Not many companies go above and beyond to make their customers feel valued and it’s safe to say Dr.Boyer does just that. It’s easy to tell she is passionate about what she does and went above and beyond to get our cat healthy again. I can’t recommend Dr.Boyer enough!

I am so grateful for Dr. Boyer and all of the staff at Jackson Veterinary Clinic. We had an emergency and we received a quick phone call back and instructions on what needed done. When at the clinic everyone is professional yet so very kind. I felt so comfortable and I know our pups felt safe. Dr. Boyer even called our boy handsome and that got some tail wags. I cannot say enough great things about the clinic. I highly recommend!

My cat was very well taken care of and has been very happy. The staff is extremely friendly, great with animals and tell you what you need to know. Will be back with future visits and other animals!

We took our kitty to be declawed and spayed. When they removed her claws, they sent her home with bloody paws and in great pain. There was blood all over the walls, floors and appliances. We ended up taking her back and they kept her for another night. The spaying cost $100 more than they had quoted us because she was in heat but since this was our first cat, we had no idea that she was and they did not bother to tell us. The staff was definitely nice enough, but did not leave a very good impression.

We couldn't get into our vet to get our dog's rabies vaccine before his grooming appointment. They graciously agreed to give him his shot, and they were so patient and understanding with the big goofball (105 pounds and 13 yes old). I really like them.

Jackson Vet is amazing. Everybody who works there is so friendly & especially caring towards my Coco Potts. Just getting something simple likes nails cutting or if my sweet Coco is sick the staff is perfect in everyway. Thank you! Lora & Coco.

Was my first visit there and they were polite and quick with my newest little fur razor blade. I feel comfortable going back to them when it's time for the razor blade to lose some of her stuffing.

These folks go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. So much compassion and great care. Spent over a thousand dollars at another vet with no resolution for my cat and after one time at Jackson Vet Clinic he was cured. And the end-of-life care for my 21-year-old kitty was so compassionate. We love Dr. Bock and the entire staff.

My mom has always brought her animals here since before I was born she has always loved this office, and has never been disappointed. Therefore all of my animals have been cared for here. I have gone to a few other vets,but I always end up coming back. I trust them to always do right by my animals. When I was 16, I had to put my dog I had since I was 5 down and one of the staff sat with me for a long time while I cried and comforted me. I've never felt over charged or like they didn't care about the animals/people they are working with. I'll probably never stop going to them honestly.

The clinic is clean. Always smell ok. At least when we could go in. The staff and vets are exceptional. Very informative and always kind to humans and animals. Appt time is usually on time plus they take the time to listen and also ask how they are doing.

Vet was nice and seemed caring but his business would be much more successful if he replaced his lazy staff! Was supposed to get my pup fixed. They schedule me an appointment for 9:15am. I get there a few minutes early for them to tell me that I was supposed to drop off my pup between 8-830 and she wasn't supposed to eat or drink after 8pm the night before. They told me nothing of the sort!! Then to top it off they said that they had an invalid # after they had already called me 2 other times for previous appointments. That was a flat out lie!! Out of the vet, his assistant and the front desk lady u would think that at least 1 of them would have communicated the proper info with me. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time! They will no longer have my business!

We were patients of Dr. Schabbing for years and loved him. Dr. Schabbing retired and Dr. Bock took over his practice. We like Dr. Bock, but were treated incredibly rude by one particular staff member multiple times. My cat had an severe allergic reaction and she rudely told me they were booked and I would have to wait until the following week to bring him in. She flat out told me it wasn’t an emergency. I ended up taking my cat to another vet the same day, and they told me my cat was very sick. I’m disappointed in how I was treated and the lack of compassion shown for my sick pet. Dr. Bock, you really need to find some better office help!

The vet there had said about a month ago that when I scheduled all my dogs in that if I take them in it would only be one exam charge as to I can't afford to get them done all at once if not and he said that day that it would be only one exam charge well I went today and they charged me for all the dogs I'm very upset that I was lied to sounds like this vet is all about the money and not happy with the way they treat my pocket bullies either they made the one wear a muzzle when she never bite anyone they all had bad vet experience I'm so very upset I cancelled all further appointments and will not go back to them I prefer someone that is about the animals not the money 😡😡😡

Wow I just called because my pug is having problems breathing and instead of being compassionate, the office lady answer “my doctor is all booked up and out the rest of the weekend so you will have to call someone else.” If I could give them a 0 Star I would.

Love their prices. Had dog who had heartworms and wanted to treat but its soooo expensive. Had best price all around plus it was spread out which really helped out. Made them my regular vet.

Everyone we interacted with was so kind and patient, and I love that all the benches and exam tables have solid sides so your pup can't hide under anything.
