i had a mobile order that wasn’t done through the drive through so when i pulled around to use the waiting parking spots and they were taken. i walked inside to pick up my order so they weren’t having to search for me. one lady was screaming at everybody and yelling at me saying she didn’t have my order (i already had half of it) and every time someone tried to help me she screamed in their face. i have seen some that bad of customer service on top of how awful she was treating her employees in front of everyone in mcdonald’s. she was being so hateful and rude to me that other customers were offering to pay for my food. 0/10 customer service inside.

I love McDonald's. Normally though, I get a chicken related product. However.. this last time I went out.. I felt like trying a hamburger after a good while. Now I don't know if things have changed.. but I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe.. but the patties looked just like the ones my friend had on her regular plain Jane mcdouble burgers. For the price I paid I expected it to be a bit more or a lot better than what she got. I was very disappointed. I should have said something a while ago but I didn't.. but I've learned my lesson on burgers.

Love everything great service in only once in 4-5 months have they messed upy order. Love their iced coffee not to expensive either. Love the McCrispy chicken. I would have give a 5 star however. I usually use mobile delivery and noticed that McDonald's doesn't give the delivery people jackets in this freezing weather. FYI McDonald's I don't appreciate dragging these delivery people out to freeze to death just cause you don't want to give them the jackets they need. Respectfully, please update you clothing policy as soon as possible. Thanks

At least their usual “we’re holding on your eggs, please pull around” lets me knock out a few levels of Candy Crush while I wait for my sometimes correct drive-thru order. Houston McDonald’s is like a box of chocolates... You fill in the rest.

Well if they wouldn't have a girl working that was picking her nose. I told the lady and she talked to her. But when they wasn't looking she would still do it. She was on something I think the way she was acting. This was on 1/3/23. I am sorry but this place was so nice to go to a long time a go. I think it has went down hill just like everything else

The food was ok. The service was blah since the cashier wasn't friendly and never smiled. I asked if they had the Oreo Frappe as i saw this ad for the first time. The cashier didn't answer. She only pushed a button and asked "what size?" I told her i didn't want to order it. I only was asking about it as i've never seen an Oreo Frappe before. She wasn't courteous, but corrected the order. The benches in this Houston MO location are very uncomfortable.

McDonald's offers pretty far prices, but some things have been moving up. Still not too bad. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes it seems it's been setting a bit, but not bad overall.The only reason I'm not recommending the mocha frappe, is because I've never had it. I can't afford it. I love their shakes, but I don't have them very often either because it's too expensive.

When you order a extra shot expresso in your frappe you are supposed to upgrade that frappe to a large iced coffee container and then give it to your customer. This is the second time this has happened and both times they messed up my order. You guys are the only ones that messed this order up out of all the McDonald's around.

Service was fast for indoor dining. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken deluxe with no spicy sauce to see what they would do. They followed the instructions to the letter. Fry's we're nice and hot and not overly salty. One of the best McDonald's I've been too. I only wish they would go back to 24 hour service and breakfast all day.

I've shared about this place before and it's still, in my opinion, the best McDonald's on the planet! The customer service is above and beyond! The food is fresh and made to your satisfaction! I really can't say enough good things about this McDonald's! I'm retired military and I've been all over the country and even in foreign countries and tried McDonald's but none comes close to the excellent service and product this one offers!

Everything has changed from the time the New owner has come in 🤔 WHY 🤫🤷 good question???? Guess she just doesn't CARE 🙄🤷😂 ?? I Know the Service is " slower " The " service " is not as "FRIENDLY " 🤔🤷 it wouldn't hurt IF perhaps the ( FLOOR ) & ( TABLES ) were Swept & wiped down more often 😉 than not. I don't know why 😊 BUT I do KNOW that the Lady that worked the Front for a very long time and was VERY NICE, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY & " ALWAYS " had a ( SMILE ) 😃 IS NO LONGER There 🤔 BUT Has been put into the Back and UNSEEN. for what ever REASON 🙄🤷 I can't believe it's because she didn't do her JOB ! I can & WILL VOUCH for that 👍

This is a really good McDonald's.. any food I've ever gotten from here has been excellent and they always get my order right. I only ever use the drive thru but the service is very quick and the workers have all been very friendly.I feel like the food is fairly priced as well and the food here is much better than Sonics (not to mention you get more for your money in my opinion). Nothing but positive experiences here and I'll continue to go back for sure.
