They are an excellent place to take your companion animal for grooming, nail trimming, etc…, The owners & staff are all very pleasant, it is a very clean environment. I only take my animal companions there for all grooming needs. Highly recommend!!!

Diane does an amazing job on my pets and my grandmother's pets! The only times my dog looks wonky is because he's a wiggly guy, but that's not on Diane. Her hotel boarding is really good, took great care of my grandmother's pets for a week and really recommend this place for boarding and grooming!

I took my long haired kitty for a full body trim. I was worried that she would be very difficult because she is so afraid of everything and is very skittish. They did so well with her! She was nervous, but tolerated it very well. They were so kind and professional. The price was reasonable. I will be taking her back regularly now. I love this place!

I recommend this place 100% ! They are awesome with the dogs. My dogs have always been treated wonderful here & look great when I pick them up! The gals working here are great also! Thank you for the great job!! UPDATE- Spring 2021-Recently they have changed hands & the service isn't so great anymore, I have moved my dogs to the groomer in Licking!!!

They do a good job with the grooming and care of my small puppy. The main problem is the wait time. It was 4 hours on the previous groom and 6 hours on the last groom on 12/10/21. I live in a different town, so it wastes my whole day waiting on the groomer to finish. If they say it will be one hour to finish, it will be two. If they say one and a half hour it will three or more.

I have no words for how grateful I am to Kim and her staff for the care they have given my puppers. I have all rescues. Most are great. Then there's my wonderful loving service dog, Max. When it's time to have his nails done... He becomes possessed by a demon. He screams, scratches and claws to get away, and, worst of all, snaps at all. The ONLY person we are sure he will not bite is me. But he sure scratches me up. Kim has never turned us away, asked for more money, told me to drug him, anything. Her staff as well. They are a true blessing to me and to my rescues.

Books to many pets at a time. You can drop off your pet, but it will take 5-6 hours to get it back. Very unprofessional.

We took our 2 toy poodles to them and they gave them an excellent groom per our requests. Now we are going back with the 2 toy poodles and our standard poodle. I have every confidence they will do a fantastic job for us!

I took my little Buddy in for his first visit, I'll be sharing before and after pictures. He went in looking a little scruffy and came out looking like a little show dog! I couldn't be more pleased! We took our Australian Shepherd in to have his hair trimmed and the backside cut. When we picked him up he had been shaved. No phone call asking if this is what we wanted. They decided on their own this is what we get. People don't even recognize him. I will never use their services again. Even when I called on the phone I didn't even recieve so much as an I am sorry if this wasn't what you wanted.
