The manager was following me around the store like I was going to steal something and I get it people do that this time of year but I was in there with son smdh I only spent $10 and I had the intentions of spending more so maybe your managers could be a little less obvious if they're following ppl ... I get we were going around the store having fun and playing with the toys and stuff but rude

I've seen my fair share of Big Lots and this is a great location. Caleb is a phenomenal team member and I'd highly recommend working with him to determine all of your furniture needs. Troy was also courteous and professional while ensuring that we received excellent customer service.

This place has really become nothing. The aim of the original store is to get overstocked items or odd out items for lower prices. Unfortunately they are just the same as any other store except you can't guarantee what will be available when you get there. Would not recommend this location especially as it is never stocked nicely.

Tried to order for store pickup, the info I had to fill out wouldn't accept my address, called for them to place the order my address still was rejected so I couldn't order!!!!! Even though I was picking the item up!!

As it is new, the store looks great, staff are friendly and prices are reasonable on most items. If you like the options big lots has its worth a look/stop.
