It's an attractive building, built with an adjacent Bavarian themed venue. The whole facility is attractive, neat, and clean. The people are all friendly, helpful, and efficient. We didn't lack for anything, and there was nothing to criticize about our room. As with other Drury Inns, the breakfast and evening "Kick Back" are actually full meals served buffet style, with favorite main foods well prepared and plentiful, with a wide variety of extras available. I highly recommend it! Additionally, there is a Dairy Queen, Pizza Inn, and Mobil gas station/convenience store right next door.

The most friendly and cordial staff I have ever seen in a hotel! From lobby to dining room, we had smiles and attention all the time! Breakfast & dinner tasted like home! If you happen to go to Jackson-AL, this is the hotel you want to stay!Rooms: Our room was very comfortable and, unlikely big chains, we didn’t have to ask to have our room cleaned daily: the staff just did it!Food & drinks: Breakfast and dinner tasted like home! All the staff was amazing, always making sure we were happy and had everything!Noteworthy details: We were there for the 2024 total eclipse. The hotel was packed, but we had the most friendly and cordial attention from all the staff. Really remarkable!

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my husband. We really liked it here! The front desk staff was very friendly when we checked in. Our room, a king suite, was much nicer than I was expecting. It was everything we wanted; very quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a great breakfast with lots of options. We loved the very sweet employee who was working in the breakfast area. She was working very hard and really made our morning better. She went above and beyond! We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. I also loved how it's set back off the main road so it's away from noise. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We try to stay with Drury any time we travel if there is one available. We stayed at this location while in town for Thanksgiving with my wife's family because of the close proximity to where they live. The location was perfect for us. It was easy to locate and get in to, with a few convenient amenities near by like a gas station, pizza restaurant, and a Dairy Queen. Our room was the two queen bed suite on an upper floor and it was very nice. Everything was clean and nicely updated. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We were also appreciative of the mini fridge, microwave, and small sink and counter space, almost similar to a kitchenette but minus any stove or oven. We were also able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub area, which our child was over the moon about, and it was very clean and well maintained. Every member of the staff we encountered were very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Our stay was so nice that we already booked our room for Christmas. We definitely recommend this location if you are needing accommodations in the area.Rooms: The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet.Safety: We felt very safe during our stay here.Walkability: You are able to walk to a nearby pizza place, Dairy Queen, and gas stationFood & drinks: They provide a very nice complimentary breakfast and evening meal with two drinks per guest. They also have a soda fountain open for free drinks until 10pm daily as well as a small market with snacks available for purchase.Noteworthy details: The hotel employees were wonderful during our stay.

The hotel cost way more than what it's worth. After a long day of being on the road, we had very loud people (having a birthday party at 9 pm for some reason) while we were trying to put our one-year-old to bed. We tried to call the front desk to request a different room or to have the staff ask them to be quiet. We were kept on hold for nearly an hour, and the issue was never resolved. Really unfortunate time spent here.

Excellent and wonderful place to stay. Felt very comfortable my 4 nights there. Pet Friendly. Full breakfast/Dinner 3 limited drinks beer/liquor and wine. The staff Becky 21 years, Lisa, Troy(maintenance) and others I didn't know their names were all extremely friendly. The rooms were very clean. They have a inside heated pool for the winter, sauna, and exercise room. Dairy queen is right out the entrance, and convenience store down the block. For truck drivers, they're is very decent size truck parking lot.

Every single staff member was nice and very hospitable. Housekeeping (Theresa) was great. Pamela working the dining area was awesome. Megan, Becky were all so nice to us.The room and hotel was very clean. The food and popcorn was great. These people got it right. Obviously they were trained in the lost art of hospitality but they found and practiced it everyday we were there. I would definitely go back and recommend.

Stayed here last night with my family and had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival we were provided the equivalent of a full meal for dinner and three free drinks. There was fresh popcorn that we took to our very nice and clean suite. We slept well and then had a hot breakfast the next morning. It was one of our better hotel experiences and I would definitely recommend it.

