On May 18, 2023, we lost our Big Boy Bruiser.We were devastated, by the loss. Bruiser was a 100 lb + baby that was a huge part of our daily lives. I called, and spoke with Justin. He arrived promptly at our house, at which time he handled our lost baby with care and respect. He offered solace to us all, and took care of ever need that we had at that time.Thank you Justin !!! Fishy, our dog, has been with us since he was born 14 years ago. As such, he is a very large part of mine and my family’s lives, going everywhere with us, and doing everything we do. He has been in declining health for a while now, with him declining even more the last month. I called Ozark Pet Cremations today to set up a plan for the inevitable. They offered a private package in which we get ashes of only our dog back, as well as some hairs, and an ink paw print. Ozark Pet Cremations was not only the most affordable business I called regarding this today, but their staff was helpful, courteous, and concerned about making the process as easy on my family as possible. They offered to pick up Fish and drop the remains off with us, and asked if there was anything else they could do to make the process easier on us. I will update my review after the process is complete.
