Awful Experience! I spoke to a tech at the start of the day about schelduing a quote and left it open for him to come whenever he was available on that day. He said he would come out sometime, well I had to call the next day and ask where he was and he said that it wouldnt be till the next day now!!When I finally got my quote he recommended a bunch of stuff more than I asked for and when I asked over and over for just a quote for the service Im requesting he gave me a ridiculous price. I called Rottler and for the same service it was $800 less!!Will not be back.

He was very thorough in spraying everything but my only problem is that it was done not too long before we had heavy rains, which were forecast. Not sure how affective the treatment will be.

The tech they sent (the one for our area) did the bare minimum, we would have cancelled our service altogether if we hadn't gotten a different tech twice that did an amazing job and explained everything, Chris was that gentleman's name. Won't use them again because when we voiced our concerns we were told*, was the tech for our area.

TERRIBLE! if I could give negative stars I would.When I first signed up with Orkin we had a good technician. But subsequent tech's ,- not so good. Then, I had to make a change to a service date after which I would get the calls that a tech was coming but then would never show up.Most recently, I received a letter from a bill collector stating that I owed for a service - even though I am on auto pay.I called Orkin and they claim a tech was at my house for 7 minutes one day and treated the exterior. Well, my husband was home all day and there was no technician there! (Perehaps they inadvertently treated a neighbor's house)Orkin NEVER called me about a bill, NEVER sent me a paper bill, I did not get one notice that I had a "balance due" (even though I was on auto pay), but they sent me to a collection agency.INFURIATING!I would not use Orkin again and I would most definitely advise others to seek service elsewhere.

For the first time ever having to call someone to come in my home i could not have asked for a better experience. Eddie and Cody was very pleasant meeting them. They came in our home told us what was needing to b done to do services and went over everything with us. They was very kind and respectful to not only us but our children as well. Its been 24 hrs after Cody camw in to treat and qe have yet to see anything today. The day of teeatmwnt when we came home we still see the vugs but now nothing. I am happy with the wervice they provided and will be happy continuing our business with them. .

Had termites and then the found some insulation was missing. After days of miscommunication, getting insulation(by a third party and I had to go to Lowe’s to buy parts for them) and termite treatment for about $10,000(finding later I could have had it done a lot cheaper) it was finally done. The only reason I’m still a customer is the 5 year warranty. After that I’ll never recommend them. It’s all about up selling and because I was freaking out they were good at taking advantage of that and having me sign it. I’m giving 2 stars only because the workers were amazing. I felt sorry for them because they had to remove the insulation with shovels and hand because the company couldn’t get the vacuum until it was almost done by hand and shovel. It wasn’t their fault. It was management and the company.

Living out in a rural area can open your home up to unwanted critters and Orken has helped insure our home doesn’t have any hideaway visitors. Our tech Chris has been amazing and very professional! They are reasonably priced and guarantee their work! Spider bites are a serious thing and Orken has come to the rescue keeping our family safe and healthy!

We’ve been using Orkin for a couple years now. For regular pest control, they are great! We tried the mosquito extermination last year, and it didn’t work at all. They took care of our brown recluse problem earlier this year. We continue to be happy with them for our regular service; no ants get in anymore (which was our main problem).Services: Termite inspection, Spider extermination, Mosquito extermination, Bug & insect extermination

The lady I spoke with on the phone was very informative about the services and up front about the pricing. The gentleman that came into my house told me everything up front , hooked me up with some traps, and let me know they'd be back next month! Overall, a great experience so far!
