Called about a dozen times to get an update on my order that didn't ship. No one ever returned my voicemail or answered the phone. My card was also charged before the item was shipped which is illegal. Had to dispute the charge on my card.Beware doing business with this company online.

Terrible customer service in my opinion. I have found normally this industry is full of helpful and knowledgeable people. That is not the case here. From the manager on down I had just as soon as deal with Walmart

JHA has always been an awesome option close to home! Beautiful boots in stock. Great clothes for a western style or for everyday wear. Staff have always been super nice and helpful! Cute options for the little ones too. It’s great to also have some tack options for the horses that are priced right. If y’all haven’t been you should check it out!

I ordered a pair of boots over 2 years and have not received them yet. I tried recently to get a refund. They do not respond to emails, voice mails, or FB messages. Terrible company to deal with. Avoid ordering from JHA online or over the phone. Trust all of the 1 star reviews about ordering online. It’s not a random coincidence that items purchased never get shipped.Edited after owners’s response.Not true at all. I was told at the time of purchase it be up 6 months before my boots would be shipped. Two years later, still haven’t shipped. Also, y’all have never “reached” out to me. It takes weeks for a BS response why they haven’t shipped yet. I have several emails and messages on Facebook that still have never been responded to over the months. For y’all to “reach out to me”, it takes leaving a bad review on Google. I want a refund since it has been over two years since I ordered those boots. Stay away from this company.

Good selection of saddles. Lots of boots and some exotics that are harder to find. Lots more women's than men's clothing. Both people on staff were very friendly and helpful. Left with dog collars and a t-shirt. Too nice of people to leave without anything! Well worth the three minutes off the interstate.

Definitely wouldn’t order anything online from this store. Ordered a pair of boots over a month ago now and received order confirmation and was charged but still no update on shipping. I’ve emailed, called, Facebook messaged, all with no response. At this point we don’t even want the product, just our money back so we can spend it somewhere where our business will be appreciated.

Great business to work with! They are very willing to work with you and provide an honest answer. I live 3-1/2 hours away from the store but it is well worth the travel to check them out and I will continue to do business with them.

I don’t live close to JHA, so I drive there and there’s a sign on the door that says be back in 20 minutes, at the time there was about 10 more minutes from the time they listed that they left. I waited another THIRTY minutes and still no one showed up. Very disappointed that I couldn’t get what I needed because whoever was working couldn’t come back in the timeframe they said they would.

Great little place I was from Michigan in the area to handle some family stuff in portageville and was so shocked Sikeston since it has the rodeo had no western stores but this little place was great !@@@

DO NOT place online orders with this store. I place an order but after a week with still no notice of shipping, I called. Was told to text the next morning after they had had time to find my order. Did so. Then I get a notice they have CANCELED my order because "I seemed to be in a hurry".

Do not place online orders with this store. More than two weeks after the order was placed, it still had not shipped. When I called to ask the problem, I was told no one would be in that could handle orders for another 5 days.
