This Walmart has the best employees in the world 🌎. It doesn't have a hot food court but it does have everything else. I feel really safe and most of all their supply is always stocked well and full. I'd like for anyone who's in the area to give it a try.

I tried to cash a money order and a worker by the name of Shirley, refused to cash it even though I had spoke with Western Union and they confirmed the money order was valid & ready to cash or deposit. I tried to explain to SHIRLEY that it was purchased at their store and I was told by another employee, Milo, I needed to wait 48 hours & this was Monday so today, Wednesday, was officially 48 hours. Once I told SHIRLEY this she still refused & threatened to keep my money order & I had to take it back from her. So while SHIRLEY & 2 other employees(one was a male & manager) stood & laughed at me, I called Western Union & asked SHIRLEY to confirm with Western Union, she walked off & stood in the women’s clothing with two other women staring at me trying to intimidate me. I have never in my life been treated like this & for SHIRLEY to think it was funny to act like she was going to keep my money order is very disappointing that Walmart has an employee like SHIRLEY. I mean, if SHIRLEY was going to pretend to steal my money order then what all does SHIRLEY steal from Walmart? And to top it off, SHIRLEY acted like it was no big deal. I should have let SHIRLEY keep it, and had SHIRLEY arrested. Come on Walmart, hirer more of the new generation, they’re more polite & willing to help than SHIRLEY😡

Some very rude people work here! And it seems at every Walmart those workers that do the shopping for pick up are the most rude! They don't care if they block the whole aisle, run into you with their cart, give hateful looks like you're an inconvenience being in the store. I've heard this from several people

Employees suck anymore. U ask the 1s in the department ur in where something is n they have no clue. "This isn't my department" so why the hell u there. Walmart is a joke anymore since they changed it around.

Well jackson walmart has some untrustworthy employees. Me and 2 friends went shopping today my friend went out after checking out i went and set on bench waiting for our other friend. When i was setting there a woman found a 50 dollar bill she turned it into the front desk. So when i get to the car my friend was frantic looking for something when i ask she said she dropped a 50 dollr bill. I told her the lady found one turned it innot 5 minutes ago. She went in to ask and there reply was no one has turned one in. So someone that works there just got a free 50 dollar bill. Shame on you walmart employee.

Walmart Supercenter has changed everything around in their store. They even have different styles of clothing and shoes!. I shop at this store alot and appreciate the change and newer items that they have now for you to buy. Come and see for yourself!! Even the food and toy sections are real nice. It's almost Christmas time!! so come on in and shop while the items are in stock!! 👋 GOD BLESS!!

It's Walmart, it has dirty bathrooms, smelly rude and lazy people, and I have to say the electric carts are for people with disabilities not for lazy ppl. Update: 02/20/2024, Walmart's bathroom is still nasty!

Don't like that they are not putting prices on the clothes so you don't know what the price is without a app or taking it to the cashier to get a price. This is stupid I'm not going to get a app to find out what the hell the price is so I'll take it to the cashier my only option.

It's a Wal-Mart. Self check out lanes are mainly not used. People backed up 3 and 4 deep, waiting for a self check to open up. Only 2 staff run checkouts open, and people also backed up.Wal-Mart puts these self check out in, and then they need to open them up.

So helpful!! Jeremy was even OFF DUTY but he overheard my daughter and I asking where aisle N5 was (hard to find) and he spent a few minutes helping us find it. Amazing. Thanks for training your workers to go above and beyond.

It's okay. Just wished with prices going up that there was a discount for CHECKING YOURSELF OUT AND BAGGING YOUR OWN GROCERIES. Saves Walmart money, I suppose, but they're not really passing the savings onto the customer. Prepare to spend a lot on a little.

Went in to get money order, only one individual trained to do it. Team leader and they were apparently on lunch. Was informed no other single individual was trained to do money orders, would not offer to call team lead off break. More than one person needs to be trained to do such a simple task. It’s beyond pathetic.

Prices are still up with all the inflation(s). At this Wal-Mart in Jackson, some items cost just a little bit more than the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Cape Girardeau. *ALSO note, (unless they changed) Wal-Mart gift cards cannot be used to pay for gas at the Wal-Mart gas station. Used to, gift cards would save you 3 cents per gallon. Interesting too, the gas price there was 26 cents less when I arrived in Jackson. I wanted to check out a couple places there to see if some items were still available. I actually bought about half a tank of has at Kidd's for $2.93 per gallon, It's $3.19 in most of Cape, and Scott City, where I live. Wal-Mart's station was $2.93 when I first drove by it, but then when I stopped in at Jackson Wal-Mart on my way out of Jackson, the price has "magically" INCREASED to $3.19. I'm glad that I bought gas elsewhere for 26 cents less per gallon! But, I give Jackson Wal-Mart credit, they're more likely to have some items in stock. I browsed a few items that I frequent at the Cape Wal-Mart Supercenter, and Jackson Wal-Mart had quantity in stock, whereas Cape Wal-Mart sells completely out of items more regularly. If you're in Jackson, and need something from Wal-Mart, I would recommend checking it out. Other Wal-Marts nearby, may not have it in stock.

Everything is rearranged I can't find anything anymore along with not carrying as many inventory options that there once was, aisles are too narrow now, employees are rude, disrespectful, hateful, mean, ignorant,etc...

Still sucks. They are making it suck even more. The parking lot was already too small, now you're going to make a quarter of it walmart pickup? I went today and couldn't find a good spot. Denise at customer service is very bad at customer service. She's rude.

I just ordered a black Friday item for delivery. (an air fryer) When I went to get it from my porch, I noticed it looked open. After checking it. It looks like a return, and I don't appreciate getting a used product. When I tried to call the division responsible for delivery. The girl told me to either call 1 800 walmart or take it back to the store and exchange it. When I told her I didn't think I should have to since it was their mistake, not mine. She told me they didn't pick up things and to use the option she gave me. I'm disabled and ordering my stuff this way has most of the time made things better. I'm switching to aldi and schnucks

Complete idiocy on all parts. Bought a replacement propane tank and had to wait half an hour for someone to decide they wanted to get it for us. Called the front desk multiple times and the woman on the phone gave so much attitude she needs to be fired. I was close to walking in and grabbing the keys myself. None of these people deserve half of what they are paid.

Cape Walmart is awesome 👌😁👍And was having trouble with my phone and took it in and Devon was awesome and fixed my problem in about 2-3 minutes 👍👍😁👍👍My visit to Jackson Walmart I was disappointed to find out that they don't carry the grape/strawberry flavored Nerd's anymore 😳😢 I wish they'd bring them back 😁🤔

So we at Walmart and we dropped our hotel key at the store didn't know it till we got to the hotel so we went back to the Walmart to get it and at first they told my husband that someone had took it home and wouldn't be back till 2 am so he came and told me and I said wait why would they take it so he went back in to get the workers name and the door greeter had it all alone in her pocket! Smh so we will be back up there tomorrow to file a complaint to the store manager

It was a bit chaotic but that is understandable because they are remodeling the inside of the store. Things aren't where they used to be but the employees were very helpful and I looked at a lot of things that I ordinarily wouldn't have while I was trying to find what I came to get.
