My brother called this place a “Meat Disneyland”. He was astounded by the selection and quality.We had their regular bacon, their beef bacon (kind of weird,if you ask me ), their pepper bacon, and he was enamored by all of those so much he had to go back and buy some to take back to Texas with him.He also got us a couple of ribeye steaks, that, in his words, were the best he had ever eaten, and he’s eaten a lot of steaks.We also bought some bags of peanut brittle made by the local church ladies. It was absolutely fantastic stuff.If you are anywhere near Ironton/Arcadia, you really have to stop in and get something!

Very crowded, which means everything is really good, in my opinion. Counter help was friendly and fastPrices for fresh cut meat very reasonable. The store was clean. Good variety of meats, poultry, deli. AND they make sandwiches to order. Worth the 25 mile drive, for sure,,!!

The market was packed today it was Saturday there were so many people there and everyone was being taken care of there was no long waiting time, they're employees always make sure that you're taken care of as quickly as possible the meat is extremely high quality it's the only butcher shop I go to and the only place I buy meat. hope you get a chance to try it

We saw Rubles on our way to the Air bnb we had booked. Decided to stop in to get some steaks to grill. The service was great, we were greated and given space to make our decision. We pick out 2 ribeyses that were priced accordingly but after grilling them , they were a value. We also picked up some summer sausage that was excellent.

I drive 25 miles to buy meat from Rubles Meat Market. Smoked ribs, chicken, steaks and pulled pork taste great. They do a fine job processing deer - no hair in the meat.

I love this place! They have excellent meat products and they are fresh. If you want custom cut pork steaks, they will cut them to your thickness if you call in advance. On Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays they fire up the smoker and have ribs, whole chickens, and pork steaks ready to go out the door. I could go on and on but why bother! Do your tastebuds a favor and go in and try it! They also process deer and do a fantastic job!

Amazing! Everyone here is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The selection is amazing and so far the quality is outstanding. We drove an hour to check this place out and we were not disappointed. We'll be heading this a monthly trip to stock up!

Best meat market around, filet prices were up but reasonable 4 one inch thick bacon wrapped filets were a hair over $30, ribeye & tbones range 10.99lb to 15.99lb. Frozen section or fresh these people are all about amazing customer service. Worth the drive and best meat I've grilled in the area. Thumbs up!

Best packs of Bacon 🥓 you can find anywhere...how am I so sure? Because I live in New Orleans and can't find bacon of this quality anywhere. We even buy extra bacon for people we know in Louisiana because it's SEAUX good!They have amazing steak and chicken choices too but I come here for the incredible bacon packs.Tres excellent!

They have great meat! On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday they have smoked ribs, pork steak, chicken, pork loin that sells out very quickly. They have sausage that is wonderful. They have a deli section where you can get sliced meat and cheese. Great store!

It may be nostalgia talking but it reminds me of the old school meat markets growing up. It's plain and simple butcher shop with great meat at good prices. The plant store next door is nice too.
