Great Place.....you can tell everyone genuinely cares for the animals.Dr. Biermann was awesome. We had a lot of questions, and she answered everyone. I could tell she was honest and not trying to push any products. She really does care and wants what is best for your pet. Thanks to her, we left feeling better about certain situations.🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I can’t tell you enough great things about this business, doctors and all supporting staff! This has been my vet for at least 15 years and have cared for all of my pets from birth to unfortunately the rainbow bridge. The pictures below are my babies that they care for now. Paris, Zero, Martini, BEBE, Lela, Batman, Stax and Tank.Martini (the one with glasses on) is my oldest baby (11 years old). Unfortunately due to something unknown, his right eye had to be removed today (2/29/2024). Dr John Bates and supporting staff have treated him with such love and care during this hard time. He a little guy (5 lbs) so I was extremely worried. As soon as I knew Dr J Bates would be doing the surgery, I knew there was no need for worries.I thank God for everyone here and the exceptional care they provide.

We recently had to put our Bella down. It was a rough decision as we had options. The vet walked us through the pros and cons and we ultimately decided the pain she was in was hurting her. They were so caring, even say a prayer over her body. They are the best animal hospital that I have been to. Thank you for everything!

We recently moved to the area & one of our kitties was not doing well - not emergency level, but her behavior was a little concerning. We had driven past this animal hospital & thought “maybe we should try them” …. so I called & spoke with a very kind associate on the phone - got an appointment the same week! When we got there, there was a bit of a wait (they are an animal hospital after all & there was an emergency) but the staff was very helpful & even put a calming spray in the room to help our fur-baby chill while we waited. The assistant & doctor were very thorough & kind. Our kitty doesn’t have a good track record at the vet & she did amazingly well! We have found our new vet home & couldn’t be happier. Thanks Imperial Animal Hospital - we appreciate you!

Imperial deserves more than 5 stars in my book. Their entire staff both on the hospital side and the Pet Lodge side combine extreme competence with incredible caring and love for the pets in their care. As evidence of what we think about them, they are located 23 miles from our house and obviously, there are lots of very good vets much closer, but Imperial has so impressed us with their consistence excellence in every respect that we have not ever considered changing. When your pet really needs to be seen urgently, they make that happen. For one example, one of our dogs developed a big lump on one of his front legs suspiciously quickly and one of the vets came in on his day off so that the lump could be removed almost immediately (turned out to be benign). Another quality we value really highly is we have boarded our dogs during travel and they post photos and the staff really cares about them and all their charges and we feel they could not possibly be in better hands. Whatever special food or need your pet has, they make that happen. They also board other animals such as rabbits and cats and with their new building on the hospital side, the Pet Lodge/grooming side has been upgraded and they have super nice facilities for boarding, but it is the attention to detail and caring of the staff that really makes the place, not the facilities which are fabulous. They are also amazing with pets that need special care to convalesce and can do "hospital-like" care after a pet has had surgery or anything major like that and requires more care than what any normal owner could provide at home. Over nearly 8 years, we have not been disappointed a single time I can remember. I feel we were fortunate to find them and our pets have all lived longer and better lives thanks to them.

We transferred from another local vet due to changes in hours and ownership. Saw the reviews were very positive so took my 9 yo American Bulldog in for her check up. I was very pleased that I could make an appointment online. I got a call back from the clinic within the hour to confirm the appointment. I was given a reminder for the appointment about two days prior. I did not have to wait in the waiting room (0830 appointment time) and the staff was super pleasant. Dr. Bates took his time and listened to my concerns about my aging dog. He gave me options to help her have a better quality of life and all the prices for services were given upfront. I am very very pleased with my new vet clinic.

Specific to the grooming ONLY am I commenting here. If you have a Poodle or a Doodle - do NOT go here for grooming. They do not understand how to cut curly hair.I brought my 9-month-old Aussiedoodle in for a bath and grooming. You can see the DRASTIC and AWFUL job they did. I literally didn’t even recognize my own dog when she walked out.I was in such shock. The staff just kept making excuses. They know this is an awful job and didn’t want to admit it.My dog came out with almost no fur. They cut her whiskers and her eyelashes completely OFF and now she’s home SHIVERING because she usually has fur. Like, her fur is just fuzz. We are livid!!!!!We will never come here again for grooming.The animal hospital and the boarding are fine. This is just about the grooming.

