We shop here a lot. One of the things I love the most is that they are not constantly rearranging the store. While the products are changing from season to season they will be in the same area they were the year before. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I have never experienced a rude staff member here. They have a nice wide selection of products in store, and you can order additional products at the help desk in the center of the store. They are handicap accessible, without products piled in the isles. Oh, and you can bring your dog in.

All the employees were so friendly and helpful! I found almost everything I needed. An employee even helped me load my vehicle with my large purchases. They also have chicks!

Employees are all pretty friendly. I visit here, 1-2 times a month, they go out of their way to see if you need anything and are good about striking up a conversation. Store is pretty well stocked and clean. I have used the online purchasing, and picked up in store and also had the curbside pick up both went smooth and quick.

I have been coming to Tractor Supply every week for the past year and never had a problem. Went in today for a hose connection the price was 9.99 there were several sitting there so I grabbed one. It rang up 19.99. The manager Wesley, told me a costomer must have put it there, he said he would fix it this time but any other time he would tell me to shop elsewhere. So, I returned the thing completely and will not be returning. You don't tell your regular customers to shop somewhere else over $10. Good job

Seems to be hard to find assistance sometimes while in there. Love the range of items I even purchased a huge floor safe but they didn't deliver. I am not for sure if delivery is an option so keep that inmind.

Overall nice store my issue lies entirely in I came here for a battery for my lawn tractor seeing that the place is called tractor supply, and they tell me they haven't had one for several months. Y'all sell chickens but don't sell tractor supplies with the name called tractor supply

I'm doing this review because I feel like Multiple employees were called to the front door immediately like some organized move assuming someone was gonna steal and run out with stuff. I'm the type of shopper that comes in and out for a handful of things and always fast..maybe I scared someone? Because the vibes I got were negative and the old lady cashier acted like she didn't want to talk to me I had to tell her I have a membership! and she was still very nasty. Next time I will be more alert and listen in but I never concern myself but the vibes impacted me enough to write all this even though they probably could've been watching a real thief it still made me very uncomfortable!On top of all that fearing the safety of the stock boys that would be ordered by management to act as security if such incident was to actually happen should be reprimanded.

I called yesterday asking if I could bring up a belt that was too big that I had the receipt for. They said "yes no problem as long as I had reciept." Today I went there to be told it was past 30 days so it was too late. I asked Matt if he could just override the computer if he chose. He said "I am the manager, I can do whatever I want". I could tell it made his day better to make my day worst. I feel absolutely disgusted.

Was in there today an they had a rude customer who only had 1 item and was throwing such a fit. I let him go in front of me and poor Dylan had to deal with his bad attitude but did it very well with a great professional attitude. I went to Cheryl and if you all do not know Cheryl step inside and say hi she is super fast and very friendly and will make u laugh.

If 0 stars was an option, I would pick that. Management at this store is beyond horrible. Refuses to talk or work with you and actually turned and walked away while still having questions on the issue. They do not tell you that you have 30 days to return something even if the item is missing something or broken. I would highly not recommend shopping at this store, especially this location. Manager's name was Matt. If you get him, good luck.Edit to review - Cooperate reached out to me and overrode the managers decision to allow us to return the product that was a week passed the unknown 30 day limit. Appreciate corporate Tractor Supply working with me to return over $400 worth of items that the store "manager" Matt refused to let us return.

Excellent Customer Service! Kudos to Kerry for her help during checking out! She was wonderful, as well as the rest of the employees during my visit! Helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me with my questions and purchasing a Gun Safe! This is why I keep returning to this store when I need certain items! I just wish TSC would start offering a veteran discount! All in all, a great store shopping experience, the added bonus of excellent customer service from wonderful employees!

My first time in the store yesterday (and under unfortunate circumstances). The help and understanding I received was very personal and also very professional from the moment I walked in the door. I wish I was better with names, because the person that helped me out deserves credit. The shop vac you sold me is doing its job. Everyone on or near the front of the store 2/6 around 1pm...thank you!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our family has built some great relationships with the staff and they even remember what animals we have and always ask how they are doing and when i lost 18 chickens they were very empathetic and really cared. I'm so glad we have a real down home place to go here in our big city.

After calling around and searching at multiple hardware stores searching for a specific cordless tool, I called tractor supply. Wesley was very patient with me on the phone while I asked a ton of questions about his availability on tools and batteries. It was very refreshing having good customer service over the phone. I would highly recommend finding Wesley your as yours representative if you go to this location. Thank you!

Tractor Supply Company is known for its legendary service and this location sets the bar unbelievably high. The men and women that work here are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable.and capable of recommending solutions for tedious tasks. Each person should be commended, but it begins with incredible leadership and works it's way down. Wesley, Don and Dan are exemplary in there roles. Word of mouth still works. Now go spread the word!

Store is pretty big. A bit crowded in places with all the merchandise. Good selection of items. Some things are quite pricey, but are not bad if you catch them on sale. Floor help though is mostly non existent. So if you need help you have to go to the desk or checkout. When I visited I found the staff at checkout to be friendly.

Always good and fast customer service. Willing to help with all your questions, went in there to get one thing and I got help in less than 5 minutes with getting something off the top shelf. This store is definitely worth the drive.

They close a portion of their services an hour early (propane). When i asked for an exception due to my ignorance about their routine, I was met with polite refusal. That's a bad way to operate a business. That part of their routine should have been treated like a guideline, but instead it was treated like a law. And now I have lost some very precious time, unnecessarily.

The staff here is always willing and ready to help with whatever I need. There have been several times the pet food I needed wasn’t stocked on the shelves and they went to the back and got it for me. Always super nice.

Tractor supply has everything a landscaper/farmer/property owner/live stock owner/pet owner so on and so on... The employees are awesome... Very friendly and their willingness to help you is top notch...oh and Steve the employee that drives a red Ford ranger is the best... That man deserves a huge raise... Employee of the year at least...

Went on a Saturday, midday. They were very short handed. Only saw 2 employees. Waited for service for 10 minutes, then left. Farm store on any weekend should be better prepared for their customers. Upon leaving, the checkout line was very, very long

Not a store that I would normally go into. But I needed to pick up a special cat food for my son and that was where I had to go. Everybody was very helpful and very friendly. Also they had baby chickies that were a lot of fun to watch
