Pure Water Oasis installed y water softening system install along with the reverse osmosis water purification system a year later. Both system were installed professionally and I had zero issues. Our new system was just installed before Christmas this year. We moved into this house and began having issues with the hard water in Independence. Rex came over to inspect what we had and was quickly able to install the Reionator Pro for the whole house with an additional filtration system and faucet for our kitchen. We love our softener and RO system. The water is great for cleaning, doesn’t leave lime buildup on fixtures or appliances, and tastes great as well. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the lady on the phone that I spoke with, but she was so nice and helpful. She scheduled Rex to come out and look at our water softener and he gave us all kinds of helpful information. This is our first time owning a house with one so we weren’t sure what to do. We thought it was broken but turns out we just weren’t managing it correctly. He answered all of our questions and then some and solved our issues right away. Would definitely recommend this company.

Model: RX-10 (Reionator Pro)From sales rep to ground contact, this organizion was a pleasure to work with. Rex was my technician What can I say about Rex? , 100 knowledgeable and professional. The only issue that came up was a leak in the filter, and Pure Water Oasis was on the job asap. As far as the product is concern, the only con is, once you get use to the showers, laundry and everyday water use from the device, there is truly no going back. Hats off to Pure Water Oasis. I waited over half a year to do this review so time and test could take affect....... Thank you Pure Water Oasis,, and zero regrets. Please continue the good work. UPDATE 2023, just had annual maintenance done. Rex is still on his game and provided great service as always. Thanks again.

I purchased a water softener and Reverse Osmosis system from Pure Water Oasis 3 years ago. Their customer service and yearly maintenance plan is phenomenal. They make sure that everything is working properly and test the quality of the water as well. The system is small enough to fit in a pretty small to medium size space, yet effective enough to do the job. No spot on the dishes, soft on my skin and clothes seem cleaner.I have noticed the system made the water in the tank a ugly brownish, foamy color which happened when I changed to solar salt pellets, thats the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Overall I have been satisfied.

Pure Water Oasis installed a whole home filtration system along with reverse osmosis and a water softener for us. They were very reasonable in price, our drinking water is now the best there is and we love how the water softener gives us softer skin and allows for less soap to be needed! Soft water makes a little soap suds up well! Rex and Penny, the owners, are so nice and always willing to answer any questions.

Pure Water Oasis located in Independence, MO, is an outstanding source for drinking water ranging from 1 gallon to 5 gallon bottles. You can have water delivered or you can fill your own on sight. It is a small business with wonderful owners that go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.
