It used to be great. Had a shake up in staffing with a strike threat. Now the person who is in charge found out i made a complaint against her and now my dog is mysteriously banned from coming there. Petco should completely shut down this location. If it's not making money by banning all the customers, it doesn't make sense.

Nice and friendly. However my Duke didn't get a good nail trim cause they can't use muzzles. So if they get a bit snappy they can't do it( which is understandable)

Jordan is the groomer that bathed and trimmed my dog. She does an excellent job! She is so gentle with my dog, I can tell she cares about my dog when she is working on him.

Sabrina was very kind, and she got down on my puppy's level to get to know him as well as check out his ears, teeth, and paws. She was friendly and allowed me to feel safe and confident in leaving my pup with her. She did a great haircut, and she didn't keep him all day before calling me to let me know he was finished. She was polite over my concerns, and she was super sweet during the whole interaction. Everyone was kind, and it was the best grooming experience my pup has had in a very long time. Thank you!!

First time bringing my puppy to a professional grooming service! Kuma was scared but well taken care of! She came out of there smelling amazing, soft fur, perfectly trimmed nails, her paw pads were soft & SMOOTH, her ears which have been really bugging her and were dirty were CLEAN! She is a much happier girl!! Thank you so much for taking care of her guys!Amazing service!

Tara was great with Bella. Staff is very friendly, the checkin/check out process is quick and efficient. That's super helpful when you have an excited pup. The cashier even had a cookie for her.

We have always come to your store to see Tara in the grooming department. She is phenomenal and her customer service is amazing! Your other staff members are always extremely helpful as well! Your store is always a very pleasant place to shop!

The groomer was nice and friendly. She did a really good job. Holly Bell needed some extra care and the groomer worked with her nicely. Our dog was truly beautiful when we picked her up.

Groomer Tara is exceptional in grooming my Chihuahua and pays extra attention. She loves Tara and shows she trust her, which makes me truly trust leaving her in Tara's care. Tara is a great groomer, I am glad to come to Petco for my puppy needs and care.

Young lady was very nice and concerned that she understood what we wanted done. Then she did just that and a very good job. She was friendly and great with our little baby. I would recommend her to anyone. She was also very professional.

You can't get through the aisle things they should carry usually out of stock and they charge 5 cents for a bag to put your items that you bought there

Excellent. Worked me in so Stacey could come and check out what's the problem with my auto ignition pilot light on water heater and decided remodeler built too tight walls around utility area so ac was causing a vacuum...lit the pilot for me, left open utility room door..viola Very happy to have hot water the day I called them

site has posted hours for dog nail grooming but they always close early or tell you they are closing very early.

My dog seemed comfortable with the staff when he went for shampoo and nail trim.
