Was greeted by Kirsten. she was very helpful I still wasn't 100% sure if that's what I wanted but once I took home the samples and decided that's what I wanted we went with it I ended up doing my spare bedroom and office and I love the floor. I've had to make a couple trips back down but it's been worth it and the guys loaded was awesome and Cris was helpful as well. I would highly recommend them if you're replacing any floors or anything like that give them a call stop in see what they can help you with.

Ordered carpent for stairs in a dark brown to match our hardwood floors. Moving and this was the last step to go live on the market Saturday. Wanted carpet put in last thing so would be perfect for showings. I've already moved out and new home is a 2 plus hour drive. Much to my surprise the wrong color was sent, and is tan in color. Once again last day in old house to do finial cleaning. I told the installer to go ahead because of time constraints. I called the owner as soon as I saw what was being installed and told her of the issue. She text me back and offered 10% off a total of $94. I of course asked for a larger discount as I didn't make a mistake. I requested 25% off and the response back was $84 off (less than previous offer) because I told the installer to continue, and would only discount carpet not entire invoice. I'm appalled with the communication and lack of concern for the mistake made by the owner Kirsten. Also left gap between carpet and hardwood flooring, no transition installed. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

We are so happy we chose KC Floorworx to install our new bathroom floors (LVP) and redo our tub surround (tile). Working with Joe was great - very responsive and always wanting to make sure you were happy with everything. Moreover, their pricing was fair and they were able to complete all the work much faster than anyone else that we received bids from. We would definitely hire KC Floorworx again!

We had our hardwood floors refinished and stair carpet replaced. KC Homeworx was so great to work with. We felt like part of the family! Very professional from the first meeting with Joe, and great communication from Kris in the office. Best prices and best quality work around! The hardwood floors turned out exactly how we envisioned. The hardwood guy was so kind, that even after a full days work and probably missing dinner with his family, he noticed our neighbor needing help loading a trailer, and he walked over to help them. The carpet installer Lyndon paid so much attention to the details, his craftmanship shows. We also had them do a custom area rug, and couldn't believe how well it was done and at a great price. KC Homeworx employs knowledgeable, top notch people and we will definitely use them again for future projects.

Carpet pricing was competitive and early installation scheduling. That’s the only good thing. Multiple issues with the installation process:1. During the installation, wall paints (all the walls had been painted a few weeks back) were damaged in multiple places. When I inquired with installers, they refused to take the responsibility for it. It's not a big deal and it can be easily patched but installers should be careful and upfront about the mistakes. Updates : still didn’t get any concrete response as they said that’s expected. I don’t think if you paint your walls and spend so much money on it you would expect this to happen.2. Installers left without properly cleaning the area. My home was littered with pieces of old pads with pins/staples (my dog actually ingested some before we could notice)- update: no apologies and no mention of why they left the carpet in mess. In a new install, it’s expected that they will properly clean up.3. I was charged for hauling off materials still 2 bundles were left in my front yard. Update: they did come pick up after 3 days.

Right off the bat, their customer service (between Joe, Kirsten, and the installers) was spectacular! Joe met with me within a day to spec out my project, dropped off larger samples so I could compare. I changed my mind on the project 3 times, (between carpet, hardwood, and vinyl) and they walk me through everything without a hint of frustration. I highly recommend them! I am in love with my new flooring and believe or not we already have another project lined up with them later in the year. Don't waste your time with anyone else - just pick up the phone and call KC Homeworx now!

These guys are great! Prices are very competitive, customer service is top notch, and quality work! We’ve used them twice now. Once for LVP flooring throughout our main level, and carpet throughout at our new house. No issues with the LVP and they even had to work around our tricky large stone fireplace. We did have one seam in our carpet that I could see in our front room, and their guys came out a few days later and took half the carpet back up to repair, and now I have to try really hard to even find that seam at all. Such great customer service, which is hard to come by these days. Absolutely will continue to use these guys for all our flooring needs. Highly recommend!!

