Probably one the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Jerry Lynn was my salesman and he went above and beyond with complete understanding of what mattered to me and what I wanted. The whole crew was super great. I test drove 2 vehicles initially and the third vehicle that I wanted to test drive was at the Farmington location. They picked it up and drove it back to the Jackson lot and I happily rolled off the lot with the vehicle I wanted. Highly recommend Car Smart of Jackson. Super easy process with amazing and friendly staff!

Great people! Friendly and helpful. Thank you Car Smart.A few short months later, well not so great. Going down the interstate and the oil pressure goes crazy and then boom! It just quit running. Just like that. We were told that we let the oil run out. Not true. There is still oil in it.The warranty that was sold to us only covered 2 hrs of labor. We got screwed all the way around on this one. Be careful what you buy.😥

I worked with Vincent Turner and purchased a used mini van for our growing family. There were so many things that went well during this transaction. First off, There was a price discrepancy from their website and Facebook advertisement. They were nice enough to honor the lower price that I found on Facebook! They also gave me $2000 more for my trade than other dealerships were willing to give me. When I asked for new tires for the vehicle I wanted to purchase, they had no hesitation. These guys really know what customer service is. I would recommend them to anybody looking to purchase!!! If you go, ask for Vincent!

Bad bad bad dealer, my brother got a car from them and was making a clicking noise from the engine, took it back the very next day and had it look at but was told thats how the engine is supposed to sound when I know it's not. At first the guy act like he didn't hear anything. So my brother took it to another dealership and had them check it out , the rocker arms was bad and the camshaft inside engine all need replaced. My brother called the dealer back cause been less then 30 days he had car and was told by manager Kevin, why did he take it to somewhere else to look at it, that they will find something wrong just for the money , that he should not had done that unless engine went completely out and he should had waited after 30 days, I think he wanted my brother to wait so he could try blame problem on him. Why wait for engine to go out and be stuck on side of road. I would not recommend

So, a while back....my wife and I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from out of state through Cape Cars LLC here in Jackson, MO. My good friend Dave Inman searched for the right one and we settled on a 2010 model with 86,xxx miles on it. Everything looked and sounded great, so we committed and he facilitated the sale. After getting the vehicle back here, there was an obvious engine knock and upon further inspection, it was determined that the engine had a main bearing going out. Seeing as how that cannot be easily fixed while maintaining a degree of certainty that it hadn't already caused irreparable damage, he (they) sprung for the Jeep to receive a new (with parts and labor warranty) engine to be installed at NO COST TO US! Now folks, I only explain all this to tell you that they did not have to do this. I've never EVER heard of such situation where a used car dealership has righted such a wrong with no cost to the buyer. If that's not integrity in business, I do not know what it is. You simply MUST pay them a visit! Head and shoulders above the rest. With Gregory Vaughn and John Payne.

Well I thought this was going to actually be one of the good car lots but her again I'm stuck with a car that has been a lemon since the day I bought it they sit there and tell you they're going to do stuff and they don't do it fully they put wrong parts on your car cause more problems and then won't pay to fix it I do not recommend taking or buying a car from them due to them not falling through would they have said they're going to do the mechanic does not know how to work on foreign cars so don't expect much from him he literally will tell you one thing and then try to sit there and do another now I'm sitting here stuck with a car that's tore up because the mechanic said it was okay .
