The grooming is a good option for this place but I would not recommend the doggy daycare. I’ve had to put my dog in the daycare twice and those times were due to trips. The first time, it came out well. Just some dirt in his legs but the second time was just terrible. My dog had been taken to a grooming and feedback from them was absolutely awful. He had mild bleeding and fleas detected in his eyes. This never happened before and this was only when he came back. Also, whenever they are closed, they leave the dogs with nobody on lookout. The only thing is the cameras to watch.

This is a great place to take your dog to get them looking beautiful. I took my Rosie to them and in a couple hours she happy and beautiful. Five Stars. Very nice staff. And fair price. I will take my other two little ones to classy canines. Thank you.

Our Quincey came back looking like a princess!! The best! Our baby Nash came from a rescue and smelled horrible. He came back looking wonderful and tiny! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Zeus is a white Siberian Husky (and very skiddish about new environments/people) and has been going there since we came to independence about 2+ yrs ago. They do a fantastic job and and he starts to howl when he realizes where we’re going 🤣

They always do an amazing job on our boy. They always get super excited seeing him walk in and I love that they let him and the other customers dogs play together. Very clean and professional place. Took him for his first cut and won’t go anywhere else. Also, they have cookies for dogs which is a bonus.

I can't say enough kind things about Classy Canines. I'm pretty sure it was Amanda who was up front and noticing the body language of my reactive dog. She knew how to get him comfortable in the space. It gave me great comfort to know I'm leaving my dogs in caring attentive hands.

They took great care of our girl Scarlett. She is a bernedoodle. Lots of energy and lots of hair! Classy Canines employees were super friendly and outgoing. They seemed genuinely happy to meet us. We definitely will be back. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Offered shot record they asked who my vet was which I told them. They said they would call. They did not call to verify! I called to check on her and they said she was doing fine but they had to move another dog who was trying to mount her. If my dog comes up pregnant you will be paying vet bills! I talked to the front desk. I did tell her she has not had a cycle yet that is true. I called my vet and your 100% did not call and verify shot record. And for the record since you want to get testy she had diarrhea and threw up all night. You can video all you want makes no mind to me. I called my vet and you called today to verify shots. I asked if she could get pregnant and they said unlikely. I still will not use your services again. Today is June 22. She was there 2 days ago.

I loved taking my dog to Classy Canine when it was by Salty Iguana, but when it moved to near Chrysler it seems the quality of the grooming has faltered. I will not return.

We took our dog here after neighborhood recommendations. Their prices were fair, all the employees were so nice and they did a great job. I attached before and after photos- I like his face with longer hair and showed them a picture and they did what I asked :)

First they tell you the oriceover the phone. Then when you go to pay it is always different. They also did not listen for the type of cut you want and always comes out wrong. Staff is somewhat rude as well. Much better places to send your dog for a good groom.Don't waste your money

Great place, kind friendly environment for pets and people. The animal's that i have seen there some are just up walking around and something i noticed that i thought was truly awesome was they had a rather big dog in a dog crate and he seems warm but i witness a employee place a what seemed to me like a fan on the crate and i just thought that was so amazing of her. Even the scared lil dog getting a hair cut didn't seem to be in complete distress while getting a trim. Great job guys and thank you i will b telling everyone i know about Classy Canines...

Called to verify prices. Went on the website to check reviews and saw different price for boarding. Called back to verify prices. Was informed that Chow's are more than 60 lbs. I informed her my vet records states 51 lbs. Asked about honoring the record. She hung up in my face. Gives me the impression they would weigh more in order to charge more. Not good business practice.

My dog is 15 years old and every time I take her to the groomers she has anxiety, this is back at our regular groomer in California! But Lucy has no anxiety at Classy Canines! She was so happy and comfortable! My experience was amazing and if I lived in MO they would be my #1 groomer! I will most certainly be returning with Lucy!Thank you for treating my fury friend like a princess!

This was our first visit and I'm so glad to have found this cute dog grooming store! When you first walk in, there are baked goods for your doggo, hand poured candles, hand poured candles and various other goodies to buy. the place was busy, yet organized and clean.I brought my dog, Jim, in for a bath and we were immediately greeted. As this was our first visit, contact information was given and current vaccinations were asked for. Then I left my best friend behind in hopes he would be well taken care of.When I came to pick him up, he looked so handsome (I mean, he always LOOKS handsome, he was just extra today)! His coat was super soft, shiny, and I could tell he was well taken care of. He has a cute bandanna tied around him and a nice spritz of cologne. He smells GOOOOOOOD! I bought him some home baked cookies too.When it comes to pricing, they charge by weight. My doggo is 80 pounds and when you combine that with the de-shedding shampoo and 3 cookies, I was happy with the price. He was well taken care of the ladies seem so nice and caring. This is so important when we drop our fur babies off somewhere. We want them well taken care of and loved like we love them. I will certainly bring Jim back for another bath! Thanks for taking great care of my doggo!!!

We received a call today that a man had asked for some scissors and he made a threat to Amanda the owner and the other employees that was working. We are very close to Amanda because of the care and very loving ways she is with our babies. We immediately went to the shop and when we got there Amanda and the other employees were shaking. She has video of the irate man that would not give back the scissors and was coming toward her with them. If you watch the video and listen to the video he states how he will not leave and he will get his stuff one way or another. He then called his wife in there and she stated that she’s sorry for the way her husband is and they was going to leave. The police department had to get the irate man out of her shop. Please do not let the negative feedback from these people steer you wrong about the loving and absolutely amazing owner and her employees do for your loved ones. Charges was filed in this matter and there is proof to back it up.

They were real nice. But I know my dogs left front leg was not hurting him when I took him in. But it has been hurting him since he was there. If he jumped or something and they caught him with his leg that is not their fault. Maybe they stopped him from falling. But they should say they did it.

Amanda is absolutely fabulous. What a friendly person. Our foster turned adoptee, Stuey, had long greasy hair. He is blind and incontinent and was a pretty hot mess coming from the shelter.He looks like a new man now. He smells wonderful and his haircut is great!!! Thank you Amanda
