Imperial Animal Hospital’s care and hospitality are outstanding!! I had to bring my almost 3 year old daughter with me last night for our dogs appointment. Noah is a very nervous dog and has always been scared to be at the vet. The staff helped me bring her in when she was trying to back out of her harness and got us in a room right away. Not only did they ease Noah’s nervousness but also my daughters. She was a little scared seeing her dog so nervous. Dr. Biermann was incredible and so informative and patient with Noah. I can not thank the staff enough for being so kind!

I have been bringing my dog here since he was a pup. I will never go anywhere else. Making appointments is easy with a phone call or even through messaging. Appointments are available within days, and they can handle unexpected situations quickly. You can have all your animal needs taken care of at one location with vet appointments, boarding, and grooming. Love Imperial Animal hospital!!

I love coming to your clinic! Minka is always happy when we arrive and leave (which is tough for a nervous dog). Your staff and doctors go above and beyond to make her check-ups a pleasant experience. Thank you for not trying to up sell services/procedures too. I also love that we can communicate via text. I work at a Dr office and it is so easy for our staff to communicate with patient's that way, and so easy for the patients too! Even though we no longer live in Imperial, it's worth the drive. Thank you!

We loved the care Annabelle received during her visit for a spay! You have open communication from the moment she was dropped off (through text messaging). An actual phone call from the vet who did the surgery. And pictures of Annabelle in recovery. Also received a follow up text message checking on her the next day.Every single member of the care team we spoke to was very friendly and compassionate!All those little personal touches mean a lot!

Came here for a first visit with my pets and was so happy with the experience. The vet was very knowledgeable, personable, and gave us advice that was best for both our pet and our wallet. I've been to many vets over the years and Imperial Animal Hospital has been the best experience so far. The facility is also really clean and spacious.

I have been going to Imperial Animal Hospital for 27 years. I wouldn’t trust my pets to anyone else. The Vets and staff are so compassionate about your pets and want the best for them. They love my pets and care for my pets as if they were their own. They take time to get to know the pets especially if they are scared and nervous at the visit. They just understand their normal behaviors. The Vets and staff have gone above and beyond when it was time to say goodbye to our pets. They cry with you in the sad times and laugh with you in the good. The customer service and friendliness of everyone is why I keep coming back and love this animal hospital. I have also used the grooming before and love those folks too. If I could give them a rating of 100, I would.

Dr Jordan Biermann was a delight. We had our two goldens in for shots and she was extremely nice and we could tell she loves her job. We will definitely be requesting her again. Although we truly love all the vets there. Also love how we received texts and emails checking on our pets afterwards.

We called and needed care for Ash. We were told to bring him in and you would work us in. We arrived and in a few minutes were in a room and Ash was being looked at. We were told the doctor was really busy and would be 20 minutes or so. When the doctor came he was quick to point out the problem and soon we had paperwork signed and Ash was being treated and we were on our way home. We received updates and the next day we had our cat home and he seems fine. When we go here everyone treats us and our pets great. There is no reason to take our pets anywhere else. You are the best!!!

We have been through 3 dogs with Imperial Animal Hospital. Our last appointment was everything we could expect and more. Dr Worth has always stayed in touch with us through all Bailey's allergy infections. This appointment was for his yearly shots as well as a possible pedicure. The 2 technicians went above and beyond to do the dremmel trimming of his nails. We are always impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff.

Our little pitbull Goldie just loves enrichment at Imperial Pet Lodge. The staff are exceptional kind caring people that love on all the dogs there. Goldie has made so much progress with socialization and being around other animals she is so calm when she encounters them on the street. Best bargain in Jefferson County!

We love all the vets at IAH. They are timely and give excellent care. We seriously love going to this animal hospital. We have had emergencies that because they are a larger practice got us in without needing to go to the emergency vets. Also when we have had to put dogs down they were very compassionate and supportive. We very much enjoy this practice for all our animals.

Twice they have had our dog's harness on upside down. It was very easy to tell which way was up. The phone number,handle, & metal ring is on top. He come out with it all on his belly & the leash between his legs. These 2 instances happened pretty close together. I just described the worst & the last time. Normally they have been good

Our mini-aussie needed a TPLO surgery, which was performed in October 2023. Care was excellent; after-care was clearly communicated; and follow-up calls/care were just the right amount to assure we were progressing well as a fur-babies family. I love how all the staff is always so patient and kind to my dog that is a big baby! We have seen 3 different docs at this location and they have all been wonderful and their techs are just as good. Keep up the great work guys!
