Harps is a good store to shop at, I go there for money orders, dinners which are so good!. The Macaroni and cheese is my favorite!! There chicken is fresh good and crunchy. They got many other products there I like also. So don't hesitate come on down and Check them out!. The people there are just Sweethearts!!

It's alright except it's being remodeled things in a mess but other than that they need to pay more attention to their meat dates have taken several packages back rotten and the only other thing is I used to buy hamburger there all the time now I don't to much fat cooks up to nothing but my burger from Sam's club now

Inconsistency is the word. I spend more money here than I should to support a more local business. I probably spend $800 or more a month shopping here and every couple of weeks I come in and get two money orders for $1,000 each. This week I asked for four and they said no sorry we can only do one and I mentioned that I always come in and get two and they refuted it and acted like that had never happened and it's weird because depending on who's working I get a different story about several things not just this. Anytime I go to the service desk I'm waiting a minimum of 10 minutes without anyone even saying hi and I have dismissed this in the past because as I said I would like to support businesses that are more locally owned and operated. These kind of things have happened so many times that I will never shop at this store again and honestly the money order thing bothers me but the standing at the desk for 10 minutes or more waiting on someone to even say hello is unacceptable and then to be treated like an inconvenience when you are the one waiting is despicable... They are not doing us any favors by waiting on us we are doing them a favor by buying products and ensuring that jobs exist..... I feel the need to point this out because the manager that told the team member how to respond to me would not look at me or even walk over there and say hello or talk to me themselves instead they made somebody who was brand new tell me that the policy was one money order per person when I have bought two consistently dozens of times over the last months... Why in the heck would a member of management make the new girl come over and tell someone that? Very irresponsible and that particular manager in my opinion has no business managing anything if that is what she or he is going to do... Pass the buck to the new person with a customer that is clearly not happy

First off this isn't a cheap grocery store. They do have items that get marked down. It is very well stocked and mostly organized. They are a good business and its run rather decent. You wont feel like your at walmart but you will find lots of food stocked and properly rotated.

The lady that checked me out at Harps needs to work on her people skills. I needed cash back & asked her if I could get $100 back? With a tone, she's like "what does the machine say"? I told her that it went up to $50 then said Other. She said, again with tone, then $50 is all you can get. I was so not impressed considering that was the first & probably the last time I will use this store

Didn't have hot coffee for our quick breakfast, good was excellent and staff were friendly.. common sense dictates here, if your going to serve breakfast, you should have hot coffee. Folgers brewed in an urn is the best.

You can't find great deals. Staff is always very nice. Clean store too. This is 2022 now and I must in all good conscience revamp this review. Since they changed over their prices of some products like produce ,canned goods, others are so ridiculously high. I only shop there on extreme need. There are no good deals anymore. Maybe the 5 / $20 ? ID K because I don't care for their meats either. Staff is ok. Store is ok clean.

We tried to call no one answered the phone we stood at the service desk for 15 minutes and when someone finally came over it was a vicious game of telephone between them and the management instead of getting to talk directly to the manager.We will not be returning

This is the closest grocery store to my home, and I just wish it was cleaner. There are leaks in the roof when it rains. The inside looks the same as it did when it was Country Mart. The prices are fairly high on a lot of things, also.

Not much changed with the new owners except their cat food selection is almost non existent. They only have 2 flavors of fancy feast that my cat will eat & the cheap stuff they have none of the cats in my house will eat.But the prices on most groceries are good & you can buy lotto tickets there.

Wow. We were so shocked by their "by the piece" prices instead of weight, that we just gave up. All the deli pieces were tiny by the time we wanted lunch. If your chicken tender is 1" or 8" long, it's the same price.We bought over- priced bakery rolls, and carefully shopped deli meat as they had some "use by" uncured meat that expired 10 days ago!

I came in today with my husband. The selection of food was okay. Definitely way more expensive than Aldi and Walmart. We did have a great experience checking out. We had a girl named Addison, she was very sweet. Instructed us how to use the rewards and the app. Very friendly, and even was able to help another cashier without stopping or taking time away from us.

I talked to the deli manager who is very polite. I said that the rotisserie chicken my wife picked up around 4:00 p.m. and brought home was shriveled up and extremely dry. We had no desire to go back out to get anything else that night. She said she'd look into it. It would be nice if she would have said she was sorry for the bad experience.

Update: I dont go there often but it's getting better....They are always out of everything I go there for. And they used to have the best taco salads on Tuesdays but now the taco bowls are always burned & they're out of one or more items that go in the taco salad. Once they tried to sell me one with no lettuce because they were out!!

I shopped here for certain things when it was country mart. Some things are extremely overpriced, hence the 3 stars, but they do have good deals sometimes which is why I go. The store is fairly clean and the majority of the employees are friendly. I try to avoid the ones who seem to hate their job and gripe the whole time you are checking out or who are plain rude.

Has about the same products as Country Mart did, but the prices seemed a little bit higher. Still good selection, and it's still the same for the most part. I just didn't see as many items on sale. Then again, the items that I went in for, was still available in a couple varieties, although it's no longer made by the company.

Apparently, along with much of Cape County, I feel that Harp's is too expensive. HOWEVER, they carry products I haven't found anywhere else. Is it worth it to have Sprite Zero instead of diet Sprite? It is to me! The store is clean, the staff are friendly and it's more convenient than Walmart. Good job!

The staff are friendly and helpful. They have pretty good sales and always well stocked. The hot deli has delicious bbq pork steaks and fried chicken. The bbq ham is super good at the deli. I like the big isles so no one runs into you. Quick check out too.

I like Country Mart, it's one of the few old-fashioned grocery stores left. It's refreshing to go to a place that isn't trying to compete with the megastores, just focusing on doing the basic things well. The meat, produce etc are always high quality, there are always good specials to take advantage of. It's always a pleasant experience shopping there.

Good produce. The new freezer section is good. Women's dirty bathroom needs renovation. (I don't even want to know what the men's looks like). High school check out students have poor attitudes.
