The gentlemen at Schlick Motors are an amazing group of guys. From the moment we walked in to the time we were leaving, they made sure it was their first and only priority that we were taken care of and that we were happy customers.We recently had a new baby, so we were in the market for a bigger SUV. Schlick Motors had a fine selection of what we were looking for and then BOOM..a car that matched what we needed and had more bells and whistles then we could’ve even imagined was sitting right there at an amazing price. We called them on a Sunday afternoon, they answered and told us everything about the car. Got us in for a test drive the next day and we signed papers.The next day we noticed the car was having a hiccup with something. We had no idea what it was or could be, so we started stressing about it a lot. Mr. Schlick, Andrew and Chad assured us not to worry and that we would be taken care of. THEY MEANT IT TOO. These guys came and got the car with our permission of course. Left a brand new Honda CR-V so that my significant other could still get around town if she needed. Got the car in the shop, fixed and back to us in TWO DAYS.Now this is where I believe Schlick Motors stands out from the rest. I’ve done business with quite a few people and no one has ever treated me like this group of guys did. Most dealerships would turn you away and laugh at you if you brought a car back the next day saying something was wrong. These guys are the complete opposite. It was their only priority to make sure we were taken care of. They did just that. I have much respect for Mr. Schlick, Andrew and Chad. Cannot thank them enough for making sure my little family and I were taken care of. When it’s time for a new car, I will be coming back to Schlick Motors.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had buying a new car. The price was allready good but Andrew Schlick made sure to get the price down to where I needed it to be to make a decision. When I decided to pull the trigger I worked with Chad Pavey. UPDATE: 2 days after I got my van, the check engine light came on. Chad was nice and tried to fix it. However, it seems he replaced things that weren’t a problem since the check engine light came back on for the exact same issue as soon as I got it back. Before purchasing the van I asked for maintenance records as he said the van was well maintained and went through their inspection as well. He never sent the maintenance records and turns out the engine air filter was EXTREMELY dirty and the PCV valve needed replace 21,000 miles ago. It is now costing me $700 to fix and may cost an additional $800 depending if the issue is more than we know right now. The air filter and PCV valve are maintenance items that should have been checked and disclosed when I asked about it. If you get a car from here, definitely get someone else to check it before purchasing. Very disappointing.OLD REVIEW:After trying a few different dealerships in my area (So. IL) and being disappointed, I finally decided to look in the surrounding areas and I am so glad I did! I had an amazing experience with Chad and Andrew. Both of them went above and beyond to help get me in the perfect car for my little family. Chad was able to get me at a price and rate that no other dealer could, he is GREAT at what he does! I cannot thank them enough for all their help in getting the car (as well as listening to my screaming baby). I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely come back when it’s time.

I had stumbled upon a truck that ive have been wanting for a few years at Shlick Motors. When i finally got a chance to stop by i was not dissapointed. Andrew was very helpful. I had called ahead and ask some questions about it while at work and by the time i had pulled up he had the keys in hand waiting for me. Yes i know they are salesman and that is their job but i think i spent more time shooting the bull with all the guys there then i did talking about the truck. Deffinatly not your typical car salesman. It was nice to be in a car lot with our 1 year old. They didnt make it awkward when he was loud or if he got upset and started crying. They are a one of a kind family orienated business and i appreciate all they did for me and my family. Andrew was polite and helpful and did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. Then there was Chad. He is an interesting fellow but a great guy and easy to talk to. He helped us get our dream truck and did what he could so we could close on a deal. He was the best finance guy i had delt with he works every aspect he has or can make so you get what you want.They were some great guys with on hand mountain dew! All jokes aside best experience ive had at a dealer and they wont bs you or beat around the bush which is a change. I will deffinatly buy a vehical there before i go anywhere else. They even got me hooked up with some sweet mud flaps. 12/10 experience.

The entire team is the best at what they do, from Chad the Finance Guy Being able to negotiate the best interest rates and explain everthing we are signing in detail to Andrew always having a smile on his face and ready to help out . The last Vehicle we bought Mr. Schlick went above and beyond . He got us a Brand New truck we found on a different lot ,because after all we would rather buy from Schlick's then anywhere else. This is the second vehicle I’ve bought from here in the past couple of years and I will never go anywhere else! The other dealership’s personnel didn’t seem as friendly or willing to help you out, it seemed like they just wanted to sell you something.
