best ice cream, hands down. I had the Barbiemovie ice cream and it was so good.

Looks like the suggested orange sorbet was a hit! Thanks to helpful employees she was able to find an “ice cream” she loves. Great flavors and more friendly than the Central Dairy ice cream parlor. Definitely worth the drive across town.

Someone please update this website... their never open till 11.They are only open till 10 on Fridays and Saturdays. Every other night they close at 9pm.Whoever makes these websites please start getting your times and dates correct. That would be great!!

I cannot give zero stars or I would. Ordered for delivery. Never came. Called the store and the kid had no idea how to deal with my question. Paid $40 for literally nothing. I’ve had issues with this location in the past but this is the absolute worst. I will be calling the manager “buddy” tomorrow and demanding my money back and I will never patronize this location again. Sad.

A delicious dessert well forth the price! 2 scoops for roughly $5. Dough for it’ exceeded all my expectations. So YUMMY!Family environment, helpful staff that were generous enough to let me taste test a flavor. Thank you for the great experience. I will be back.

Worst service ever .. we drove and entered right before closing because my kid wanted an ice cream and we were told the person right before us was the last .. all they could have done was made him an ice cream.. you broke a kids heart !!!

Sister, husband, myself and our soon to be 1 year old had fantastic service! Very friendly staff and tentative. Even wished our almost 1 year old a happy birthday and let her try some cotton candy ice cream! Which she loved.

Today was my wife’s birthday and I ordered a 6” ice cream cake. It was delicious. It had chocolate layer with mint layer and coconut shavings around the cake. Delicious 😋😋😋….. thank you!

My go-to place to get chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day, birthdays, or anniversaries. Call ahead a day or two in advance and they're ready for me to pick up the day I need them. Top notch service by Buddy and his team!

Parking fair and seating 8s available inside and outside. Is located in a place you must look for...behind AT&T and plaza next to Lowe's.

Personally, I am not an ice cream fan. I know....but everyone has their faults! All the grandkids and pretty much everyone else likes Coldstone. I am not a fan of the flavors and they seldom change. Plus I am just too cheap to pay $7-8 dollars for a dish of ice cream. BUT....if you just want a little bit, get one of their kids cones in a sugar cone or a cup with added sprinkles or cookies or what ever trips your trigger. It is only $1.69. Price is right and it's not enough to totally kill a diet. They also carry 2 non-dairy types of "ice cream". Wish it was more but that's it. Giving 4 stars because everyone else likes it in the family.

Never had an issue at this Coldstone location. Just picked up a creation for my wife this afternoon. The service was fast and it was exactly what I ordered. The chocolate shop is a nice addition that gives you some good options that aren't available elsewhere in Jeff City.

My son ordered a mint chocolate cake for my bday , the cake tasted like it had been In their freezer for months . It was dry, flavorless and overall disappointing .

They were fantastic! I had ordered a cake for my son's birthday. I walked into Cold Stone and they had one on hand that was perfect and they even did a great job right into message on it for you. THEY SAVE THE DAY!

The location is a bit out of the way and there's not a lot of parking, but the place is small so what do you expect? It's a Cold Stone Creamery and it lives up to the expectations that go with that. Good ice cream - MUCH better than the 'famous' Jefferson City ice cream landmark in town (which shall remain unnamed). While everyone else goes to that 'other' place, we always come here when we're in Jefferson City.

Ice cream was delightful. The service was abysmal. The lobby and exterior tables and floors were dirty as were most of the display items on the checkout counter. So overall, I give the place a "meh."

Great ice cream flavors and toppings. Try one of the many blended flavor creations on their menu. A great way to end the day. Ice cream happiness. 🍨 They also have a variety of chocolates, carmel apples and ice cream cakes. Ice cream cakes are available pre-made or custom order.

Well I can tell ya, there great!!! The guys are good and professional!!! I see a lot of foul mouth bout this place and the "Guys" but I can tell you me and my husband's experience was great and ice cream was Good!!!

i love this place! the staff is so friendly and even during rush hour you can tell they try their hardest to accommodate everyone’s needs! truly a delightful establishment!!