Very pleased! Had KC Floorworx replace carpeting in our business location. They were very prompt in replying to my inquiry for the work and came out to my business with samples and to make measurements within just a few days. Work was completed on schedule and within the time that was estimated for the project, minimizing interruption to our business. Quality work for a very reasonable price and everything looks great. KC Floorworx was terrific to work with from the very first phone call. They understood exactly what I was looking for and had an estimator out within days. They were so nice over the phone and actually sounded happy to chat and took their time 'listening' to me.The estimator was equally wonderful and took her time to explain everything to me and all my options. I also had a tight schedule, and they worked with me and had an installation crew out the very next week, in under 7 days. Everyone was on time, both for the estimate and the installation.The carpet was precisely what I ordered and came out beautiful. The installation crew was equally great and a joy to have in my house. Very respectful and detailed in their work. They also did a very nice job cleaning up.When I had previously called other companies, their bookings were way out, and I had to go to their showroom to select the carpet. Whereas KC Floorworx listened to what I wanted over the phone and brought just the right samples with them as they knew I had very little time to go to a warehouse.I highly recommend hiring this company. They are a smaller company and their attention to detail shows. They may be small, but their expertise was huge, and I am so happy I decided to support a smaller business. Oh, and pricing, very competitive and actually, came in less than their competitors. What more could a girl ask for.

I went through multiple companies and received quotes from various companies. KC Floorworx was quick to respond and had the best pricing! I told them what kind of carpet I was looking for. They showed me numerous samples of all sorts and allowed for me to come to their showroom to view others. I ended up going with the carpet they had originally picked out for me. They have an option to upgrade padding as well and it's not much more expensive. Do it! You won't regret it. The carpet was for my little girls room and it's absolutely beautiful and so soft. The installation process was quick and painless, and their crew was very friendly and professional. Kirsten worked with me through the whole process, always answered any questions I had, and was very professional in her communication. She followed-up to make sure the carpet was everything I was wanting. I assured her it was and more. You won't regret using them!

The team at KC HomeWorx were all friendly and easy to work with. They quoted me very well including extras for the unknowns. Even with the extras, they were still a better quote than the competitors. After the job was done, they cleaned the area well and made sure I was happy with the job. Since I didn't have any unexpected problems with my sub floor, I even got my quote readjusted and saved me nearly $300. We highly recommend Kirsten and the team at KC Floorworx. As out of state owners selling a rental property, we were replacing all of the carpet and flooring in the house. Kirsten managed the entire process from estimates, product suggestions, color samples, and installation. And during the installation the initial design for the base shoe molding was changed. The existing base shoe was used since it matched better than the new color we had chosen. This saved us hundreds of dollars. We greatly appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail that was taken in preparing our house for market, especially when doing everything remotely.Thank you Kirsten!

We had our stairs and upstairs hallway carpeting replaced in 2020, and we were extremely satisfied start to finish with the professionalism and efficiency that KC Floorworx provided. The carpet and installation both exceeded our expectations.A year later, we called again to replace carpet in three bedrooms. Due to available space to shuffle furniture, we needed to schedule two different days to get all three rooms done, and KCF was extremely accommodating of our schedule. I used Joe and KC Homeworx to install carpet in my basement on my home I listed for sale and have now had them replace and install new carpet in my new home and they have removed the tile from the entryway and are matching the wood floors in the house. We used KC Floorwork for a small office job. They tore out VCT and put down LVT. They were very responsive over email, which is my preferred method of communication on projects. Most of the time they responded within minutes. All deadlines were met based on what they told me at the time of order. The pricing was very competitive and they worked to squeeze our job in faster than anyone else who quoted. Overall, I am very happy with the work they did and will plan on using them again in the future.

Matt and Mark were great to deal with. Matt brought samples to our home listened to our needs and prepared a quote for everything we needed. Mark did the install and was professional and informative throughout the install. The quote covered more than what was needed and the bill was adjusted accordingly. I researched what it would cost to order the exact material and hire an installer. KC Homeworx smashed that price! I would gladly recommend KC Homeworx and use them in the future if needed.
