small local store with in house butcher. Always friendly and convenient, not as large of a selection as a large store but almost always has what I need and I love the butcher counter. Their in house sausage and brats are great.

We don't get there often but I wish we did we lived too far away they have the best by far bratwurst ever and pork sausage just a down-home little meat shop in Kimmswick. Every time we go through there we stop and we spend at least $50 or more mostly on their bratwurst

A couple of times we've bought the special pack where you get 25 pounds of meat (5 lbs burger, 5 lbs bacon, 5 lbs pork chops, 5 lbs chicken, etc) for just over $75. The meat was such great quality and cooked up so well. As soon as our finances allow we will definitely be back! The butchers are knowledgeable and helpful and we really appreciated their assistance.We would recommend them to anyone without doubt or reservations!

Herrell’s is a local go-to for meat! It’s a bit unsuspecting initially since it’s a small market, but they have a big selection of meat and everything we’ve had has been incredibly fresh and tasty. If we need meat, this is where we shop!

Came with a friend who always stops in to buy a particular type of brat. Just from here. No where else. At least 16 of them at a time!While waiting I noticed they had spinach artichoke brats. And exclaimed over them sounding very tasty.The gentleman at the counter GAVE us TWO to try!And let me tell you! I'm not at all disappointed in those brats. Not a bit. Not even a millimeter.Try them out! I'll be back at some point to get a few more!

Always has good cuts of meat. They stay so juicy and flavorful when cooked. My most bought thing is the pineapple brats! All of the flavored brats I've tried have been delicious 😋. Love that they offer a variety of meat packages to buy in bulk. You can order and it's ready in a couple days. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Reminds me of my fathers store when growing up.I know how much competition there is out there and love supporting small businesses.Clean and prices at deli and meat very responsible. Go there you will not regret it

Herrell's is one of the best place in STL to get ground chuck, it's delicious. Bacon is also delicious and very affordable especially if you want to freeze. Huge fan of pork steaks from here as well. Overall reasonably priced. Relatively clean. The staff is super nice and pleasant; especially the ladies at the register!

This place sells the most phenomenal meat you could buy anywhere. The rest of the groceries I'm sure are great but all I ever buy here is meat and it's amazing. The customer service was pretty darn good too.

Nothing but good things to say, I like to stop in there and get me a nice homemade sandwich for lunch. We need to support these small family-owned businesses before they become extinct. I wouldn't go there just for that, I would go there for the quality of meat and the friendly service and the little things that you don't normally see at the big box stores.

The quality of meat is superb. We make a special trip every other day for fresh meat. The store itself is older, but they have everything you could possibly need. The butcher shop is efficient and the employees running the counter are always friendly. We even buy their special seasoning from the meat. It's delicious.

We love shopping at Herrell's Market! It's primarily a butcher shop with really excellent meat choices, but there's also a small grocery store, as well. Reminds me of the old-fashioned corner store from days gone by. Service is professional and friendly. The meat here is so much better than at the big supermarkets. We don't buy meat anywhere else. They also have lunch meat and cheese and have started back making sandwiches for the lunch time crowd. The brats are freshly made daily and delicious for barbecue. This is the place for to go for the autumn comfort meats, like ground beef for chili, stew meat, roasts. Definitely keep them in mind for your Thanksgiving turkey and special roasts for Christmas.
