I don’t write a lot of reviews, but when I continuously receive great service I think other people may want to know who they can trust. Tristan Lanigan and Charlie Cheek in the parts department in Jackson Missouri are always very helpful. I know when I need a part; they will do their best to get me the part as soon as possible. I usually speak with Tristan he is always very pleasant and helpful. I know when I need to call Tag; I will receive great service.

Great staff. I use the parts department a lot. Even if I'm working on something they are very helpful in sharing info to assist me in my repairs. Charlie is very knowledgeable about most difficult questions I come up with. Has guided me out of a few jams. Laten and Tristan are both very friendly and helpful as well. Definitely have me as a lifetime customer.

Charlie is great at what he does in the parts dept. I’ve been using this parts dept for many years and have never had one issue. Great team!!!!!! Same can be said about their Service Dept, great team, always ready to help and answer questions!!!

I had a new unit shipping that went down in transit. Called and they referred me to their preferred towing network. The unit was towed in and they got it in, Troubleshot, Parts ordered and repaired in less than 2 days. Kept me up to date every step of the way. Did a fabulous job all the way around. I arrived at TAG to get a hole in trailer roof repaired and the people here where fantastic, was greeted with a smile and immediately backed up to a door and hole was repaired and out the door in less than an hour total time from pulling in to done. Employees are true professionals and while the drivers waiting area is smaller than some freightliner shops ya can’t complain when your wait time is half the time at the bigger shops, I’d definitely come back here again for any repairs needed while in the area !

Great place to do business with. These people are considered partners in my business. Parts counter is the most knowledgeable and customer oriented in the region. Always willing to help keep our equipment running even when pulling in with light problems with a load of hogs on a hot summer day.

Charlie is the backbone of Jackson MO Tag truck center. Charlie is always willing to help not just with parts he is also a good mechanic and problem solver he fixed a steering column on one of my trucks on a Saturday. Tristan has been a great addition to part's along with Charlie he will go above and beyond to help and is learning more everyday.

I can't describe how nice this people are, very friendly and helpfull. I was so amazed by the amount of care and kindness. They got me a ride to the hotel and from it back to their facility. my questioned about the truck were all answered with patience and nice manners. The place is clean and they offer free shower. Over all amazing service

I was having an issue with some belts on my 93 Detroit. They took me in right away, with short notice and took care of me. The tech (should have gotten his name) even took extra time to try and find out what caused my problem. Excellent service at a fair price is hard to find, and hard to beat. Thanks guys!

Best people and place ever! I had a VIP treatment! The truck was brought in the shop and if they had the part I needed it would be “in and out” for sure!Alex, the mechanic was the man, in my point of view, best mechanic I ever had to deal with! Debora and front desk people also were very helpful and amazing!I wish I would live close to “Tag Truck Center”it definitely would be my shop!May God continue to bless you all!

Drury Suite & Inn highly recommended breakfast/Dinner and limited to 3 drinks beer/liquor and wine.. pet friendly. my truck was in the shop for 4 days and General Manager was kind enough to pick me

Had my CAT 3406E rebuilt here this summer. Everything with rebuild seems great so far (20,000 miles in) however I had an issue with the turbo fins, they were tore up. Something was left in, or got into the intake. No way to tell exactly how it happened. They honored their warranty replaced the turbo as soon as I pulled in, cleaned up my intake, replaced the air filters and got me back on the road in a few hours.I know a lot will say it’s under warranty but a warranty is only as good as the shop issuing it. I sent them a pic of the fins they ordered a new turbo and had it ready as soon as I got a load going that way. No argument just an apology for the issue and an immediate correction. I am happy with the service and thankful for the ease of the correction.

New bunk heater installed & new water pump. Great staff, excellent service, easy in, easy out & very favorable rates.And we had quotes all over the country & none cut the cake as best as they did. Just glad we was able to make it back here for our work.

Went to TAG today in an emergency situation. I had broken my glad hands and the staff was very helpful with a quick and efficient fix especially Alex who loaned me tools and gave a quick " how-to course" to get the job done and wouldn't accept a tip. These guys are great.... thanks alot Alex

Great customer service. My new Freightliner was already having suspension issues so I dropped on by. They’re efficient and professional. There’s a reason drivers recommend them. Also, if you have to stay overnight they give you a ride to the Drury Inn and pick you up. Great bunch. Also, drivers, they have a shower there as well!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Took my truck there with electrical issues that was messed up by another repair shop, Alex did a great job at tracing my issues down and fixing them. I highly recommend this shop for your repairs on your Semi . I will be bringing my truck back to them with any issue i have, but i hope i dont have any.
