The restaurant was very filthy! If you are going to run any establishment, you clean it before you open. Then the girl doing the ice touched it with her bare hands and then a lid from the top of the ice machine. I had to go to the bathroom but I was afraid to. There was food, grease, and crumbs everywhere. It looked like to me there was absolutely no leadership there. I'm sure they were short handed but geeze at least keep it clean.

I normally don't do reviews on fastfood because well fastfood but this place is terrible we waited like 20 mins for our food a bacon cheese burg, a Philly double burg, a chicken sandwich, and 3 orders of fries I didn't mind because I figured it would be fresh...NOPE the Philly double was only a single the bacon cheese burg looked old like really old like days old and so dry the only thing that was good were the fries and chicken sandwich was good but the bun seemed old and stale ... I paid $35 not happy at all won't ever be back I did give the service 2 stars because the guy that bagged the order was kinda friendly dinning room was very dirty looking but I think it's just cuz the place is old*"Update we took food back they replaced the Philly with the one we ordered but they didn't toast it and they replaced the bacon cheese burg but it was COLD AND DRY this place is just gross!!

We waited over 30 mins to get a hot ham and cheese sandwich and a Nashville sandwich plain with a small fries. Had to finally ask when we getting our food. Then the guy preparing it. Tried to put everything on the plain Nashville sandwich. When told him it was plain. He threw that one in the trash. Lady who took our order didn't even apologize. The drive through guy did. Worst experience with a fast food restaurant. Plus the hot ham and cheese wasn't hot. The Nashville sandwich was over cooked in the microwave.Not returning here.

It is just a fast food restaurant like normal, however, we brought our 4 kids in to eat today and there were a few of very nice employees who came out and had conversations with my kids and husband. My oldest child has ASD and was included in all of the conversations and it was just a very nice experience. It wasn't super busy and the service was quick. 💗

For starters when we first came in and ordered we were given too much change back like 15 dollars to much and when my husband brought it up to the assistant manager on duty she refused to listen and insisted that we were wrong. I had ordered a burger with no special sauce on it after she told me that that was the only sauce that came on it. When I got my sandwich it had ketchup and mayo on it. And when my husband took it back to them they made us keep it and when she talked to the grill team about it they all including her decided to voice their negative opinions about me publicly and to where I could here. This place is dirty and unfriendly and the staff have no professional intelligence. I will not be dining here again and do not recommend any one to. I will be calling cooperate as well to discuss the money we got back and the professionalism of this work environment.

Only one young lady working front area at counter and drive thru which was very busy! I waited 8 minutes at counter to be waited on. (Not young lady's fault)Coke was out of order & Sprite was mostly carbonation. No straws either.Manager woman came to counter after being in store for about 15 minutes to help wait 4 workers.First time at this store to have such a negative experience so I will be back to try again!

I order two chicken sandwiches and one double mushroom Swiss meals and my fiancé couldn’t wven eat the burger it takes like chemicals and now he’s been up and down throwing up and having the runs I would have put all bad stars but never had issue till now and the crew are hard workers.Kid-friendliness: The crew are pilot and hard workers

I wanted to thank the shift manager that took care of me when they were out of large curly fry boxes. She went above and beyond to provide me excellent customer service. I believe her name was Ashley or Amanda. I felt it was a little ridiculous though that the assistant manager Teressa wouldn't give me her first name to leave a review. The interaction and way she responded made my experience uncomfortable and made me feel criminal for asking a question whose information is readily available on a name tag. So I'm leaving this review based on this experience.

I have usually avoided Hardee's due to poorly maintained restaurants. This Hardee's came highly recommended in the community so I gave them a try with my family. After eating here we will never go back to McDonald's. Expect the prices to be higher here due to the quality of product that they use. The burgers are juicy and flavorful. The fries and onion rings are seasoned just right. I would recommend thus restaurant to anyone that lives here or is passing through.Parking: The parking is easy to get into and there are multiple options for how or where you want to park.

I haven't eaten at this specific Hardee's in a while due to some bad experiences in the past. I decided to give it another try and I was not disappointed. Service was fast and friendly, the order was correct, and the food was good. Hopefully, I will continue to have good experiences.