We have been taking our pets here for years and have never been anything less than 100% satisfied. The customer service is fantastic, the kindness and compassion everyone there shows for your pets is amazing. Always so kind and helpful. Having to say goodbye to a pet is so painful but with how wonderful the staff is it makes the experience so much easier. Not only do they show the utmost compassion to your pets but to the family as well. I would drive any amount of miles to bring my pets here because they deserve the very best at that is exactly what they get at Imperial Animal Hospital.

LOVE all the doctors here. They recently took care of our sweet boy Taz and I swear kept him going long enough for us to get home from overseas and have him with us in his last days. The kennel staff are all 'earth angels' in our estimation. They have taken such good care of our dog and cat babies through the years. 💕

They killed the guinea pig. He had a proper burial in the dumpster. He was a kredit to his rase. He had a rare case of constipation. Thanks yall, we cried for days!!!

Dr.Bates are really good with my kittens! He is super soft spoken and very gentle and caring. I also really love the grooming and boarding department :-) the groomers & bathers are very thorough and sweet, you can tell they care about the animals as if they're their own and I love that. The entire staff is very nice and accommodating!

I cannot express enough how appreciative and thankful I am for Imperial Animal Hospital! I have been to other vets in the past and I did not know what a great vet was until coming here! My dog gets very nervous when going to the vet, but staff does an amazing job to make us feel comfortable to ensure a smooth vet experience! Dr. Emo is extremely knowledgeable and I can truly trust her with my dog’s needs! Staff is always willing to answer questions no matter how insignificant they may seem! I recommend Imperial Animal to everyone with pets!

We were on a road trip and our dog experienced a medical emergency- they were able to get us in to see a vet super quick. Incredibly kind staff and very efficient. Were immediately helpful in reducing our dogs discomfort. Love these guys! Would go back if we could but live a few states away :(

They communicated multiple times leading up to her surgery, providing us with all of the information we would need on our surgery day. The day of they texted me multiple times while she was in their care. Surgery went well. I’m so happy I found a great local veterinarian hospital for my sweet girl🧡 Thank you!

They took excellent care of our 3 year old male Rottweiler, who was having a ccl/acl surgery on his left hind leg. They gave him a lick sleeve, which helped it heal faster and cleaner than other vets. Only vet in the area that offers extensive joint and tendin surgeries in the area. Would recommend!

My whole family bring their dogs here, So I decided to try them out. My dog Riley was 7 weeks old when I took her there. Being a new puppy mommy I really liked the fact that they explained everything that they were going to do and exactly how much it was going to be before they did anything. Everyone was so nice and so gentle with her especially with her shots. I know she's going to have to get more shots when we take her back the next time. Then after that she's going to get groomed. I've already talked to the groomer and they can't wait to get their hands on her. I feel confident that she's going to be okay with them also.

I loved the groomer. She was very professional. We have a puppy who does not like to be groomed. He tolerated the bathe but did not like the clipping so she did the best she could. We are going to try again in two weeks to see how he does. First picture is before and second picture is after. I love everything about Imperial Animal Hospital.

I really like this facility. I’m always waited on by a friendly staff. IAC is full service, veterinary services, grooming and lodging, and very reasonable fees. I live in Manchester and I drive to Imperial because Dr. Jordan is that good!

When got my first pup, he became very sick. The adoption center said that they did all that they could do. Through and old coworker, she suggested Imperial Animal Hospital. I took him there and from the very moment I came in, I was assured and calmly been talked through all the procedures being done to him. Within 30 mins of walking through the doors, they found out what was wrong and how to care for my pup. He had to stay for three days and upon returning on the first day, I already saw a difference! He was cared for really well and I was welcomed each day I came to see him. Thanks to the staff and doctors of the great faculty, my pup is now three years old, healthy and always excited to go back!

Both the boarding/grooming and the vet are AMAZING facilities! My German Shepherd gets groomed here and each time I’ve had a pleasant experience! She comes out looks fabulous thanks to all the lovely groomers! And the vet side staff and doctors are very sweet and caring, they tend to my dogs needs in such a professional and positive manner. I 100% recommend these two facilities for your fur babies!