He Was 93YO & He Worked Hard All His life & He Taught All Of Us Kids Lessons & Had A SpecialConnection.I was Looking For A Hotel That Was Close To The Funeral Home & The Family that lived around there so I called a few different hotels and noticed that There Was A Drury Inn's So I Called & With Help We Found The Most Perfect Place For Our Family To Come Together & Share The Best Memories! We Paid A little Extra So My Great Aunt & A Few Local Family Members Could Eat Dinner With Us! They Had Some of the Best Foods & Drinks (Even 3 Free Alcoholic Beverages)! Absolutely amazing. We stayed in a standard double queen bed room. It was very clean though small and on the verge of being outdated. Everything worked and we had no issues. The staff is what sets this hotel apart from others, they are awesome. Super friendly, easygoing, and very receptive to our pets. Speaking of pets, their pet policy is great and affordable. I just hope that nobody takes advantage of this. Next time I travel through this area, I will be looking forward to staying at this chain of hotels.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and it's staff. Even before our arrival, we were treated with respect and kindness. The hotel is pet friendly and offers breakfast, an afternoon meal, and a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The kids loved the indoor pool. Our family traveled from all over the US to Jackson, MO and used the hotel as a place to gather while in town. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and affordable. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone.

First time staying in a Drury Inn, and we felt we were home. Clean room, we had breakfast, dinner, and was offered 3 free mixed drinks a person. I felt very safe here, everywhere I have stayed before I was always a little un-easy of my surroundings. I can say I enjoyed my room as much as I enjoyed the outings we had gone on!The whole experience at Drury Inn, Jackson, MO. was GREAT!

We stayed here as a half-way point to and from our Memorial Day weekend destination. I cannot recommend it more highly! Be sure to arrive in time to take advantage of the evening food and drinks. The breakfast is great, too! We did not use the pool and fitness center, but they seemed nice. Clean rooms and very, very friendly service make this the complete package of everything you want/need at a reasonable price.

First time at a Drury Inn and we loved it. They have a full dinner from 5:30 to 7 p.m. every night and it was such a time and money saver. We did not want to have to go out to eat because the weather was bad. They had baked potatoes, pasta alfredo, and mixed vegetables, grilled chicken breast and lots of other good food including chips and salsa. AND 3 free cocktails for each of us(I had vodka and orange juice, my wife had margaritas). Really helped us unwind after a long day. And the people were super friendly. Great hot breakfast in the morning also. Biscuits and gravy, great home fries, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffle maker with hot syrup, oatmeal, Bagels, etc, etc.Spotlessly clean. The lady was constantly going around wiping everything down and cleaning things off even wiping the window sills and getting down on her hands and knees to clean under the tables.The room was also spotlessly clean and very nice. Bed was comfortable with very nice duvet and good pillows

Great & friendly staff! Very clean rooms and entire hotel. Roomy rooms, close to Pizza Inn(also recommend), a gas station and DQ. Free breakfast & dinner at hotel was great! Love they have their fountain machine, juice machine, and coffee all day. Right off the interstate makes it easy to get to & from the different Cape exits. Highly recommend this hotel. 5 ⭐️‘s from our family!

Would give it more stars if I were able. Try to make it in time for the evening reception. Excellent food both during that and for the breakfast. Staff was very inviting, competent and polite. We have never stayed at a Drury property before and both of us commented that we would go out of our way to stay in another given the opportunity. If the chain expands its presence in the world of the hotel industry, I have absolutely no doubt they will be able to outshine any competitors. I have been pretty loyal to an upscale chain in the past but if I ever have the option of choosing between the two in the future, Drury will definitely win out.

Room was a little worse for wear and elevator is very slow to stop when it gets close to the target floor. It's a Drury with the kickback drinks, but on our visit there was a party with beer pong in a corner by the pool. It felt a little out of hand and made the experience significantly less kid friendly.It was a loud bunch staying around us, so your experience may be quieter.Rooms: Furniture wasn't very comfortable and looked like it had a lot of wear and tear. The arms of the chair in the main area of the suite was dirty. Lighting is generally provided by lamps. Carpet feels cheap in the way that many hotel carpets do. Noise from the hallway sounds like it is being funneled directly into the room.

This is what a hotel should be! It was clean, the staff was so friendly, and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot to offer. We didn't make it in time for the Kick-Back by one minute, and the manager asked if we wanted anything, that they would hold off putting it away for a few minutes if we did. I thought that was so nice and welcoming! I wish we were staying longer!

The hotel has an interesting exterior that we enjoyed. Front desk was amazing! The showers have the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, which we despise, but the rooms are nice and clean and the beds are very comfy! Plus you can't beat the selection of free snacks and drinks during their Happy Hour! They also include a small refrigerator AND microwave.

The room was clean, housekeeping polite and accommodating, breakfast was good considering Covid-19 restrictions (They went above and beyond to keep us safe and healthy and still provide a good meal). My husband was running late from his business and the front desk accommodated the kids and me with a later check out so we wouldn’t have to sit in the lobby. Service was excellent all-around. Will definitely stay again!
